The app has become very slow to use. Sometimes it is so slow that I have had to use other delivery services because the app either takes too long or crashes in the middle of using it
The app is so slow and that is pretty much unusable. It shouldn't take thirty minutes to place an order. If you have to use Eat Street, use the browser version on your computer instead.
This app is as good as yesterday's vomit heated in a microwave. You cant talk to anyone, you pick delivery and place a order only for you're account to be charged and the order say pickup. If you want to cancel it takes 4 to 5 business days before the money is returned. Honestly just go with grub hub or uber eats. This app is hot garbage an I hope to whoever made it that both sides of you're pillow are always hot when you go to sleep.
Was very fast and easy. I knew what I wanted and the app helped more than other apps I have used. I find the app loads quickly and restaurants load quickly. I have no issues with this app.
Used to be a great app but it keeps getting slower and slower. Getting to the point of where it's not even usable.
Terrible app and service. App leads you to believe that you are ordering for delivery and after the order is placed and can't be cancelled, you are informed that it is a pickup order.
Garbage company, better off with doordash. A driver stole the order I waited an hour for, so I placed a new order. Another hour later, eatstreet informs me that my order had been canceled. 2.5 hours of wasted time including time in with support, was offered a $3 then $7 coupon. The $7 coupon was never applied. 15 min more on with support, and they have no record of me being told that. Go with doordash.
It's very convenient, and and as we all know we pay through the teeth for convenience the extra money that's charged outside of the food seems a little much
Best delivery app where I live but recently performance has really suffered in terms of time it takes to load menus. Adds a ton of wasted time to the ordering process
This app is sub par to door dash and uber eats. They charge so much more in fees than the others. They also have so many problems with delays.
No ads and consistently free delivery on a lot of restaurants around me. Plus they pay their drivers on top of tips. Good show.
Can you believe this delivery service has the option to not tip your driver??? The company has no issue charging ridiculous service charges and more for the food from the restaurants but to make it available to NOT TIP a driver??? Tip should be a requirement
I like it and I get a discount with my bank BUT it does say restaurants are closed when they aren't. They really should fix that. Conrad's grill is the one that is always closed on the app Update: I ordered food, got the wrong order, was refunded. Ordered again to get the right food. Customer service said they couldn't give me a credit because they had already cancelled my order, literally didn't even wait. This app gives me issues all the time. And there's not even compensation when they mess
Absolutely a waste of time. They don't have enough drivers, don't give accurate delivery times, make you wait hours for cold food. The app is slow and buggy on a good day and customer service is so laughable I don't see the point in even having one. If I could give zero stars I would. Hate this app.
It was super easy to order, but the additional fees are astronomical!!! They do warn about additional fees, but you don't know exact amount till after the order is placed. No price transparency at all
This is so bad I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. They've forgotten items twice now and on the second time my refund was "under review". I know some people try to cheat the system but man I just wanna eat and when you keep forgetting my food it reflects on your company. Do better :/
Easy to find restaurants and order from them. The whole process is so easy, I think I use it more than I should. ;-)
The service is ok at best. My biggest gripe is the app. It is insanely slow.
Super easy to order and a great way to support local businesses during this trying time.
Horrible!!! Waited Waited Waited, no food. They said it was not able to be delivered....an hour after being placed.
I love how easy the navigation is on this app compared to the other food apps
Delivery ran 10 minutes over anticipated time. Was delivered to wrong address despite very clear instructions.
ETA: the time it takes the app to load is absurd. It feels like I could walk to and from the grocery store and cook the entire order from scratch before the app loads between opening and each menu item selection. I know it takes money to run eatstreet, but i'm not thrilled about paying the same price as an entree just to use the app. Unfortunate. Have been using it less and less. Have had a perfect experience so far.
I like the app for the most part but there's something wrong, it shows restaurants that are both open and closed with no distinction. You shouldn't have to go into a restaurant to find out if it's open. I also think the food categories in each restaurant profile need to be collapsible. The payment part is put together very nicely though. I like the clear area for delivery notes.
App has been pretty alright, but I have to delete it. Reason being: 1) no coupon or credit when your order's delivery never gets finished (I had to spend half an hour trying to get at least a refund while I was hangry). 2) when you reorder delivery orders, it defaults to pickup but acts like it's for delivery by asking you for your address. I didn't even get a notification or anything on completion. I check back later and see that it was put on for pick-up. That just ain't right.
Eatstreet is one of the slowest apps I've ever had to use. After you enter in your address, just loading the available restaurants can take up to 2 minutes. Then, when you tap one, it takes another 1 or 2 to load the menu. Even adding things to your cart takes several taps just to get it to go through. The ONLY good thing about this app is that it is slightly cheaper than Doordash. That is the only reason I am giving it more than 1 star.
