Terrible app. Half the time it doesn't open, it forgets my username, and is a general PITA. It would be nice if I could access and pay my credit card through my banking app like the rest of my bank cards.

Fingerprint login used to work maybe 75% of the time. Now, it doesn't work at all on this app despite my phone still being able to recognize my fingerprints. App is very inconvenient to use now since it requires a full login. Allowing users to set up a login pin would be a good alternative to the fingerprint.

The app never remembers who I am anymore so I'm always having to input my username & security answer. once I'm logged in I'm always prompted with a finger print set up request I DONT WANT TO SET UP A FINGERPRINT STOP THE PROMPT. I'm tired of the app not saving my log in and then asking me to finger print log in. I've waiting a long time to see if they'd fix it but I'm sick of it so it's time to complain. Update::started it with 3 stars, downgrading to 1 b/c the creators don't seem to care.

This app and credit card service is worst I have ever experienced. I am getting screwed out of much money in fees that weren't neccessary because that bank does not process its credit card payments for weeks after they get them and they punish you with huge late fees because they made your payments late. The kicker is the app doesn't notify you of what is really going on with your account in real time even if you set up all notifications. Also, it refuses to post all payment info on the app.

Good credit card. Terrible app. Just truly, unacceptably bad. Can't even log in half the time. If I do manage to log in, it goes straight to an annoying pop up. This app needs to be put out of it's misery and completely reimagined from scratch. Zero stars.

I need to update my review on this Elan app, provided by Google Play. The crashing has stopped since the last update, I can't remember how long ago. I believe it needs another update, wish I could speak to an technical person about the apps problems, I will admit to me being, as smart as my smartphone. I'm merely semi smart! Wish it could put a payment as in pending payment status. Immediately after payment. Tells me, attention needed. Worse when it doesn't go through.? Why! getting late fees?

I love their ASB credit card but not this app. I set up fingerprint, but then when I tried to open the app my account was logged off already. It's hard to log in sometimes too, always "experiencing technical difficulties"😑. I will appreciate if you guys improve this app for us to experience more convenient on our credit cards too. Thank you

Worst app ever. Considering closing my account because this app never works. I have missed a payment just because I was unable to log in. I have written all my information down and had to change my password at EVERY SINGLE log-in because the app says the server is down or isn't recognized. I have to call for support or reset account. I have to do this at every login. I actually hate this app it makes me so angry.

LOGIN IS AWFUL.APP NEEDS TO ENABLE BIOMETRIC /FINGER-PRINT LOGIN. I hate the fact that it can't just save my ID and ask for my password. Instead, it doesn't allow you to save your ID &Asks Security Questions at EVERY LOGIN. Also it would be helpful to atleast show your payments in pending automatically.

As of January 22 app will not allow biometric login. It forces manual entry of password. App crashes repeatedly after phone has restarted on Galaxy s9. When the phone restarts it shows credit card has crashed. Then the app opens ok. A number of other reviewers using Galaxy S9 or S9+ have the same issue. If this was fixed the App would get 4 or 5 stars .

Can't even login majority of the time. I enter username, "security question" and password ALL CORRECTLY, only for it to bring me right back to the same fn login screen to enter the info all over again- and this is the endless cycle and you never get access. And don't even bother turning on the "remember me" toggle because remembering you is the one thing that it will never do. It's as if this app has alzheimers.

It doesn't remember me, so obviously I cannot use my fingerprint to log in. This app is basically unusable at this point. I can't tell you how many different passwords I have, so having to remember this particular one and not allowing my phone to log me in is incredibly frustrating.

Overall very frustrating App. It doesn't work well with password managers, and the option to "remember me" never works. Not only do I have to login every time but I have to answer the security questions each time too.

Poor security. Unable to login without constantly needing to answer security question(s) and correct password being entered. Even from the tech support side there are issues with not being shown having attempted to login. Time to find a company using a different banking app.

Sign in is absolutely ridiculous. Have to answer security questions EVERY TIME, never remembers me, doesn't work with my saved passwords options... Never dealt with such a difficult credit card app in my life. End up HAVING to use "forgot password" option bc it tells me my password is wrong, EVERY TIME. I wish I could give ZERO stars

Nearly impossible to log on with the app. I've installed and uninstalled multiple times. Getting a connection to pay or check your balance is hit or miss, mostly miss.

Bank switched to this service and it's so shady. They never let me know if I missed a payment, not even by mail, and didn't even tell me that the checking account I inputted may have been wrong. Not even sure why I couldn't pay this off. I'm closing my card because of this company.

Clicks "Remember this device" though I still have to enter my security question every time I try to log in. Account gets restricted after about 2 attempts. I know my password, maybe ask me that before the security question at least. I get that security is important but it seems its keeping myself from being able to log in.

Sevral times each week I have to reset my password and sign in credentials as the fingerprint option does not work. Mant times I have received an error message only to be redirected to my account info successfully.

I have never been more disappointed with your company. My app used to be very user friendly, managing payments and seeing my pending transactions was quick and easy. Now it's very difficult to navigate, slow to load, and looks like a horrible port of your desktop version. I absolutely hate it, and I certainly hope you change it back, and not keep the changes your app department team made to sooth their OCD. It really looks like your financial institutitution threw up in my credit card app.

Card app is intentionally made to create difficulties for the end user. Specifically the login act is oftentimes disrupted. you can store your password and login relatively easily. But randomly you will be asked to re-enter your information. If you don't remember this information you have to look it up via their service. Which is very painful. also the amount of times to attempt to log in is sometimes one or two. This also causes your account to be locked and you will need to unlock it.

Eh. The interface is easy to use and looks nice & clean. Simple commands make for a smoother user experience. Good app, works as expected for a bank account app. But recently have had to uninstall the app, just to reinstall it again, in order for it to work. That's bothersome and I've called and asked if they're doing maintenance at that moment on the app, which is fine, but my user experience has gown down. Because then the company is always doing "maintenance" these past few weeks.

I have tried at least 10 times to redeem my points to no avail. Go to rewards and a never ending start loop (rotating circle) begins and never ends. Finally went to website and was able to redeem my points. Didn't bother with tech support because the APP is the problem. Going to uninstall because other problems (various other errors) also exist!!!! Website works pretty good.

Latest version (Dec 1,2020) does not work with blue-light filter overlay on phone. Prev version worked fine with my blue-light filter (cf.lumen). Took me a while to figure out, was forced to upgrade app, & when I did, I could log in, but no hot links worked at all when pressed. Cleared memory, re-installed, etc, but still didn't work til I disabled filter. Other apps have given error mssg when this happens (Google pay won't work without disabling blue filter). Pls fix to allow filter again! Thx

The app used to work okay and had a very clean, simple layout listing all the information you need at a glance. However after a recent update, now the layout now looks more "trendy" or updated but I have to hunt for the info I need, as it's no longer all listed without clicking drop downs and multiple font sizes compete for attention. Also, it fails to ever remember my phone, despite always clicking "remember this device" so I have to answer security questions for every log in.
