First impression... Wow. Wasn't sure about the kit coming from overseas, but I'm impressed with ease of use. The phone app is so easy to use. Set up was quick, connections instant, and responsiveness is great. Would highly recommend to other EMDR counselors 😎👍

I used ro use all the time for the audio BLS and it worked great. I am not able to connect via Bluetooth for this app only so I know it's not my device. A few times it connected but cuts in and out so doesnt work properly.

Inconsistent and frustrating. The tappers regularly drop the bluetooth connection. I've followed the trouble shooting recommendations but the disconnections continue.

Downloaded it on 9/7/2020, tried to use it but it kept crashing so I uninstalled it. Really disappointed because it looks like it would have been what I was looking for.

App is not stable constantly crashes. Was never able to get it to stay open long enough to do any further evaluations.

My therapist said she uses this with regular headphones on her iPad, yet it only wants to connect via Bluetooth on my tablet. I don't understand how the iOS and Android version can be so different.

It's great when it decides to work! Randomly cuts out and often won't connect to both pulsators after being fully charged. Really bummed about paying for this. I should have just bought the original light bar with a remote control. Embarrassing when it suddenly won't work in front of clients. I use it with a Nexus 6p.

The recent update has made this app much more stable and the hardware much easier to connect. Much happier with it now.
