The Encompass Roadside Assistance app has been carefully designed to make requesting assistance faster, more accurate, and convenient.
Functions:• Request assistance for a flat tire, fuel delivery, mechanical issue, jump start, lock out and more• Use GPS, maps and satellite to pinpoint your vehicle’s location• Follow prompts assisting you in diagnosing the problem and requesting the applicable service• Receive confirmation that service is on the way as well as estimated time of arrival • Your towing and labor coverage confirms eligibility for Roadside Assistance under your policy.*
*If you do not have towing and labor coverage, a customer service representative will still send help; however, you will need to arrange for payment of the roadside assistance.

The app lagged in updating & it didn't tell me who was coming. Knowing the tow company & the driver's name is important for safety. The driver was very nice.
I called for roadside assistance and the automated message says to use the app for quicker service. I did and it would not let me submit for assistance. I ended up calling 911 for faster service.

Downloaded to requst a tow, but the form for car type did not work and the App would not let me proceed, so I was unable to use it for the intended purpose
I love using this application! I can put in a Service Request for any issue I experience and get an ETA instantly.

Form for name and email address doesn't work so just call them. You cannot request assistance.

Trying to get roadside assistance is next to Impossible I was left on the side of the road with my kids for hours on end while they kept hanging up on me

Waste of phone memory... does not work, just forces user to make a call and wait for assistance as usual...

What's the point of the app if it wont work
At least it helps all the information gathered ao you can reference it when you have to call them. App could be could if it had a backend. Also every time i switched screens all my input data was gone. Had to start over 3 times.
Pointless if you can't enter policy number! Gee, I hope I don't have a flat tire.
Keeps timeing me out before I can finish my transaction had to go to my laptop to complete
They did not resolve the issue where policy holders can't log in. I still can't...would love to like this, but it sucks right now...

Went through the hassle of using the app. Called to verify, and no record of service. Great potential for an app.

Simple and it let me get someone to fix a stone chip while I was on a trip
My son and I was stranded because my car would not start. I downloaded the app that I didn't realize I had until my husband told me. Once I got it installed I couldn't believe how easy it was to get help to me to get my car started and safely home. The app sent someone to me and also let me know the name of the person that was coming and how long it would take for them to reach me. It was so accurate I was amazed. Thank you so much for making it easier than I thought and less stress!!
