This is one of the most straightforward vehicle rental apps I've used. No frills no fuss = No Stress!! Can't think of any negative things apart from the occasional inability to use a debit card but I think that may be my bank and not the app?! However, 10/10 easy No stress, the time saving early check in is a plus plus!!
The app gets stuck "spooling". Every item I click on an item (like pick up date or time) , I have to press my phone home button, then go back to the app. This seems to initiate it completing that step and moving onto the next step. So I have to go out of and back into the app several times.
The new update doesnt allow to search for pick up locations. When the search location field is selected the app freezes and doesnt move on from that page. I cant make a reservation in the app because of this.
Good not Great... I have never been able to use rhe upgrades that you send to email... I had a really hard time using membership points last time was able to use after about 5or 6 tries. This times just difgiculty with coupons or upgrades i give up and just move on
There are no easy options to connect with a person when availability is lacking. The interface is clunky when trying to search multiple locations.
Nothing works. Just updated it - and I cannot sign in, I cannot select my rental location and if I happen to get to one of my previous requests/bookings - it freezes.
If i could give you 0 and still rate this app i would. This was my first experience with your company and to say it was the worst is mild. Fisrt you never warn your customers that debit/credit cards in airports were not even an option then your team had me running all over to get the truck i needed to just call me when i am 2 miles away every time to say there is non availability well why did you allow me to book it if you had non? I ran around for 6 hours trying to pick up a truck!
This app is really convenient and user friendly! I didn't even realize you can extend your rental from the app, I was still calling them directly.
App is alright but it's very annoying to have to sign in every time I use it. My phone is already secured, there's no reason to secure the app beyond that.
Poor... when I try and modify my booking it wants to cancel it and I had go into shop to change. And this app is still showing old information.
Everything is incredibly slow to load, and about 50 percent of the time it just stops working and I can't go to another menu (rentals, my account, etc) [Galaxy 20FE]

The car was fine/ my problem is with ur return policy. Charging me $100 to bring your vehicle back to a different location is not fair at all. I'm spending good money to rent a car and I have to pay to bring it back. That's ridiculous.
Enterprise in Fort Myers off of Boy Scout Road is the best enterprise location I have ever been to. And I have been to plenty locations including pompano Beach as well as other locations in Broward county.
Got to the enterprise and now having a whole $100 dollars extra for the car than what was shown in the reservation now it's not even showing me the info I had before so I can show them wow
I Been enterprises customer for 7 years been renting about 22 cars every year and I noticed a change, i do all my rental by reservation on line, something the cars they give me are still dirty or smells like weed or cigarettes the staff are great, i see new faces everytime I come in to pick up my rental. I will continue to rent from enterprises but your need to have cleaner cars and that doesn't smells thank you.
This app is very easy to use I had my car reservation made in less than 10 minutes and it took that long because I couldn't decide which car I wanted to rent

Not to excited about the app. When it comes to finding out more info on your rental or reservation it kinda sucks.. I do think their on the right track. It could be a great app, but it definitely needs some improvements and more options. It's great for making a reservation, and extending a reservation without having to wait on hold, or stand in line. It would be nice to have the option to view, download, print or share your rental contract, for personal records, or Insurance reimbursement.
So easy! I use the app everytime I rent a car. User friendly and gives you plenty of options. Easy to cancel reservations should you need to. Service has always been good, and if something went wrong, they will give u a credit off your bill. No long lines at the airport to rent a car and usually multiple cars to choose from.
I love using the Gadsden location! The staff are phenomenal! Always welcoming and friendly.
While the app is useful to book a reservation for a car. But the problem is it doesn't show if have availability of cars if any in stock. I stopped in 1 office. Said car must be returned there. I booked a car at other office. Within minutes they called to say sorry no cars Sir. The last car rental they were very helpful. I'm deaf. Use a relay chat service. Noticed the voice-mail prompts confusing or hanged up. Be nice to have chat feature with office

Overall I enjoy the app, but I keep getting occasional notifications for an "upcoming reservation" that doesn't actually exist. It makes me feel like my account has been hacked or something, but it doesn't show any actual reservations when I go into the app to verify it. Hope they get their data issues sorted out. Sounds like someone wrote a bad database query to fire off notifications.
