One time Registration
1. Mention mobile number & date of birth2. Choose your document such as PAN, AADHAAR, Passport, etc can be chosen. The document will be the user id and mobile number will be the password. The member will not have to remember the user id and password.3. Press on Get Pin4. Verification PIN is sent to your mobile number entered.5. Updated PIN on same link6. You can login with your document & mobile no.7. Request for e-passbook8. Click on download e-passbook9. Select PF office state10. Select PF office11. Mention company PF code12. Mention Employee PF account no.13. Mention employee name14. Press on Get PIN. Don’t navigate away or close the browser window until you get the PIN (otherwise you need to repeat the same process).15. PIN is sent to your mobile16. Tick the option box I Agree check box & enter the PIN in Authorization pin box below it.
You will get link to your passbook in pdf format with information on when was the file Last modified. You can open or download, by clicking on the link. You may need Adobe Reader to view the EPF e-Passbook.

Unbelievable. Cannot fathom EPF dept has such useless, ad filled app. You can not use it. Waste of time and bandwidth.
The worst experience after downloading the app. It's a total time waste and I really disappointed with it's workings.
What a waste of time. Much worse than the online website. Not even functional. As usual hard working tax payers are being ripped off.
This is fraud app, not developed by EPFO office. Notice the email address of the developer. Do not give any personal details here.

Hopeless efforts by epf department. It should be registered as a spam. Uninstalled within a minute. Total waste of time. Disgusting.
It doesn't work. Yes it is ugly and yes it has too many adds. But it doesn't even provide the basic functionality. The server is always down. What are we supposed to do then !
