Doesn't work on Galaxy S10+. Used to, but now it tells me to update and every time I try it just closes the Play store. Disappointing their web page is so slow and I was hoping their app would make things a little more quick...but instead it just makes things more frustrating.
If I could give them less than one star I would. I used this product a few years ago and was very happy with being able to utilize the app to keep up with my scores HOWEVER, I ordered today expecting the same great service and found that the app hasnt worked in forever. Minutes after placing the order I called to cancel and be refunded and was advised Equifax has a no refund policy DESPITE the fact that they dont fully provide the servicea paid for. I definitly advise AGAINST using this service.
Truly....1/8th to zero stars if that's possible! Since getting an update notice, it is useless. The update option doesn't allow to update...I think it needs to be updated or perhaps overhauled completely!
Just crashes in a loop. Message says that it is compatible with an older version of android.. seriously it is not that difficult to keep a mobile app updated.....
the app keeps telling me it's updating. it never stops saying that or completing! I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it... still does the same thing. worthless! Four months later... same thing!
this app won't open anymore. it is constantly updating but never works. the company collects membership fees every month but won't fix their app.
Application does not works as advertised and is completely useless. Will not load beyond update screen and never actually updates.
I generally don't write reviews but what has happened with this app that my wife & I PAY for MONTHLY is just unreal. As all the previous reviews stated, this app gets caught in a loop when opened & continually asks you to update the app but there is no update. THIS STARTED 6 MONTHS AGO AND IT'S STILL HAPPENING. If 6 months of my continued patronage isn't enough for developers to even reach out to its PAYING customers & give them a heads up then shame on you! We're out!
Keeps telling me to update. No update available. Deleting app. You'd think as much as you pay for Equifax products they'd have their app functioning properly. Really annoying.
Use to work now it keeps tell me to update. It goes to the play store where instead up saying update its giving me the option to open the app. So much for bug fixes

I love this app. But suddenly it is stuckmon aloop of update...open..update..open... but never does anything and won't open. Very disappointing.
Terrible. It was once working now it continually tells me an update is available however when directed to the play store, no update is available.

Infinite "Update available" loop. This app is unusable (and judging by 6 months of similar comments, has been for some time) because of a prompt seen immediately upon launch indicating there's an update available. Your only option is to quit the app or be sent to the Play store... where there IS NO AVAILABLE UPDATE. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it either. Because this app isn't functional, I can't give it any stars.
