This app only works correct just after installing it. After that when opening it it crashes all the time. When receiving a notification and trying to read it the app crashes. Restarting my phone does not solve this issue. Deinstalling the app and installing it again makes it work once. Played around with settings & auto app management. It seems to be working now. Finally I can use it. It should work out of the box.

This used to be one of the best news apps out there. Great journalism, clean design and very good functionality. But the latest update added these two huge arrows to the left and right of every article. It's rather annoying and a worrying sign that Euronews might be going down that path of unwarranted and rather annoying design changes. Update Jan 25: the arrows now disappear after 2 seconds. Okay.

Excellent reportage.Coverage of many subjects and stories never seen in the international press. Thank you ,it helps to broaden my ageing horizons.

Was working well but suddenly the live news tv option doesn't work. The screen flashes when I click the button but it doesn't play.

Not Compatible with my Sansung android tablet. Doesn't work in landscape mode. Very Disappointing.

It's the best news app I have ever had I can watch all the world weather report and even the escalation going around the world it's amazing app for English learners

I find that the more information I have, the better I understand what the issues are all about. This app provides me with a more comprehensive picture then I see elsewhere.

Terrible. Many news not loading, only headlines. Buggy, user unfriendly. Shame for an all Europe news service to have such a poorly primitivev app.

Limited news and very low quality of writing. They should hire some real journalists. It's a bit ridiculous.

I read Euronews in Italian to help with learning the language. The format is easy to follow with concise information that is well written.

Not very pleased with two aspects. First, every time I open the app I have to check if I wanted data saving mode (no media) or no. Second, going to any page for reading, I have to scroll all the way to the top of that article if in no data saving mode. Somewhat tedious to do for each and every article or page.

Very annoying video ads every time the app is opened. This was not the case in previous versions and I hope it will be removed. Besides that good app and content although a bit too focused on France stories in general. A more European content would be appreciated.

Used to function alright, now for more than a month has weird glitch with the sound and image. Keeps shutting down live stream or just freezing. Way too many ads and there are odd periods where the latest news keep spinning one after another and then hours of some side investigative documentaries that go on without any news reports in between.

An outstanding news service, very nice in English and good in spanish. The app and the alerts are very accurate, because the news service is honest, ethic and well managed. That's how news industry should work. Off course there is a chance of continuous improvement, but those journalists really work on it.

Articles with an interactive map do not work well. I can't drag the map with two fingers as the whole app slides left. The interactive map does not work. My advice, allow a shortcut to the generic web browser to do the job. You are pasting the Google Maps external html into an apk so the layering and scaling are maybe fighting each other, who knows.. Use two fingers to drag... lags. Zoom in... misbehaves. Those little interactive maps don't work too great, just saying.

Euronews is a great channel and I like the app. One change I would like to suggest is to allow the app to work in landscape, instead of forcing portrait mode. This would make for a more comfortable experience using the app on tablets.

Excellent app! It had some issues years ago but they fixed those and everything is great now.

Excellent news platform that provides up to date information on events in Europe. Was a favorite before Russian invasion of Ukraine and now is a necessity.

Euro news responded back, long time ago to my concern. Ever since has been working fine. Best app to get your latest new.

Stories are ok, app looks fine, except for 2 things: 1) Headlines are cut off at second line in the overview even though there are 3 lines of space. 2) News contain tags after certain names for pronunciation? I don't really know, but it's not very consistent and it doesn't add any value while disrupting reading flow.

No landscape mode, that's unacceptable, especially on a tablet. Uninstalled.

It was working good for few months. But I have the same problem again. I can only read the headline of the news. As soon as I click on a specific headline, what I can see is only ads I have to try it several times back and forth to see the full article. So I decided to delete the app and read the news from the website of euronews.

When viewing an article, if you open another suggested article, it opens it in the web browser. Why not open it in the app itself? Offline reading feature would be a good progress if you consider it. Thanks.

The news itself seems less biased than others but the app could do with more features. Sorting / filtering news by topic, for example. The amount of stories you can see on the app appears very limited. Also a way to turn off those annoying tips.

I just tried to send feedback to your technical side and to your content side. I hope you got them. The simpler you make such communication processes the better! In other words apply the KISS principle - Keep It Simple Smartie! Don't approach these matters from the technical, geeky side. Instead approach everything from the non-geeky, user-friendly side.
