Everything is over priced. They screw you if you accidently buy tickets and change your mind. They give you the option to resell yet don't give you your tickets two days prior to the event like that makes no sense at all.
I purchased 2 Brooks and Dunn concert tickets for $293.63 on March 4th, 22 for the concert on May 20th, 22 and still haven't received my tickets. I was sent an email stating my tickets were sent to me and that I'd get another email with the steps to login and accept my tickets but never got either one. I even purchased the Allianz Protection Plan to insure I wasn't getting scammed and STILL GOT SCAMMED. NEVER USE TICKET-CENTET FOR ANYTHING! SCAM!
Wouldn't load anything keeps saying everything is unavailable. Click on concerts and it wont show a single one

Had a horrible experience with a game that got rained out. The tickets are held in the app, but you can't view them to show the gate on the make up day so your out of luck showing your previous tickets to get in.
Won't even open the app for me. Don't waste your time with this trash app.

It is the day of the concert, an I am being told that the ticket have been sent to me. That was almost two years ago. The show was rescheduled for two years in a row, so I have no idea what happened to my ticket. No way to access my ticket. There's better ticket apps out there for sure
Have ordered Tampa Bay/Maple leaf tickets for 3/20/18. I paid $680+ in Dec, 2017. Had to change email address. They claim I was sent email RE: app by Tampa to access electronic tickets. "multiple times". I have received no correspondence from Tampa Bay Lightening office. Although I paid this ticket broker, ETC, they said nothing they can do for me. The tickets do not come from their office. So why did they get paid? I have lost a $680 Christmas gift. Obviously, I would never work with them again and would discourage others from doing so.
The issue with this form of ticket buying is you are over charged for tickets up to 40%. If I would have did a little more research and directly purchased tickets from the venue directly I could have saved about $200. There needs to be a disclaimer on this site. Its misleading and potentially ripe for a class action law suit. Regardless of your previous statements that the prices are set forth from the ticket originators. I did look after on the concert venue's website and discovered tickets are approximately 40% less. What are the advantages of using your website compared to using the venue's website? It's a valuable lesson for me to read the reviews before purchasing tickets. Shame on myself for not doing my due diligence. Now not all the shame lands on my shoulders but some on this ticket broker. I'll enjoy the concert but will not forget this lesson. Thank you Ticket Events Center. Overpriced and horrible customer service! They charge at least 40% more than other companies! Don't ever use! Rip off artists disguise their maps to make you think you are getting a good deal! You are not! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Their fees are outrageous and had I just contacted the actual venue I would have gotten tickets for 29 total pet ticket instead of 49+20 in fees=70 They also charge a DELIVERY FEE for E TICKETS that you DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOURSELF. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE START A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE CROOKS?

Wow, just paid $99 dollars for tickets that cost $34 everywhere else.... what a rip off...
Got 3 tickets to the Hawks game and ended up paying an extra 40% in fees and service charges!!! I understand they need to make money but it's ridiculous. The worst part is they make you select instant download which is $8 and all that does is send an email to you telling you how to print out your tickets. If I pay $8 for instant download I expect the tix on my phone. I wouldn't use unless you absolutely have to...

I purchase tickets and by my mistake they were for the wrong arena i called them right away to change my arena beacuse that one was 6 hours away from my house they would not change it or give me my money back so i just lost $140.00 i was not asking for my money back but to change it to the same hockey close to my house i will never go through them again

Here it is the day of the concert and I still don't have tickets. No way to get them either. I have been calling customer service all week. I stayed on hold for 3 hours. Nothing!!!! Buyer beware. I HAD to give a rating on 1 star because thats the only way I could submit a review.
