I reinstalled this after after deleting it several months ago. The in-app coupons were ok but shopping the exchange site was easier than using the app. Now NOTHING loads. Just blank sections. VERY buggy. No wonder there is such a low rating.
the app worked well for about two to three months. now everytime i try to open it, it crashed and closes. the only reason i am not giving it a lower rating is because it was working and useful at one point.
no longer works. pages have color but no text or pictures. scroll down to developer contact info and open the website. that will take you to main shopping page. save to your home screen. but, hey, it shouldn't have to be this difficult. after all the one-ratings, why hasn't aafes fixed problem?
was working but then crashes so lost 3 free cups of coffee credit. Seems like when there is an update to to phones OS, this app is easily affected unlike other apps......software program needs to be rewritten or improved because the last software update was Oct 2016.
App does not work. I can't even set it up. When I first opened it to initiate the app and try to select my store, it says "server error" and I get no further. AAFES strikes out again... good thing my Wal-Mart app works just fine... AAFES, are you listening? Because you are continuing to lose service member business because of your continued inept business practices / capabilities.
Worked great until a few months ago. Then just stopped working all together. Sadly it was never fixed so now it's the hardest site to shop from. Now you're having to find the email they send. Open and sign in every time. Vs popping the application and go.
App used to work fine but now it doesn't. I have an account but the app does not work now and the website wont let you login. It says you need an account even though I have one. Please fix this. I am a veteran who would like to shop there and my active duty son is not home enough for us to wait to go to the nearby base.
The app was alright, considering I'm in an iffy connection area much if the time. Lately however all it loads is a blank white screen with a slidable blank gray screen on the side. Fix it, and I'm game to add more stars.
do not use, no updates, crashes...Last update push was Oct 6th 2016... that's a problem. How are you keeping up with security?! How are you keeping up with OS patches and versions?! Is anyone managing this? FO NOT INSTALL or use any app that is not updated regularly. Security needs constant patching to mitigate security flaws
this App used to work. since it hasn't been updated in almost 3 treats you would think that it should still work. However out now crashes everyone you try to launch it. In other words, it is useless
I tried downloading the app 3 times and each time I got the same thing. A blank page, nothing pops up. If I could give this app no stars I would. If you continue to work out the bugs maybe I will try it again some day.
I have to concur with some other people, because it was working perfectly for a while and suddenly stopped working. Just keep loading and that's it. And then the screen came white.
What happened? The app won't even work anymore. I was using it mainly for coffee club and movie info. These worked fine up until a week or so ago. It looks like this application hasn't been updated in a loooong time. Please fix.
Home screen and menu doesn't come up. I've've tried to clear data and cache, reinstall, every other trick I could think of, but to no avail. What is the problem?

Will not load at all when opened. Uninstall/reinstalling does not correct the issue and this app has not been updated in nearly 3 years?? Last update was October 2016. Seriously, please maintain your app so that it functions properly.

that's your first installing work good after having on my iPhone 6 months it's starting to freeze up and it's hard to get into might be a problem with phone I uninstall it and reinstalling it
Dittoing many others -- app doesn't open properly; displays only a useless blank screen and slideout menu. Frustrating.
This does not work at all! Went to the exchange to buy a laptop and the one I wanted was not available. I was told to use the Exchange app to order and it does work !@#$^!.
None of the menu shows up. The screen is basically blank. Tried three time to load it. Never worked.
This app literally has nothing useful and from what I see in the comments the coupons and coffee bit is totally broken. I got this thinking I would be able to check the balance on my star card, sadly that's not an option. I deleted this IM n about a minute....
App Won't Open/Website Won't Allow Log-on: Joining the low ratings & reviews regarding this app working fine for a period of time, then out-of-the-blue it's crashing w/in seconds of trying to open it. There are no updates & clearing cache, forcing stops, & uninstalling/reinstalling fails to correct the problem. I clear my browser history & attempt to log-on in desktop mode & the website page just sits there. Seriously? This has been a problem going on 5 yrs?! Fix your sh**!! I need acct access!!
