Facebook Pages Manager

Business Suite is the worst of the worst!!! It is sooo unhelpful in every possible way...super late notifications if someone sends a direct message, you can't see what you're typing on your post b/c the other buttons on the screen are in the way, when you want to see who liked your post the screen comes up blank, etc. etc. Please bring back Pages Manager!!! It worked just fine. I'm still wondering why it was gotten rid of in the first place.

Lots of bells and whistles. A few great features but NOT small/micro business friendly. User experience is terrible and not intuitive. I don't use 90% of features for my part time side hustle. I shouldn't need to be or hire a digital marketing guru for a PT biz. There should be a version for users that just wanted some basic features for their micro biz. Long story short, way too over complicated.

With each update this app seems to get worse. I primarily make use of the scheduling feature for my pages and for the past two days the function isn't working. It 'uploads' and I get confirmation in my notifications, bit then when I check the scheduled tab or the calendar, the posts and stories are nowhere to be found. It's quite inconvenient having to manually post throughout the day when I have a life to lead!

Hands down, worst app I've ever used. Quite surprising with the resources that are put into it. Difficult to use, constantly crashing, paid advertising does not go up when it says it will, cannot get any statistics from advertisements that I have paid for as app crashes when I try to view that info. So difficult to find details through this app. So disappointing. Definately won't be putting anymore money through it.

A good app, just needs a few tweaks. Can't 'like' any posts in discussions, sharing posted events is difficult and it would be nice to be able to tag pages in the event co-host section. I still have to use my Facebook account to do some of these extra options on a PC which makes the app a bit pointless at times. Also now Business Suite will no longer share stories, cannot add effects and then shuts down. The app is getting worse and worse.

Possibly the most buggy app I've ever used. It's never worked properly on a number of handsets. If only Facebook would make the facilities in the app work rather than trying to add more. It's a complete lottery if you'll be able to do something or not on the app, as so much of the time it gives a blank screen, crashes or just does nothing.

Keeps crashing! I recently changed my phone and now the app won't open at all, it's just a blank screen and then it crashes. Up until changing my phone I was using the app to schedule posts to both Instagram and Facebook. I thought it would be great that I could manage both through this app for my business page as I rarely log into Facebook but I ended up missing messages from potential customers on Facebook because it doesn't give you notifications!! Not impressed! Please fix the issues!

I can no longer add photos to the photo album since lastweek using this app. It was very convenient before because I have a page for selling items in good photo quality. It can still be added to photo album though but, I have to transfer/send the photos from my phone to my laptop which is a bit hassle now. Late Update: after 3 days, I can add again.

This application is broken. The Ad system is bugged to hell. I can not edit, delete, or turn on/off ads I'm running from this app. This is completely unexceptional, my resources are be completely wasted because I can't intract with any ads I create consistently (or at all) and I can not delete them and start over either. Fix this.

I am new but, I can figure things out easily. The feature is excellent and easy to navigate. It is a wow-high recommended for those who want to try something new. Either you don't know how to edit, to advertise or your even not a pro-techy. Business Suite is the Best and special thanks for the developers who created such an easy navigated application.

UPDATED REVIEW: I have downloaded the app for the first time in a very long time, hoping that most (if not all) issues had been sorted out. The first thing I notice is that my "most recent posts" showing is several months old (I think it's from before the "New Page Experience"). How on earth do I get it to update?!! 1ST REVIEW: There is too many problems to list. The worst is that I don't get notifications for my messages anymore.

I hate this app. First of all, I don't need 10 different facebook apps clogging up space on my phone. Second of all it's just generally a terrible app, although it is *slightly* better than the desktop version. It's too cluttered, filled with things I don't need in a social media app, and often usually it takes 45 min to find what I do need. Also, I no longer get alerts. Settings seem to be in order, but the app won't even update correctly so most of the time they don't even show up. TRASH!

This app used to be great but it has gone downhill. Messages take hours to actually show up in your inbox after receiving the notification. Scheduled post are hit and miss. Notifications of page mentions are received but only show mentions from over a year ago. Only a handful of reviews are visible to myself and others (potential customers). Never able to view all of reviews. Can't see dates & times of when messages have been sent/received. App has become very unreliable.

I love that you can schedule posts without needing a laptop. The experience is similar to posting directly from the app in real time. Definitely a plus there. My main criticism is the fact that you cannot add audio or the #music feature from Instagram to your scheduled stories in the mobile version. Something I really like to do, so was a major loss for me

I started using this app a few weeks ago and found it quite good, however there has since been an update and the app has become practically useless. The save function doesn't always work, photos cannot be added to posts once you have saved the draft or when you edit a scheduled posts. I really wouldn't rely on this app to create posts on for you business page(s). Scrolling through the reviews here it doesn't appear Meta cares much about fixing the issues in the app.

There are functions that are still disabled. Example is the preview of the scheduled posts. I also don't understand why businesse suite is still separated with pages, when you can maximise functionality of both when combine. Other than those two concerns, everything is seemingly easy to use and manage. After the update. I can't schedule or post anything.

Been using this app for years now. The latest update has removed the ability to add/edit photos in scheduled posts. For some reason, I can't even schedule posts anymore - they don't show up after saying it's been uploaded. Basically, this app has become useless.

The new fb update yesterday really messed everything up. And now this app is not working right, not getting notifications, and I am missing messages my clients are sending. Uninstalling and reinstalling everything didn't help. Having to go through the fb app and go back and forth between personal.and business pages just to see if I missed any notifications. Ugh!

12 months ago I would give it 5. Since the updates and changes to app and facebook pages it is not an easy system to use. Customers can't see times available, message says no times available when there are times available so they can't make a booking through the app. When making bookings from my calendar it does not match with previous contact or send the booking to their messenger. If I check settings they have changed from settings I set before.

I never get notifications about messages to my business account in a timely manner. I receive notifications after the message was received upwards of 2 hours prior. Often I show an unread message notification, but nothing appears until an hour or so after it was initially received. This is people's business accounts & you're hurting potential business by not correcting something as simple as receiving a message! Terrible interface. So much unneeded junk.

The app is very slow with uploading items, and that becomes frustrating when a person is constantly on the go. Sometimes the app doesn't make sense on how things are supposed to flow. I personally preferred the Facebook Pages version better.

I am honestly really close to never using it again. Not only does it take forever to find what I need on the app, it keeps crashing as not actually updating information I put, as well as no notification alerts. It's less of a Hassel for me to just go on a desktop. It's truly a disappointment and I hoped it'd make things easier. But far from it.

Awful, you have to clear the cache or restart your phone to get new messages. Totally frustrating and can easily cause you to lose business because messages don't update...and we're stuck with it! Why why why can't this be fixed? Or even acknowledged? It hurts business when you can't retrieve your messages in a timely manner or without having to monkey around with clearing the cache or restarting etc! If you have a business page you are stuck with it....HELD HOSTAGE. Address this please

Many glitches the world over! • Syncing to Google calendar turns off randomly. • Error message when setting up appointment reminder SMS messages • Booking button shows times that are not available. When someone tries to book the listed time, it will say that the time is now unavailable, but it will continue to display it as if it's open.

On Android, the text area is so narrow that I could only see about three lines of my texts, the vast majority of screen real estate is taken up by the buttons, like photo etc., on the bottom. As a result, it's not usable at all, and I have to type up my post elsewhere and copy and paste over every time.

The User interface can be improved on. One has to be a little knowledgeable about softwares and how apps operate to use this app without hitches. For a tool that is needed by all (including the not so tech savvy), the interface can be made simpler which in effect can improve user experience.

App quit working after the new update for the business pages! Doesn't even notify me through messenger anymore either. I only know I miss someone messaging when I log onto Facebook and see a notification on the message icon. It's ridiculous. If it's not broke don't fix it! Now I'm missing messages and making people upset or losing out on a customer.

It's simpler that's a star but they need to improve the app's messaging notifications. I have been receiving notifications of unread messages and sometimes messages don't appear in your inbox. Also, I am unable to view my scheduled posts even after it has prompted that the scheduled post was saved.
