This app used to work great before the last 2 updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled both times and it won't load my policy. It keeps crashing at the login. Please fix this. It's extremely irritating and I rely on this to pay. Thank you.
I like that you can pay online with almost anything today but what i dont like about this app is, it doesnt store card info so i dont have to put the same info in everytime. I also dont like that when its paid its not a "insurance card" sent out automatically in the mail. I have not gotten a card. I got one in the mail probably 2 times when i started now i dont received them. This is Very inconvenient app.

Payment options suck I'm trying to do partial payment because I have my sister on the policy and we half it and it will not do partial. I've used other insurance apps and I never had this problem. Trash! this needs to get fixed. And then I'll change my review
Horrible, agent screwed my policy up, then had no response after multiple calls and emails! Cancelled my policy instead of transferring it to the new vehicle! Go with a company who has agents that actually respond. They don't have to care at all just RESPOND!!!
It says that I can make my payments and get reminders on the app but it doesn't give me an option to do so which means that if i still have to go to my agent it's really not making any difference to me.
easy app to update and pay..... finding a great agent in your Town is sometimes challenging but after you're initiated and the app installed.....easy peasy!
it's a good app, they should work on it adding a debit card for easy payments.
Only one time I need it and it crashed. Even after reinstalling it didn't work.
It seems like they redesigned the app. I love the new look! It's much easier to use compared to the old one.

Haven't had a reason to have had a problem with Falcon. as long they report that I have the legal amount of liabilit overed required by the, money hungry, state of texas. .I'm good! they have very reasonable rates, forsure!
