Family Farm Seaside

I was playing for 1,5 year, I loved this game. I made a pause for about 10 days and when I opened it again - from same smartphone - my farm was lost. It's a pity to loose all your efforts without any logical reason. It should be a technical problem to be solved. I am so much disappointed that I put 1 star, otherwise it would be 5) upd: support team found a way to give me my farm back! Thank you a lot for help!!

I've been playing this games for the last 3+yrs. Played the games yesterday morning it was working fine. Yesterday evening new load up screen and my games been wiped. Tried to log in through Facebook and it comes up with ERROR. Still don't work today. Absolutely gutted not missed a day spent plenty on rc and now nothing to show for it. DEVELOPERS get it sorted please

Great Game.....IF, you can get it to load. The only way, THE ONLY WAY... to keep your Game Progress is to have it Connected to an Obsolete Platform that CONSTANTLY has connection issues between the Platform and the Game. Save yourself the headache of Constantly LOSING Game Progress and download something else.

Adorable -always something new to do. I am having a problem downloading my farm . Seaside is working on it , hopefully they can fix the problem as I love playing with my friends and I am at level 111 . Love the Island and all of the flowers. Everyone's farm is unique. Can't wait to get back on DRAGONFLY INN FFBYSXH. Still can not download my farm

Very good game just love it, but having trouble getting back on my farm got new table download the game,and tried binding the farm to my Facebook account, but it wouldn't let me. been playing for years and don't want to start over on a new farm want my old farm back been off about a week now done miss out on a lot of things not too happy.

Liked game for years then yesterday I wasn't able to play it because it logged me out and when I tried to log back in with my Facebook account, I got an error message. So I lost all my progress and it made me start from the beginning. 😞

I can not log into my original Family Farm Seaside, for some off the wall reason I was placed onto another farm. When I contacted the Help Support Team, I got asked to do one thing, done but it did not work. Tried to reach out to them again for more support and now it's like they are neglecting the problem!

Have played this game for over two years. Overall, I like it and enjoy most of the events. It does have complex game play. Not intuitive to figure out some of the animal and machine upgrades. Can't purchase some of the parts - have to earn tokens - and it takes forever to get all the parts needed. Have spent a fair amount over the two years and still learning some of the game play.

HI there I log into my farm and it has completely reset its put me back at the beginning I uninstalled the app tried to log In and still nothing I have spent a good amount of money on this game and my progress is lost. This is incredibly disappointing. Yesterday I renewed my rc cow and today my account doesn't exist

I'm so disappointed with you😡, you are very quick to take players money and time playing the game and NOT sorting out the problem with the game. I've been playing your game sin you started, is this really the way to treat you players. UNINSTALLING Things cost way to much money ,it takes forever to progress and get parts .the plants take hours to grow it is a very cute game with lovely graphics but everything cost to much and takes to long. We don't get the pretty decorations unless we spend real money . It can also be very confusing .

One of my favourite farm games but I get frustrated when I can't hide the trees to collect the wheat flour and I can't find out if the trees are ready, I got to check by clicking the tree but I'm harvesting the fruits when I didn't want too

I love the game but since last update can't connect to my Facebook. That is where all my progress is. I contacted them but no reply. Please fix.

When can the FB issue be fix, I can only play within a 2hr time slot when I access my tablet at night!! Need access to the farm on my cell!! Almost a week already!!

Unable to access my level 87 farm after update. They want you to jump through hoops to provide receipts and records to transfer to new farm.

Hi, today I tried to log in but after an update I can't. It shows me an error code 12. Over night I lost my farm from 102 back to level 1. Why?

Good game but too expensive to play if you want decor worth anything on your farm especially for Beauty contest because it is not judged on votes but on amount of real money spent on decor and the reason why farms on 1st day of contest have 12,000 points as I have none but I refuse 2 make my farm a mess with decor and will enjoy game without money spent unless it is my decision...greedy game 4 sure but all rich people couldn't care less about the little people which are who is playing your game

I can't log into my account in the farm I tried many times but it doesn't work This is really annoying I can't get it back from the first Please find a solution to this problem

I love this game up until now, I cannot get my game open. It keeps bringing me back to a brand new game I have put so much time and money into this game and trying to get ahold of support is impossible.

Love this game but hard to level up as it takes so long to gain the experience. I have played for 6 years and still have not reached the senior level (151). I probably have years to go since I am only on 124. It's sad because I spend at least a hour a day playing. I like how they introduce more to the game so you dont get bored.

One bad thing is most important items require real money or rc which tech you use real money to play. Ok frustrated farm is missing and only a new farm shows up

I don't see why ppl like this game. Township and other similar games are better. With this game, you have no way to know how long buildings will take to produce the items you need and even the basic crops take way too long to grow without using other resources like fertilizer which would be nice to save up. You gather things for objectives only for them not to actually be counted. Ex: I needed 10 jars of honey, I got 13 and the task list showed I had 6. Stick with township or Farmville.

Recently downloaded it and the game won't load past the configuration screen and I've tried everything from the help options. It keeps giving me the error code 1001003 when the configuration screen is trying to load. Very frustrating.

I downloaded game today it will not allow me to connect to Facebook for some reason. Looks a good game but I like to play with friends. May need to loafer another game
