Played until I had to change the device. I have the button to change the accout, I tap on google+ and the app just freezes with the stupid tv on the screen. No error no message... like an infinite loop. Was time to stop playing anyway. They never do reruns and if you miss obtaining caracters u can only buy them with real money during special events. To summarize : nice at the beginning... stupid and boring in the end.

CONSTANTLY having a problem loading the game. Continually says there is an error. Also, while watching ads for gold clams it will kick you out of the game and take forever to load again, IF it even loads. And it shouldn't be so difficult to achieve goals. The "rare" and "uncommon" items take WAY to long to get and we end up not achieving the goals. Game is becoming less and less fun....

Updated review today. Tried to play again today after months of not playing. Got game running on new device. I can run game but freezes once I get into game. I cleared cache and reinstalled game. Still the same issue. I gave my 1st review 2 stars but in this new one I am lowering it to one. I tried to contact Customer service about this problem and I got no help with issue. Issue needs to be fixed. I used love the game but now I just like it. It takes way too long to load and it does freeze during game play then boots out of game. When I am able to play, it takes way too long to take a action. I have stopped playing this game because of it. I wish they would fix these issues. Customer service just gave the run around without fixing the problem.

This game ran smoothly in the beginning, and I was having fun with it. Even though the wait times on tasks, I found unrealistic and took a toll on my patience. Still, I adjusted. Now the game crashes constantly. I can't go a full minute without it crashing. It takes me hours to do what used to take me minutes. What makes me angrier is the time and money I put into it. It's all for nothing. Hugely disappointed. Sounds like nobody bothers to fix the issues, either.

In a recent response to a review I seen jam city said to reach out to them so the person can fix the issue. No game or app should have the player/buyer having to fix any bugs. I played this years ago and enjoyed it but I lost everything so I'm trying again. After awhile I know the game will become tedious and slow to accomplish anything. Wish they would update new characters to unlock more and better events to take part in. Thag extreme sports one was pretty wack.

Had an issue with a purchase, really thought they would screw me over. I was WRONG! They corrected everything for me so I could enjoy my game the way I originally wanted. Yeah the load screen may be a tad long, but the game itself is fun and enjoy rebuilding and the side stories and the two events I've participated in have been worth it.

Can we get more districts?!?! There is absolutely nothing to do once you finish the districts, the events get boring fast. I want to keep playing this game but it feels more like work at this point, assigning my 100 characters or so a task takes forever and again it's just for an event. If we unlocked new sections I would have more interest but grinding events for more characters so if can take 10 minutes straight to assign them all tasks, absolutely boring and repetitive!!!!

It's fun and all but everytime I get any kind of gold shells they'll show up that I have so many. Then when I go back on the game they just disappear all of a sudden and I don't have anymore even tho I didn't use them. If I watch an ad also, to help speed up the time on a quest, it'll most of the time kick me out of the game or freeze phone up.

I want to like the game but the loading times make it barely enjoyable. Literally 5 minutes to load the game to just play it for 2-3 minutes at a time. Also, they want you to buy everything, constantly asking you to make purchases. Very annoying. Update: I updated the game as required, now can't play it for more than 30 seconds without it shutting off. Pretty over all this

This game has so many problems its unreal. Every time I try to speed up the processes and watch the ad, the game freezes and doesn't let me close out of the ad. If you watch to many ads, the game stops letting you watch ads. Trying to move buildings is a pain, because when you try to move selected building you move the camera instead. Such a shame because I want to play this game.

after several years of playing, right in the middle of the current event, for whatever reasons there are, it now refuses to load. it crashes as soon as the yellow bar gets to about 90% of the way. up until the last 24 hours, I haven't had an issue. now, I do. I had this game on my tablet and my phone, after level 4 I couldn't log back in, I talked to customer service and they said they were working on it, 9 months later I re-downloaded on both devices to try again and still the same thing. My suggestion go with the Simpsons game it's super fun, that was the reason I wanted this game but way to many issues.

I'll install it and it loads up fine but when I switch over to my original game it goes to the load screen and just won't load. I'm not sure if it's just taking forever because of how big my town is and all the stuff I have or if it's just not working. Other then that I love the game played it up to level 64 and won free music downloads. (Avril Lavigne and Alice Cooper.) I just wish the damn thing would load so I can continue where I left off.

The game takes an inexplicable amount of time to load, sometimes over a minute. The new fonts in the game are awful, hard to read and some of the text ends up outside of the box so you can't read the rest of it.

This game is really awesome BUT it is TOTAL cash grab. I get it. The license is expensive, but jeez. Actions all have ridiculous timers that can be sped up by either watching a limited number of ads per day or spending a great deal of actual money. I wouldn't mind either of those things if progression in the game weren't so off balance. Take play FREE out of your headline because while true, it's basically a lie.

Not new player friendly at all. I downloaded this game 2 days ago. Takes forever to get anything done but thats kind of fair, then, in order to get premium currency (which is used WAY to much) you have to do season challenges. A new season just dropped and I can't do anything because I don't have any of the required characters, which at this rate, is going to take me maybe a week or two just to get 1 of the required characters. This game is not New Player Friendly. (You know, unless you pay $)

Been playing this game since the beginning, having problems now since the ad feature seems to be removed every time the 2nd week of an event starts, can't watch an ad to fast forward the 2hrs it let's you in game, all I get now is to spend my clams to fast forward time please help. Would be a 5 star game if this problem never happens.

Been playing this game since the beginning on and off. I love it. My only bad things I can say are clams are too hard to accumulate, not enough time to do the events and the required items needed to unlock them are a bit high.

Never works. Takes long to load, then freezes 2 minutes in. Have to keep closing app and then deal with long load and freeze again. Very sad, was such a good game. Have had problems for over a year. Finally giving up. RIP Quest for stuff.

I love this game when it works properly. Everytime I go to play it, it let's me play for about two minutes (very slow and lags) and then crashes and kicks me out. Its so annoying because I really want to play it!

Every time you want to watch an advert, it plays the entire thing then my screen just goes green and you can't do anything. You have to restart the game and watch an ad again hoping for the best. Please fix this annoying bug

Shame u can't rate this 0 star as this game is awful and designed on a poor game engine. Takes forever to load into game and support won't accept its there poor servers setup causing the issue. Also unlocking characters have stupidly high amount of items u need before u can properly unlock the character. Stuff u can unlock with clams are way over priced on clams and in game purchases have no value for money and are a complete rip off. Game is getting deleted and won't be playing it again

It would be a 5 if you can fix the loading screen. It doesnt load at all sometimes it just freezes and I think other people have that problem too. Please fix it. Its a very fun game.

Fun game but it takes forever to load it also does not load a boost whenever you finish watching an ad and it requires lots of clams for getting certain items it can easily become a pay to play game but it does reward players who contribute to the game

I enjoy the game for the most part. If only it wasn't so lopsided in collecting items and such. My son and I both play the game but we both have noticed going for the same characters, outfits, any item that you will use a character for and most of the time he is able to obtain it before I am. We both play the same amount of time as well as watching videos to speed up they will black out or you watch one and it doesn't even take the time down like you hadn't watched one at all. Frustrating!

I loved playing this game in the past but I've been having issues with the ads. Whenever I try to get a free clam and I wanna close out the ad it won't work, but the install button for the game on the ad will, and on top of that, when I wanna close the ad early and not get the free clam, it freezes after I click "Close Video". It's starting to get stupid. -Mateo

I would give it 5 BUT and this is a Big But! The game doesn't always load if i click on a character and go off them again sometimes the game reloads and since it doesnt always load it just gets stuck and have to wait like 15mins for it to work i cant say ive had any other problems... Other than the loading

Love this game. I keep coming back to it. But now its been freezing up constantly. Play for 45 seconds and it freezes up and I have to reload the game. Not cool.

The reason why I gave it a 2 stars is because when I try to switch or connect my account it doesn't open. It's just stuck on loading screen for a long time and when i try to reload it again it did the same thing again and again
