Not actually free as described. In response to developer: It's not free if the app blocks you from doing anything with an unclosable pop-up that makes you agree to either a weekly or monthly charge with no option to decline or close. Just because you can cancel the membership later on does not make it free to use. And from what I've read on other reviews, you're still charging despite canceling memberships.
Instead of doing good, it can also create negative results. I won't ever recommend this app to anyone, it creates more problems. It can also ruin a relationship. It shows that you're with several unreasonable movements where you don't even know those places. Undesirable and really very bad experiences
No longer able to edit, or add zones. Only auto replies when reported. With how much we paid for the family version one would think it would actually do what its suppose to. Unable to get ahold of a live person regarding refund since the issue still hasn't been fixed after waiting patiently for several months. Save your money. Let my buyers remorse be your saving grace. Edited 2 add able to create zones again finally after more than 6 months. Now all users are unable to receive notifications.
Terrible experience! It deducts ur money without any consent for those plans which you have not chosen for and you can't unsubscribe them even if you want.. Please look into the issue at earliest as its annoying coz u can't successfully logout from the app..
This app I have started using since two days but most of the featured are in premium mode which is obviously paid and comes with a high price. Basic features are very limited.
I'm too disappointed as they auto deduct money from account without my consent. There is customer care number I can get through several sources. Google is big company and showing that poor service. They can steel anyone's money. I didn't subscribed for the annual pack and still they deduct my money from my account without my consent. And I couldn't find the option to unsubscribe anywhere on the app. They are showing their money hunger.
Wouldn't recommend. The free version doesn't allow some of the most basic features and I've found that it's not very accurate either. There are completely free locator apps that do more than this one, without being so annoyingly aggressive about trying to sell their premium versions.
it would be helpful if we were able to put in our zones via address instead of just adding the zone when you get to it. I know I forget to add the zone when I get to a safe zone so being able to input addresses would be very much appreciated. I know this is available in other family locator applications.
This app works good. I had problems with it but discovered the problem was my phone and not the app. To little memory left after constant android updates made the phone unusable and of course the app no longer worked. This app worked well on note 8's.
It's great when it works. However, in my nearly a year experience using this app, it only works about 25% of the time (I purchased a Premium package). It's quite frustrating, I've had high hopes for this app. Yet, so far I see no improvements.
I thought I was going crazy until I read the other reviews and see other people are having the same issue. The app doesn't work. Also they said to go to the play store and go to the menu etc to cancel the membership and that doesn't work. I'm Uninstalling the app but I'm having an issue about canceling the auto payments. This socks! If I could give them no stars I would
