App wasn't much help. Installed so I'd always have the info I needed when I needed it even if I didn't have good cell reception... Didn't work out that way. First, not everything is even on the schedule (we missed more than one thing we wanted to see), second when my reception went down, the app wouldn't load it. Terrible design, not convenient whatsoever, and too much back-and-forth and clicking to get what info it does have. I finally gave up and just used the paper copy that was 3 pages of very small writing.... that was easier!

While some aspects of the app are convenient, it's clunky to move around and doesn't default to the current time so you scroll each time you want to check the schedule - although it does default to the correct day when you open the schedule. There is a color coding system, but it's not explained until you dig into the settings and seems a bit arbitrary. A floor plan of the convention space would have been very welcome, as would some form of alert for your upcoming events.

I'm updating my review of this app even though the response by the developer is completely incorrect. I was connected to wifi and using it for other things, I just could not sign up on this app while on wifi. I tried 2 different wifi networks (business and personal) and got network errors and invalid information responses on both. Once I shut my wifi off, it allowed me to sign up with no issues using my data connection. The app itself seems to work fine now that the signup issue is dealt with.

the app is interesting for listing out all the conventions, even international ones... but it keeps sending notifications when I turned off that setting. I had to deselect every panel/photo op I "scheduled" just to shut up the app. i tried to figure out if the things I liked could be "saved" without notifications popping up, but no.

Good but could use refinement: when I click "my events" on the start screen, I want to actually be brought to the events I've earmarked than just the Fan Expo Canada button, of which I then need to tap, then tap schedule, then tap my events. I also found alerts didn't sound on time, often notifying me after an event was half/totally over despite being given priority. There was also no way for it to tell if I actually attend an event or not. I also want an interactive map, not just pictures.

Force closes for no reason. The app worked fine before the latest update. I tried to complete a survey for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch, but it kept crashing. I own a brand new Stylo 4, so the app itself is faulty. PLEASE FIX!!!

Crashes on multiple devices when accessing the schedule. Content is great, but if the app isnt reliable even before MegaCon, it wont be worth your time when you actually need it during the convention. Hopefully they will address this....

buggy, crashes, and you can barely scroll through the listing cause it bounces around. opening an event to view details often crashes the app. just going to screenshot the browser schedule of the convention; at least it'll be readable.

no offline access. The app allows you to download in preparation of having no online access, but the app doesn't load without online access, so then I couldn't access that downloaded data once I had no wifi available. Completely useless app because the fan expo grounds have no free wifi.

Useful, but has issues. Doesn't want to load if not online. Trying to view downloaded content doesn't seem to load when I lose connection. Filters on schedule do not appear to work well.

Beat My Expectations! Loving the user friendly format and access to events info. There's room for improvement (always) but very comfortable navigating around the different features. It surprised me pleasantly 😊👍

Great event organization app with lots of potential. Easy to navigate & search, incorporates participation actions simple way. Would like to see more customization options in a future version!

Was supposed to download convention details so could read offline. Didn't. No reminders for booked event in the app. Kinda pointless as a tool... A printed guide is just as useful.

The schedule section is way too buggy for prime time, it's frustrating that it can't remember what screen I had open when I relaunch which is the bare minimum expectation I have had of any app since 2007.

I'm only using this cause Tekko put their e-schedule on here. Compared to Guidebook, I have more trouble using this app and bookmarking panels I want to go to because it scrolls back to the top somehow after I scroll down a small bit.

Convenient, informative, Social. Very clever application. Can be very useful for photographers like myself wanting to advertise themselves at a convention.

Not a fan! Forces you to sign in now to make a shedule. Why does it need access to all my info, pics, contacts etc? Also bounces around when scrolling so it's impossible to navigate properly. NO THANK YOU

App doesn't have artists listed that are clearly at the show and its glitchy. Not impressed I'd rather download the Megacon app every year and that app was trash as well.

Every time I chose an event it would kick me out of the app about 3 times. Once I get on the events page and click on something there it then kicks me off numerous times.

Pretty good. But would like more tag options especially for the celebrity Q&A was very hard to plan out simply cause theirs no filter option to just see Q&A content which older versions of the fan expo app did allow for.

This app is useless in areas of no data or wifi connections. In a basement floor of a hotel with no signal? Too bad, you don't know what the schedule is.

App keeps crashing while trying to look at an event schedule. Can't really use it for Con this weekend if the app won't let me actually look at the schedule

The app is incredibly laggy and impossible to use for large events. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, on and off wifi, etc.

Crashed too many times, kicked my wife off way to many times. Did not like it. Go back to the Old app. Need better Wi-Fi at venue as well.

Crashes have been mostly resolved so I'm revising. I can see the schedule and create a list of events I want to go to and that's what I care about most.

This one-stop app is so convenient when at a convention and it adds a community and brings people closer to connect with others on a culture they love. You can find everything on the app and even gives the exhibitors a chance to market their material! A+ on FanGuru!

the app is unusable! it crashes a few seconds after opening. I updated it and it still crashes.

Awesome app met some great people at the vampire diaries conventions and hopefully will meet new friends at this years. Easy setup and easy to navigate.
