The app is great. Makes paying my bill fast and easy. You can check on your policy and other things, make payments, file a claim, etc. This app takes care of all your insurance needs!
They do not let you change your coverage you have to call ! most insurance companies you can do everything yourself online and change your deductible etc. They put all my deductibles very high and I went to change it online and u could not which is convenient for THEM, NOT ME. PLUS THEY ARE VERT HIGH PRICE. PLEASE SHOP AROUND FOR HONEST AUTO INS
It's simple, very easy to use, and fast. I work pretty much 7 days a week and/ or work long hour so I dont have the time or get off early enough to go in to town to pay my bill, this way, I don't have to leave work early or wait for a week day, I can just log on the website and take care of it.
Great app. Easy bill pay , reminder prior to due date. Info on your policy at your fingertips as well. I think it works very well.
able to view policy details, view bills and set up pymt. Agent is shown in the app with contact info. Very convenient and easy to locate info.
App worked great on my old Samsung phone but now on my new Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra it states "For your security, Farmer's won't function while these apps are installed." But it gives no list of apps.
I've always liked farmers ins and so glad this app is available it makes things so much more easier to do whatever it is I'm trying to do. Thanks Farmers, y'all are great.
After downloading the app, I am not able to open it bc it says it can't open while these apps are installed but I'd does not reference which apps.

Easy to navigate, just wish I could've printed cards from it. Only option available was to share. I had to send to my email, and print from there. I agree with another review, would be nice and easier for the general public to list by cars covered with policy number last. The people that are using the cards generally are looking for that type of information and not the policy number.
This app makes no sense. Using Bluetooth to talk, they label you as a distracted driver. But you can eat and drive and you are all good. You can run a red light to avoid hard breaking and it doesn't know, but you didn't hard break, so win in their book. It can't tell if you are wearing a seat belt or if you are using a turn signal like a dash one can.

This app is easy to use no ads you can make all your payments and everything on it I've never had a problem with it at all I've had over 2 years.
We've trusted Farmers Insurance for 30+ years with our home and auto insurance. They've been true to their word, allways available, quick in settling claims. Great app.
Can't run app due to some error saying it won't run due to apps installed on my phone but doesn't list the app(s) of concern. Try to email app support and it bounces back saying : The group usw.mobile.appteam only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list. What's the point making an app and having email support blocking all emails but from the organization itself 🙄
Simple easy to use app to manage insurance
This app used to be great! Now, it requests a "one-time verification code" EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. It doesn't matter if you opened it, received a code, and then immediately closed the app or if you havent opened the app for a month. Every single time. This is ridiculous! Get rid of that or at least make it an option to turn off!

I hate this app !!!!! An insurance I had to call three times and I was on hold for 35 minutes trying to add on to my insurance another vehicle and also I can't log into the app I can't create my account this account is just so horrible customer service was horrible call dropped twice if anybody reads just go to another insurance company these guys are a joke
