Fas REWARDS

After months of getting the spinning circle of death, it finally allowed me to log in. After months of swiping my card it shows that I have zero points and then goes on to list all of my transactions and points for each one lol. I have never received a thing from using this card or this app and will no longer be going to any Admiral station. There are plenty of other gas stations/convenience stores with loyalty cards and apps that actually work. Uninstalled.

This thing just sits there on the checking card number screen when trying to log in and just spins. I very rarely get to actually see my points balance due to this issue. I restart and reload app and it just does what ever it wants but doesn't let you in.

App won't let me sign in. First time trying the App and it won't accept my card number. Error message: Card # **** **** **** **** is not a part of the Fas Rewards Program. I have been using my card and accumulating points since I first signed up. I thought downloading the App would make it easier to check my balance, learn of new promos etc. I was hesitant to install it to begin with due to the unnecessary permissions. Uninstalling.

As of October 2020 hasn't been updated since September of 2019 and now it's to a point where it shows 0 points earned. I suggest you just get your receipt and track points from there. Fasmart has pretty much abandoned this app.

Takes to long to save up enough points to actually b able to buy something decent (took a entire year to b able to buy a cheap movie n my husband was using the rewards card every single he filled the gas tank at his job, but it was a extremely funny movie $6.99). Would b much better if reward points added up faster.

What update? I received an email stating to update to their new app that looks like the rewards card. I did. Now I cant login, get a password reset, or reregister my card. WTH is going on? Why did they update to an app that doesn't work?

This app looks like it was made in 2004. Terrible interface and no images load in the app but the app does work. Worst gas station app I've ever downloaded. I just use gas apps for rewards, like the exxon Mobil app or the BP app and they work the same way and are better looking.

Best app ever 🤗 as an employee trying too explain to my customers how awesome this app and our fast rewards card really is!!!When you explain to them step by step they actually get it and their excited to save with the coupons, earn free items to earn points and watching their points grow and use them as cash my customers smiling says it all Love my job luv my customers 💞

At first the app was great. Now it won't let me update my personal info. This is very frustrating. So im only giving 2 stars due this. Fix the issues and ill give 5 stars

Used to work great, then at the latest update, won't let me update at all. Cleared cache, data, uninstalled, everything. No dice.

I'm having trouble registering my card. I type my reward card number and the "please wait" was taking a long time so I stopped it because it was about five minutes and it was still loading. So I tried again but now it won't submit my card.

No Punches. It used to show how many drinks I had left until my free one. Now, that page won't load at all. Just keeps loading.

Love it. Great systematic review. Things will work when things needs to work. My life is wayyyy better with FAS Rewards in it. As a matter of fact if FAS Rewards were a woman I would marry her. Yay. Thank you Fas Rewards!!! ❤❤❤

Useless app. . I am going to the Speedway up the street. Service is better there anyway and the store is clean.

App worked well until they changed things. Now my current points aren't showing up. And I cant redeem them.

I love how fast and easy it is to register and use at the check out line...It's nice to actually get back discounts on product's

I like that I can earn points that equal up to maybe a free candy bar or drink. That's nice.

There's times Im unable to get it to load, keeps spinning,, other times says pin is invalid.

Is there a reason why the app don't keep track anymore? It was a good app I logged in last 4 days and nothing don't keep track anymore

I had over 1100 points that just up and disappeared. Says no transactions on card yet but I use it daily. Where TF are my points?

wont even let me donwload. the cashier said i have 10 bucks to use but i cant download the app and figure out how to use it..

Fixing to stop Fas REWARDS? It has not been working for months. Just wondering.

Its fairly retarded that you can't sign up on their website or via the app.
