I think this is a great app although a little cumbersome to use in places. I installed it because it allows me to see the Captions over the top of my photos. Not sure when it stopped working but now it shows the label "Caption" at the bottom of the screen but not the text contained in the caption. Any idea what has happened?
It's a great, simple app! But it would be better if it can recognize or show up the "Title" of the photos. And I prefer the word "tag" over "keyword" as "tag" is used on Windows when you read the file properties; "Comments" over "Caption-Abstract". Overall, I love it. I found it when I googled the photo tagger app on Chrome. Maybe dev can improve the app searchablity (SEO) on Google Play. Thanks dev!
Dennis has done a fantastic job developing this app for adding, editing, and managing photographic metadata. Just using the User Guide, I was able to test and verify metadata was handled properly. I added metadata to photos using Fastphototagger. The photos were then imported into my Flickr camera roll. All the tags were present and Flickr was able to handle them correctly. Compatible with Lightroom, too. Thanks for a useful app that allows me to truly be mobile.
Perfect for tagging multiple items at once. Love the abbreviation feature which is essentially shortcuts for words or phrases you use often. Visually its garbage, but it really doesn't matter. Great job!
Wow! Awesome app! Easy to use too. Hasn't crashed even once. Thoughts to make it better: For it to be showing number of keywords entered as you type and number of characters in caption as you type too. That will be really helpful. Definately continuing to use it.👍☺
Downgrading to 3 stars: Features not working as expected, caching problems everywhere. great concept. would give 5 starts if the changes made to the tags would reflect in the full screen view of the picture (bottom half tags list)
Hi, Can you add line-break support (Win/Mac/Linux) in any field especially in 'Caption-Abstract' and 'Description' fields because every time I paste text in there the line-break are lost. Thank you!
Allows sort by keyword. Imports XMP, IPTC, etc keywords. Features not very discoverable. Good manual.
Please, don't stop development. Your app is the one on Android that can do such deep image tagging. It's literally life saver!

This app has changed the way I organise and manage my scanned and digital photos, taken over the last 50 years. I use it to search on captions and tags, and view and amend exif metadata. Selected photos can be easily 'slide showed', with the caption displayed with each one. Other features such as keyword search and a rudimentary file handler are also very useful. I have used the app for over a year with no problems. This is a free app with no ads and is absolutely excellent.
There is no 'go' button to search/find keywords in files. Pixel XL. Update: Thanks for assistance - now 4 star.

Feature request: Ability to add GPS auto tagging to instantly add location. Still learning everything else
Maybe it's the bad UI but I couldn't find a way to update tags.
The user interface could use some work (home-> program settings-> metadata tags is where you go to change the tags, and I assumed home lead to the root folder) and it could use a lookup of tags exiftool supports, but unlike most android metadata apps, it will actually write the full breadth of tags, including xmp.
Really I am very impressed! Hope to see some improvements with batch editing as far as speed and simplicity. That said, great job and thank you very much. I'm hooked!
Attempt to open the app on my Galaxy Note 8 just gives a blinking screen. Uninstalled.
Made my Note 5 screen flash on/off on 7.0 deleted. No operation at all.. Not compatible..
This app is pretty unique! It would be nice to be able to filter by file type so that the mp4 files from the DCIM folder would disappear. Also, when using the metadata search, cached keywords are no longer showing when using the AND (+) operator. I would also like to see an easy way to copy/apply keywords from one picture to another.
