Great app. Use this the most now. Asks how you feel, gives you a timer to get up and move for 30 seconds. Give it a go. I would suggest a vision board feature. It would be a perfect app. Uninstalling other Gratitude apps I have on my phone. Great free app and no intrusive ads. Great going guys.
Lately I have been looking for ways to improve my health and happiness so that my priorities and goals can be easily achieved. I believe happiness is very important, always. Health goes hand in hand with happiness.. and in order for me to maintain them I must put in some effort. I came across this app, had a spark of interest, downloaded it.. and have been dedicating a bit of time (almost daily) to complete the tasks given. There is no doubt in my mind that I will refer this app to a friend
I personally don't endorse apps that link to YouTube, which is a mindless time-waster intentionally designed to trick you into getting lost down rabbit holes. Scratch that: I am thankful for YouTube giving me powerful opportunities to exercise my self-control motivation muscles. Look at that reframing with gratitude! I have learned something. Not from this particular app but good try. 👍
I can use this app everyday without it feeling like a chore. The ad free simplicity & direct approach make it so much easier, there are no distractions and I never feel like Ive wasted my time. I love it.
I've only had this app for 2 days and I love it so much! It helps me take small steps and work on my goals towards my best life. I feel happy after using it. This is an awesome app for people like me with depression. It's impossible to feel bad after using it.
Only has one thing for everything. JuSt Be Grateful and you'll feel better. I like the app set up and the emotion tracker but there's literally like nothing on the app *probably going to delete it soon.
I enjoyed the inspirational videos and reminding me to be greatful for all the good things in my life!!! I wiuld definatly recommend this app. Im bi-polar and it was very helpful for my depression!
Love this app! Great variety, love that it incorporates movement. Makes me feel better with every interaction with it.
I love everything up until the last question in the feeling section. It never allows me to finish the session by not letting me submit my answers. It hasn't saved any of the information I have been putting I just realized today.
It has really helped me to be more grateful, get active and start setting and achieving my goals. It's a "Beary" good app for everyone!
Maybe my issues run a little deeper than this app can offer but I don't know where to start with goals and practicing gratitude, that's why I installed the app. Not for me.
This app is awesome! It helps me process emotions and helps me with my life by influencing me to think clearly and accomplish personal goals.
Using this simple app and being reminded to consentrate on the positive or good things or nearly good things in my life has lifted my mood and is helping me feel there is hope. Thank you developers.
Haven't really used the app much but the Dev (s) seems like great people... really admire that the devs actually want their ago to help people and not just money hungry. Will update review once I've used app a little more. 😊

Nice in theory but just shallow. ridiculous goals and plans. This is not CBT its childish unrealistic goal setting end of.

just downloaded, heard about on npr and after one day feeling hopeful.
User friendly, simple yet intricate enough to provoke deep thought, self exploration and growth. The prompts and reminders are greatly helpful for me as well. Without them I would most likely never get around to "dusting off" the app long lost in the background of my phone! My intentions are always good when I find apps like these and download them but I have have the worst trouble "getting around to it"... Thank you Feel Better and it's creators!
