I don't usually leave reviews, but this app has everything. Face workouts, full body workouts, stomach workouts, pain relievers, splits workouts, etc. It has shorter workouts and longer workouts, depending on your preference, and I don't find the ads bothersome. It shows you your progress and has custom reminders. I would recommend this app to anyone of any age.
Great short workouts! Love that they challenge me for only minutes at a time. No more hours of sweating for me. I love the different workout options and that the app shows what exercises are involved before I even start. Time is limited for me, so these get right to the point and I'm starting to see results after 3 weeks usage, 3 times per week.
So far this app has been really useful for me! It lets me stay active without having to do to much work and it's really user friendly as well! The layout and pictures are very aesthetically pleasing and not too crowded. The only suggestion I'd have is add more workouts (I would love back and chest or more detailed workouts such as obliques and outer/inner thighs)! Looking forward for it :)
Absolutely love this app, just what I've been looking for Adds not intrusive, lots of types of training for all levels, and quick workouts for when your pushed for time. Only downside is some of the video demos of the exercise won't play, says its private or been removed.
i love the wide variation of exercises you can do, i also love that most of the exercises are only about 5-10 minutes long. The motivational calorie burning tracker is also great, and the ads aren't a big problem unlike most apps. I definately recommend getting this if you're looking for the best women's workout app!
Great free app. There are ads. Of course there is, it is a free app. But the reminders you set yourself, on your schedule, are super helpful. Each work out day you choose the area you want to continue on. Each day gets a little more. Each day is a variety of timed exercises with count downs for your convenience. Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for!
I don't like that you're required to watch a 30 second add before each workout, along with short add scattered around. They aren't terribly evasive but it does get annoying. Also it isn't always clear what the animation is doing and the descriptions aren't great if you aren't familiar with the exercise. Otherwise it's simple and has a good amount of choices so you can find a workout with out being overwhelmed. It's a good app for beginner but not if you're looking for something more advanced.
This is a great app and it motivates me to exercise and be healthy I am feeling better and I can see a fast change in my body. The app has tons of exercises to choose from and shows how many calories you have lost. I do think they need to add an option for drinking water and staying hidrated but otherwise I'm very happy. There's not a lot of adds so I'm happy with that too overall great app keep up the good work🧡 the only thing I'm not happy about is that there's no diet plan..
Only been using the app for 3 days and so far enjoying the 4/7 workouts. App is very easy to use and looking forward to getting fit and getting rid of some weight!! The only thing I would like to see is alternative exercises if you can't do some of them because of illness or injury. I have had a lot of surgery on my stomach and can't do all of the exercises so an alternative would be great.
Great just what I needed! Love the animation and the video that makes the animation clearer. The short timing work for me- just discovered how unfit I am. Love how the exercises move up to a peak and then slowing down. Exercises change and some getting harder. Worth the challenge
I loved it but the only thing which disturbs alot is to watching videos before to unlock exercises...i appreciate if the app goes totally free because it'll have chance to provide a great help concerning each and every person who's using this app!! I'm kindly requesting to also maintain some folder of dietary plans to eat what and not to 💜💜
I love this app! The music is great and it gives a countdown before we begin. It tells me when to rest and it really has so many challenges to help motivate those target areas. Great app!
Ye this app has ads but it's very helpfulm It allows u to be up and ready and be ready for more the next day. It helps u get out of bed and do what u have to do before doing things u wanna do. If you find exercising hard or painful use this app it gives u time before exercises. It allows u to sweat out any unnecessary calories or wieght. I love this app so much. It has everything.
Excellent app! I see the results fast. 😄 Is easy to use and is perfect for home workout. As far as I am in the week, there is no need of anything except the mat, specially for the lower back. I suggest this app 100% . There are full body challenges or different parts of the body you want to work with. My weight is 280lbs and at the beginning was difficult for me, is still a little hard because I have Fibromyalgia; but if I can do it, you can too! The important thing is to never give up! 💪🏻
This app does wonder ...I gently get bored and discouraged doing excercises everyday ...but this amazing app is really working since it creates an urge to complete the challenges.. and we can slowly upgrade the level of hardness from beginners to intermediate to advanced..yeah I'm impressed 😃😃
Really great workouts and progression, only issue is there aren't any detailed notes on proper form so for some reason I kept hurting my lower back A LOT and couldn't figure out which particular exercise caused it. Unfortunately, having my back painfully freeze 3 times in so many months makes me averse to using the app. If you want to Google proper form for each exercise, it's a great app
Great application with variety of handful workouts. Everything is for free! Workouts are short and divided for different purposes. Easy and convenient to use
This is the best app so far in terms of fitness. I am using it second time. The results i got during the first time was satisfactory. Looking forward for the same results.
This has worked out great for me so far. I watch an ad and get a full work out that last for 2-5mins. No rigorous moves that is hard to do. It's wonderful so far.
It started out as a very good app; there are different exercises for each day until the first challenge is over. It doesn't give different exercises anymore and I'm forced to repeate the ones I've done before. I would have rated it a 5, but then it's no longer useful to me as it no longer challenges me.
Really good app for people like me, who want to get fitter, but don't necessarily want to make a long term commitment to a subscription for an app that they haven't really had a chance to explore. Instructions are easy to follow and it caters to all levels of fitness, as well as targeted workouts. I use it alongside my body analysis scales.
Really enjoying the app so far - has kept me consistent for 3 weeks and feel way more motivated to work out! Only giving it a 4 star because the music is getting so repetitive, it's actually driving me slowly crazy. If there were a few different music choices to choose from it would be a 5 star for sure!
I downloaded all the fitness apps planning to check them all out and choose my favorite. This one proved to have the best variation of excersises and stretches and I love that we can switch the excersises in every routine, and change the duration and number of reps as well. All routines are customizable and varie from beginner to advanced to just a quick 5min workout which made this app fun to use, a routine easy to stick too and makes doing my routine all that much easier. love it!
I love this series of apps. I have used the lose belly fat before I have gotten amazing results to tone my lower belly and abs. Now I want to drop the focus on my belly and have a full body workout. It's perfect. Each session is quickly done, it's so motivating to have the voice to coach you through each session. For a free app, it's absolutely fantastic!
