I’m in my mid 40s and there was a time when I did workout videos a lot. Now I walk the neighborhood with friends for “exercise” and work in intermediate fasting when I can to lose a few pounds here and there. But I’ve started to feel like age is making every little bit of life more difficult and was looking for something that would give me my range of motion back. This fits the bill perfectly. It has your progress on a chart saying how much calories you lost and much more. This app has so many different workouts for free some of them have premium but most don’t like the basics! I defiantly recommend this ap
It is great- it is somewhat annoying how you have to pay to get full access but it is amazing training. I’ve been feeling great since I started.
I just love this app and how realistic it is especially since I’m a beginner simply easy and effective. If you keep up with these workouts and eating healthy you will se results.
I was burnt out from trying to keep up with the HIIT online programs. I wanted a list of exercises and work them at my own comfort/pace. This app is great because it’s what I asked for and the best part is you can play your own music in the background. All you are getting is the move with visual and how many times to do the move. Great app!!!
Just did the first workout but really like the visual pictures and guided instructions as well as the ability to move back-and-forth in the work out and pause and restart. Excellent format for this type of work out! Update - Still lovin’ it. Just the right exercises and time to make the workout hard. I like how it asks you about the difficulty of each workout and will adjust the difficulty up or down on the next workout.
The phone can also play music at the same time and it will not disturb the workout. It’s very easy to set up and alter at any given time, for example the reminders
I is totally free and the workouts are so fun. After every workout you feel great and wanting to do another one. I’m telling you the is the best workout app ever!
Before this app, I rarely worked out and I didn’t know how to effectively do so. This app maps out each workout visually so you can physically see what to do, and as a visual learner, I absolutely love that. It’s efficient, easy to pick up, and above all it has made working out a little more fun since I can hop right in and go without having to put together a workout myself. Love what you have done here, keep it up guys.
There’s not really much to complain about. If anything I’d possibly up the time to 10seconds for transitions, but that is MINOR. This app helps you increase your capabilities for such a small price. If you don’t see results you either have the wrong difficulty level, or you aren’t taking in the proper amount of calories for your goal. This is such a fun exercise app.
The coaches don’t speak, but there is another instructor voice over that counts the exercises and gives helpful hints about how to perform the moves.
However, the workouts start to become full on workouts... which makes sense if you want abs in this short amount of time. It’ll take dedication and discipline to finish it
The exercise regimen is made just for me. The exercises change based on whether I find the intensity to be too easy, just right or too challenging. I’ve been using the app since early January and I started seeing results a month later. I feel more comfortable with my appearance already. I can’t wait to see the results that are still soon to come.
I am a 70 year old female and found these workout sessions chosen for me to be challenging yet attainable. I was not going to buy the subscription thinking it would be too hard at my age. After doing a few I have changed my mind. I think I can do this! I will never reach the top levels but the program adapts to individual needs and the variations are enough to maintain interest.
For the first time in a LONG time, I look forward to working out!! The workouts also have music in the background and have a lady guiding your through, reminding you to tighten your abs, etc. She’s like a personal trainer! Love this app!!!
I think this app is amazing. It provides easy, simple workouts to help with any goal you are trying to achieve e.g: weight loss, maintenance, and muscle gain. The workouts are tailored to your abilities which they discover from a short survey when you first download the app. Overall it’s a great app though, and I definitely recomend it!

This app is absolutely amazing! In just 37 minute I burned up to 859 calories! I’m telling you if you have self esteem problems, this is the app for you.

It’s my first time trying this app and honestly my first impression is that this app is AWESOMEE! I never believed in fitness apps or exercise in general as I’m usually demotivated to work out and was this strong believer that exercise can be unneeded. However, after trying this application and following the animated instructions- I’m already obsessed and excited into wanting to work out! It’s so fun! The best part is that if you don’t understand there’s not only directions but instructional videos to help! In addition, there’s a navigator who’s almost a virtual coach, one can say. It’s amazing! 100% recommend, to those like me who are demotivated! The work outs are also very short but intense! I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
