frustrating.to say the least. but victory......if u need to connect to a new phone......hold the btm button and tap the top button 3 times reset completely and re setup watch. works normal again.
Whatever the issues were, they are fixed. Installed and synced immediately and without any issue.
real nice it says put the watch closer to the phone so I set the watch on the phone and it said unable to locate not a very good app!

This app is terrible. DO NOT TRY TO UPDATE YOUR WATCH. It will restart. Disconnect. Fail the update, and now you're stuck with an over priced regular watch because the only way to connect or use it is through the watch. . Don't waste your time. Return the watch asap. HP, MOVADO, AND FERRARI SHOULD WORK TO FIX THIS

I HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH TITAN JUXT. ALL THE WATCHES ARE MADE BY HP SO APPS ARE SAME. I HAD SAME PROBLEM. WOULD NOT PAIR. ONLY WAY AROUND IT IS TO FACTORY RESET PHONE. INSTALL APP. NOW IT SHOULD WORK AND PAIR. NOWS THE HARD PART- YOU HAVE TO RE-INSTALL ALL YOUR OTHER APPS ONE BY ONE. THE PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY A 3RD PARTY APP, BUT UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO DELETE THEM ONE BY ONE TO SEE WHICH IS CAUSING PROBLEM. THIS IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY. TAKES A WHILE BUT ITS EASIER THAN THE OTHER OPTION.
This is useless... It pairs up with my watch but within five minutes it gets disconnected...

Beautiful piece of hardware.... really is pure Ferrari but I isn't smartwatch... It's actually a smartwatch joke. After long long struggle I figured out how to make it work. However result is very disappointing. "Smart" part run by a recharchable battery lasts between 2,5-3 hours... another joke. If you want real smart watch buy something else. Otherwise beautiful watch.
I can't connect my phone to my watch, tried it several times and it doesn't work, I even uninstalled and re installed app 3 times and nothing!! I hope they fix that cuz is very frustating!!

It's doesn't work even with the watch, it won't pair for my phone .. just return the watch stick to the F1 app and get a real smart watch
Unable to connect with my watch
hey guys just update app. 1 mar 19...my watch still doesnt show me notifications. The screen just shows the time and daily goals. My whatsapp, messenger, emails, calendar do not show notif. on the watch screen. Have to reset the watch and toggle off the notifications and then back on. after that the watch seems to receive notifications again till the next charge cycle. could you fix this in the next update. its getting better. but still needs more. also occurs when i use the watch after a week.
