Text does not show on screen during code search even after latest update that supposedly fixed that problem.
Find-A-Code listened. Wow the new interface is much cleaner and easier to read. It runs much faster now too.
I was really excited to download this but the search bar doesn't show the characters you're entering. They're there and searchable, you just can't see what you're typing. Please fix!
Was excited about the update. Finally they fixed the search bar but noooooo still can't see anything. Is it just me or what? Update...uninstalled and reinstalled...still doesn't work.

Not satisfied with this app
Same thing as the others are experiencing. Initially loaded this last year and have been using it often. Now for some reason you cannot see what your typing in the search bar.
Used to love this app, but I can no longer seem to get the search tool working. I click search and nothing happens. It's pretty much useless now. Disappointed.

It would be an awesome app IF it actually worked. You can't search for anything!
Sitting in a chiro code seminar and this still doesn't work because it doesn't allow root! Why in the world will this not work on a rooted device?

Won't open says "Device is rooted" security error must close.

While the basic function of being a GEM app works fine, it doesn't include any valuable information such as excludes notes or code additional comments which are essential to anyone coding, billing or documenting diagnoses. A lot of our clinics staff used this app for their first few competency gauges and failed the gauge tests badly. You need the book anyway to code the diagnoses properly, so just use the book to code. I would say the only real use is to use as a generic GEM.
My documentation system at work required diagnosis codes for Evals, but it is very hard to find the right code because their keywords are pretty limited. This app saves me time because I can find a proper code so much quicker.
I can't even open the app, it keep telling me to restart application. Then it will blink "Ok" on my screen, and I have to restart my phone over in order to use it.
I have recommended it to physicians & coders, very easy to use good search capability.
Every time I open the app it requires a restart to work...

Ideal help in transfering codes icd-9 between icd-10.
The app does exactly what it says. It finds the code. However, it doesn't give you any of the 'code first', 'use additional', or 'excludes' notes which are required for proper coding. This app could be useful for some, but for my job as a CPC I need more information.
Very helpful. A must have for a medical coder.
It's easier to do the mapping or find a root code
