First Federal Mobile Banking

Satisfactory banking app, but not as sophisticated as others I have used. I would like to be able to deposit checks directly to savings rather than to checking then transfer. I'm not disciplined enough to always do the transfer! With multiple accounts, it would be nice to be able to give them a nickname in the app rather than just seeing all of the account numbers listed. The bill paying part seems to work great.

Very frustrating and annoying that the app kicks you out of your account every time you try to take a picture of a check to deposit. Uninstalled the app several times and it still doesn't work! This app is supposed to make banking easy and more convenient and it is failing miserably at it!

Very buggy and frustrating to use. Using mobile deposit often logs you out when you take a picture of the check. I can't remember the last time it took less than two tries for each check deposited. Fingerprint login used to work, but now it doesn't even try, even though that setting is on.

So convenient! I rarely need to go to the bank anymore. This app can do about everything except give cash - deposit smaller checks, make transfers, pay bills, and keep me abreast of what's going on in my accounts. I love it.

Very communicative. And is accurate. Its security confident. I have had to go through change on my phone and still getting quality help. I like the individual help. There is only one me & in this lifetime. There are so many people on Earth. This bank makes me feel like me! Thank you ❣️

Awful app. More often than not I get knocked out back into the sign in screen after taking picture of front of check, sometimes it does not take backside no matter what I do. I have even considered switching banks just because of ghis.

Does not work with tablets. You can try to log in to your hearts content and it will put you right back where you started from after you log in with the temporary password. Won't let you use texts either to receive the code. Nasty!

There are too many choices to hit before you can FINALLY almost pay a bill. Then more choices to hit to finish paying. Why change the pay bill app. KEEP IT SIMPLE

Recovery Password is broken. When I input it and press confirm the page it doesnt respond to anything, it just sits there. Also kind of a disappointment that the recovery password can't be sent as a text.

Thanks for breaking the mobile deposit with useless updates. You can barely take an accurate photograph of anything within the app. The mobile deposit has gotten worse although they claim they have improved it

Easy. Do all my banking thru the app. Think I've been to the bank maybe twice since I've got the app. Thank you for making it so EASY

Completely underwhelmed. Mobile deposite is a joke. To take a pic of the check is a joke. I have to try 5 or 6 times before it accepts the angle or the lighting or it cuts off part of the check and tells me to try again. Then if i deposit after hours the check doesnt clear for more than 48 hours. Where as if i deposit it at 10:45am (they process checks at 11am) its available right at 11. (7/10/20) Nope, check is no longer available at 11. I depsoited at 9am and at 1:30its still not available.

The app is much improved over the original version. I can now login easily and make transfers, check balances Etc.

Very responsive. Helpful updates, and simple interface, along with timely transfers/deposits/withdraws.

I have found that this was indeed the easiest to use and set up. Thank you for making my banking so simple, especially for one who has such difficulties with technology. L

Can't always make a deposit. i tried 29 tines yesterday then tiday it worked on first try. Also, you know you got the back for mobile deposit but it keeps making me take more pictures, sometimes up to 10 tries.

The mobile check deposit app, picture aspect, is exasperating. I have never had to retake a pic so many times!

I have tried to deposit the same check three times for it to be deleted by the bank because they claim its not signed. Just about done banking with them.

The app was very easy to get set up and is easy to use. Also, appears to be quite secure. I've been quite pleased with it.

I use the app for mobile check deposit and checking account balances. It works great, and I like rhe fingerprint log-in on my Android.

Check deposits sometimes are declined. Can't deposit to a savings account, only checking or market. Some features are not intuitive.

Phone Authentication does not work - when you call the number for your log in code, it wont give code... so you cant ever log into app. Useless.

Would like to have fingerprint log in, please! And check photo for deposits is quirky. All good otherwise

But late night and some weekends won't accept bill pay requests.but why does it often take 4 days for delivery. ?? Otherwise good app so far

Amazing!!! I use every day, and for me is perfect because Im desable and I cant drive enymore, and with this apo I dont need to go to the bank in person enymore!!! Thank you so much for this!!!

Useful mobile banking app allowing commonly needed transactions. Don't leave home without it!

I Love it!!! Its easy and convenient. It is simple to learn, and does everything I needed to do! I'm really happy with this app
