this is a fantastic banking app.
Good 7/10. Security wise has been really good. Downside 2nd shift people get burnt on matinenence hours between 11pm-2amish. Sometimes transfers do a double transfer if you are impatient waiting for app to restart or whatever it does when issue arises. Solid app. Another con is you can't cash paycheck by taking picture
very user friendly, just wish there was an interface for an outside transfer service.
It works most of the time. Sometimes when it does not, it may be when the bank is performing maintenance, but it does not specify. I enjoy the security protection.
The app used to work great until my phone updated. Since the update, it won't open. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
I like it, it works great it does everything that I need and also it alerts me when something is happening to my account.
Loved it but all of a sudden its freezing & wont let me access & cant get any feedback! Am ready to change banks!
Usually works pretty well. As long as you don't activate the fingerprint recognition.
This is a great app and VERY secure! It won't let you take screenshots, which is a good thing!
I enjoy this app but I think it would be so much better with mobile deposit and the ability to add to samsung/apple pay

Trying to open my app and it just closes and don't open
It works great as long as you can get it to get to the log in screen. Sometimes it takes me 15 minutes just to get to the log in screen
Easy access and great benefits. Mobile check deposit saves time.
Just started using it and doesnt even work. Keeps telling me cant validate my info even though its correct

Cannot review this app at this time, it has not functioned in 4 days. Called bank today, they said delete it then re-install. THAT DID'NT WORK. Really disappointed because i used to love this app and used it almost daily for 1 reason or another. Disappointed in the bank as well for their lack of understanding/help.
