Ok I can't for the LIFE of me understand why this app NEVER works! And when you try to get help by calling the call center they say "your password is PROBABLY incorrect" No IT ISN'T! FFB has too much money to have such a trash app!!
Couldn't get into my account. It claims my password it username is incorrect and I've never changed it. Highly inconvenient and very aggravating.

OK I don't know what goes on with this app/website at 5-7 am but I cannot access my account EVER at that time frame. I work really early and kind of need that. Problem y'all should fix. Been about a year since I mentioned it to a personal banker actually. Don't wanna name drop but Scott Dezer would be pissed. Lol reoccurring problem.
I've had ffb for over 10 years and WAS very satisfied with service. Since I live out of the country, I rely on this app to give me required information; even saved me from being robbed. Have no info now...have tried everything! My alternative is to close account and go to other bank.
Absolutely unacceptable that it's 2018 and FFB doesn't have a functional mobile app. Three separate times it will not log in because "username and or password incorrect" when I've been using the same password for weeks. I just changed my password and it still will not log in. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but mobile is my primary method of checking my account, paying bills, and transferring money. I do not own a computer, so it is imperative that the mobile app allows me to log in. Switching to USAA. Their technology is far superior. Very disappointed.
I have auto login and it always logs me out once or twice a month and always have to reset my pass word. Thinking about fully changing banks cause I'm running out of ideas for passwords
Login is always messing up. Hard to use app if it doesn't let you login
This app is only good at showing real time for when a deposit has been made. It does NOT stay with real time acct activity to give you reliable acct balances!
EDIT: fingerprint on the note 8 works now. Don't know if it was a Samsung fox or an app update. Works well. Except I have a Galaxy Note 8 and with fingerprint login turned on, it doesn't work. It doesn't recognize a finger when it is on it.
Makes quick work of looking up account information. Note that the app does not use the same login credentials as the bank's website. I had to register as a "new user". The app first verified my identity and then told me my username which, for me, is different than what I use on the website. Next, I set my password and can now access my accounts.
This app never works, constantly is telling me my username and password is wrong (when it's not) entire system will be down for days on end. I am going to another financial institution because of this app.
This app was working great until today. It keeps saying an error has occurred and it will not show the recent transactions. Please fix this now!

The app needs to show what is actually in customers account. Also I have a hard time login. Other wise i like the app

This has to be the worst app i've ever used. Always crashing, and when you call customer service they don't have a clue. This bank has been great but the last year has been nothing but problems.
