Fix it: Gear Puzzle

Not a bad game. However, the first set of 'Trainer' levels are very easy. But take forever to go through. Got to lvl 20 and was only halfway through, but was already getting bored with the lack of a challenge, and how long it had taken just to get that far. Then, an hour later the game starts sending notifications to get me to come back and play. Not cool. I could understand doing that if I hadn't played in a day or two, but not an hour after I stopped playing!!! And even after I swore I had turned off notifications in the menu, yet somehow they were back on. Uninstalled.

It's an all right game, not very challenging though compared to similar games. Too many ads, especially with the intrusive ad always displayed on the bottom of the screen. The three second wait between levels is also fairly silly of an idea, not sure the reasoning behind it. I completed the first 40 levels and feel like I watched more than 40 ads. The complexity of the game isn't anything special to spend actual money on. I'm uninstalling to free up the 150MB+ this game uses.

I enjoy it but I'm really thrown by the wonky controls. The gears shift to about an inch above my finger which is difficult to begin with but it also takes several tries to place gears near the bottom of the screen. Keeping with my finger would help a lot. I'm also not sure it's formatted quite correctly? I've had a few small gears that only have the tip displaying on the edge of my screen.

I really hate the ads on this app. I'm okay with ads between levels, but theres no way to skip the ads and they even show up when you restart the level. Really annoying. The real dealbreaker was that the toolbar at the bottom covered up some of the gears and when I try to place a gear to finish the level, the gear just goes back into the inventory because of how the toolbar is placed. Fun game, but that was a major oversight in design

A game that might be fun if it wasn't so bloated with ads. To make the ads between every single puzzle even more annoying, it requires you to wait for a tiny x to appear. After you manage to click this tiny x and not open the ad page, you are then presented with a final chance to change your mind and try to click the little ad button. I'm for developers getting payed, but this is ridiculous.

Bad. Everything about this is bad. There are so many ads, sometimes you can just look past them. Those aside the game is unbearably easy, except when you find a better solution than the one forced on you. Sometimes it even seems like they're so lazy that they just give you the answer. Played forty levels and it just feels like it changes variations of lvl 1. Would not recommend.

An ad after EVERY LEVEL. Not the one you can click on to give you a bonus. No, even if you opt out of that it will ALWAYS play an ad unless you close the app fully, turn of wifi and then open it up again. Only then will the ads not play, though they sure try to. You can see them trying to load in even then. Mediocre game AT BEST. Not worth the trouble.

The idea is brilliant, but the game is pretty repetitive and I have to play a lot of too easy levels; I got perfectly bored after playing the first 40 Hammer rounds which don't seem to get difficult at all. Will this game be more challenging later? I wish you add a way to skip some levels... I want to peek TapeLine or Drivers level to see if this game deserves playing more.

I'm not one to complain about ads, but this is ridiculous. When you spend 2-5 seconds on a level, but 10-30 seconds watching an ad after the level, that's crazy. If it wasn't every level, it would be different, but every level after 5 was followed by an ad. Gameplay time should take priority over ad time.

The idea is great but its so easy its annoying. For the first 20 levels you don't even have a choice to make a wrong move, every level can be solved within 2-3 seconds, so the loading screens you see more that the game itself. Such tutorial would be ok for the first 2-3 levels, but not for every level

Shameless!! Ads EVERYWHERE.. before the game even started, after each level (20-30secs), and even during the level right across the middle of the screen!!! And they don't have quick easy options to close/opt out, they literally leave you no option but to either click on the ad or quit the game!! These developers have sacrificed their game and work to make e few quid!! Shame because the game itself is not bad.

The quickest way to get uninstalled on my device is to send notifications reminding me to play. This is exactly what just happened so this is the "exit" review I understand that they want people to play as it shows much more then an average amount of ads. The game itself is not anything special, but it could fun as an occasional time waster.

Great time waster, until it starts playing ads after every single completed level. I'm understanding. The developers need to make a living. But to have ads play more often than every third level is downright ridiculous. So, I uninstalled it. Best of luck.

If you don't like ads, don't play this game, it spams you constantly! I got this app when it was free for a few days, it was supposed to be the full ad-free version, but it wasn’t. The game plays OK, it looks good, the placement of the gears can be tricky, but it is the CONSTANT ADS that made me uninstall!

The game is good. Could be better. What made me uninstall it was wherever I touched the screen, the bottom part with the pieces inside would pop up. VERY annoying at the least. Should have a dedicated button to pop up the pieces and having to close it so many times

Great little puzzle game! The only thing keeping it from 5 stars in my humble opinion is the misuse of English. The concept is there, and I enjoyed playing all the levels. The inclusion of hints and making them accessible is top notch. I just can't get past the grammar. Fix that and it's a 6 out of 5 stars for me!

fun, simple, and very challenging still. Lost a star for too many ads. i dont mind some, but after EVERY level and if i go to another app then come back to the game you have to watch an ad. Even if you only have to watch 5 seconds it's much to frequent!!! A 30 second ad every 5 mins or so would be plenty...

I liked the game until they removed the little grey circles (whatever they're called) that show exactly where you can put the gears. Now the game is glitchy and not as fun to play. Also, whenever I try to move a gear, the game thinks I'm trying to add a different one, which makes it really frustrating.

The seems good, but the number of ads that get thrown in your face is straight up unbearable. I get that this is a company, and they want to make money. But the number of ads they show makes the games unplayable. I'm gonna uninstall this, but check back later to see if they fix this. Sad. The games was really fun for what I got to play.

It was amusing but after the first 15 or so levels it is still way to easy. You can beat a level in 20 seconds and then have to watch a 30 second ad after each level. It quickly turns into watching ads more than playing.

Played until level 16 then next level didn't load until I touched back then went to next level and same thing, then noticed game didn't give my coins for completing levels past 16 and would not give coins , could not get more than 126 coins no matter how far i got past level 16, i believe the game is rigged until you buy. Would love to have it but now it lost my trust. Uninstalled

don't download this game if you don't like ads. it makes you watch one after almost EVERY level.. otherwise the game is fun, overall too easy I would say though. impossible to receive less than 3 stars in any given level. 2/5 because the ads really are annoying

Liked the first 8 levels. After that I got video ads after EVERY LEVEL! It literally got to the point where I was spending more time being forced to watch video ads than actually playing the game.

1st round recieved 1 gear and it wouldn't give me another to complete the round. Tried every way to Sunday to make it work. Never did. Horrible game, waste of install time. Junk! Uninstalled already after 30 minutes of getting nowhere. Don't waste your time. Another poor play store game!

Controls way off, it only allows you to put gears in one or two spots so you can't truly try . played for 45 mins and it got boring as hell because you were not allow to truly try diffrent combos and did I mention the controls sucked.

Was a fun game until the updates rolled out. Now you can't even see some gears at the bottom and the level is unable to be finished. Super annoying because I really was enjoying the game and was almost finished with it.

Like all free games. you get bombarded with ads. 25 second unskipable ads is just plain out horrible. Also gives you the option to disable ads for an hour by watching 3. Id have to give them kudos for this though. nice feature.

Super aggressive ads. And no matter how you pick up the pieces they always anchor under your finger or thumbs making it very difficult to see where you are putting down the piece.... Game is decent but game play and non stop barrage of ads makes whole experience not worth the while
