Flash Seats

Flash seats is the worst ticket experience out there and I would stay far away if possible. The app is a mess. On the technical side it is slow, freezes and crashes often plus there are times that your tickets just don't show when you buy them. On the design front not only is it horrendous looking the functionality is terrible. There is not even a map that shows where tickets you are buying are located. How does a ticket app not have a seating map!? I dread having to use this app.

Got my tickets with no problems, scanned fine at the venue. My only issue is with the refreshing every 60 seconds, as we were approaching the entrance it wouldn't refresh for a minute and I got kind of nervous... however upon reloading the app they reappeared so everything worked out okay. Would give 5 stars if there was a printable option, or some way around having to rely on a cell signal in what is inevitably going to be a crowded or remote venue.

This app is truly awful. One of the worst apps I have ever used in my life. Bought tickets for a concert in a different state. This app offers me no peace of mind that my ticket will be waiting when I fly there to see the concert. Gives me an error saying I'm logged in on another device even though I have no other device. Then you can't print a ticket either, I guess that would be too easy. And they dont seem to care their app is terrible!

Horrible horrible app. Absolutely nerve wracking experience. Spent 500$ on tickets that would not show up in my account. After many many emails back and forth with flash seats the only advice or help they give me is "uninstall and reinstall. I hope this helps." I had already done this a ton of times. They would ignore emails and take forever to respond. In the end I was the only one who did anything to fix it. I figure out everything myself with no help direction or guidence from the app. Needs major major improvement

What an absolutely terrible thing. Nothing to say that hasn't been said but here are the highlights: the app crashes when you try to view the terms and conditions, an account is created for you without your permission, and once you get in to the app it works poorly. All around terrible app, avoid if you can.

Forced to use this app because of the venue I bought tickets from. Created an account on my computer. Then when I downloaded the app and tried to log in, it said invalid password. I verified the password I used on my computer. App still would not accept it. Eventually, it locked my account and said to contact support. But the app has no option to contact support! Terrible app. Poorly designed. I would never use again. I uninstalled it and just went to the box office to pick up my tickets.

In the words of "Mr wonderful" they need to take this app out back of the barn and shoot it. Only works about 25% of the time, automatically changes cc info on your account like exp date, the website looks like it was built in the 90s by a college kid who just learned coding, half the time the site doesn't even reload just gives errors. Don't buy 1 hour or less to event time. Most times you will just get an error. Called customer support but sounds like mickey mouses running the show there.

Not too bad for managing my tickets. But terrible for purchasing tickets. No interactive map of the venue, the app and website need a serious upgrade. Other third-party resale platforms are MUCH more user friendly. My season tickets force me to use this. Take some of the fees you charge and upgrade your service!!

I don't know what happened but the app is completely worthless. Every single time I open it it gives me an error saying it can't connect to the servers and to check my connection. We'll I'm connected to wifi and have Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. And I have an event tonight! If this causes me to miss my event I will never use this app again, nor buy anything from flash seats.

The fact that this is suddenly almost entirely the sole option to get tickets using secondary markets is an absolute joke. The only "positive" I can say about it is it's worked relatively well after the dozens of hoops I had to jump through like everyone else. The biggest pain is when I need to transfer tickets to someone, trying to explain that they have to go through this circus now as well just to access them. I don't believe anyone who's given above a two star rating is anything but a bot.

Horrible experience dealing with flash seats and their app. Bought tickets through a reseller was instructed to create a flash seats account. Created account but the email to verify my account was never sent and I'm unable to access the tickets. Dealing with the customer service has been an even bigger headache. It's just a garbage experience. Get better.

Received automated message to review my tickets in the app, but I never set up an account. Now I can't set up an account because my email is already associated with one, nor can I reset password to access my account. Submitted request to support that included my name and received multiple automated emails addressed to Flash (Not my name. One of the automated emails has a link to complete a support form, which I already filled out that triggered the email. Initial experience has been awful.

Not great. Works to get into events, but crashes CONSTANTLY when trying to buy tickets. Sometimes I can't browse 2 events without closing and reopening the app 3-4 times. Not user friendly. Considering they pull 33% fees total on each sale, seems like they could at least provide an app that works.

I sold my ticket on flash seats but I'm not able to transfer my balance because i live in Canada. They only allow transfer to a U.S. based bank. They don't credit your credit card which would be the easiest way to do this. Trying to reach a human via phone is a nightmare, they don't answer to email messages on their system. So, i definitely do not recommend this app. I think they are simply going to steal my money.

Anyone used to seeing this: Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated. or this: Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Get used to it if you try this terrible app or website. And, good luck getting anyone to help you resolve it. I will avoid any other shows or events that use this service.

App constantly freezes, have to close it, reopen try again, freezes, sometimes I have to reset my phone. It's very annoying when trying to buy/sell tickets. I was walking into the game last night, I held up the line for 5min trying to get the stupid app to load so my code could be scanned.

Finally got into the app after a lot of issues and it's truly a god awful app. The UI is not only incredibly dates, but startlingly counterintuitive. I'm using flashseats because I wanted tickets to a show at the a Fonda in LA. I purchased 2 tickets. The thing is, there's nowhere in the app that shows you the number of tickets you have, you have to attempt to sell your tickets to actually see the quantity. It's incredibly sad that the ticket industry has gone in the direction of Flash Seats....

App commits fraud. I bought tickets to a concert online. Two options for delivery, paper for $10 express each or this app. I had them delivered in app and everything liked ok. Yesterday, my wife and I went to the show only to find our tickets are not in the app anymore. No record of them anywhere. We were told to talk to the app support to figure it out. They only have an email listed. So we're out $115, travel, babysitter costs, and a show that we bought tickets for in April. Never use this app, it will rob you.

A nightmarish app that works less than half the time. Frankly the least convenient way to get tickets I have ever seen. Fails to start more often than not, requires an active internet connection to show a code (I hope you have mobile data!), and the website is the dodgiest, most poorly-designed thing I have ever seen. Avoid this app and company if you can.

READ: They ask for my ID or card payment info. in order to receive the tickets. I was hesitant but fell for it anyway; A few days later there was a $502 transaction from an atm in an area where I don't make bank transactions. I immediately cancelled my card and filed for fraud. After reading the other comments, I have no doubt that it came from this app. I Won't be using it again.

Beware!!!! After trying to purchase tickets from StubHub. I then had to download flashseat. Well it decided to create an account for me automatically. So when i went to login or create one it said the email is already being used. Simple fix!!! Just go to there main website. Click login. And then click forgot password. It will send an email to your email create a new password. I freaked out for a bit before trying it this way. After creating one i was able to login using my email.

Didn't see this gem mentioned yet - it overrides your brightness setting and automatically reverts to battery draining, full brightness whenever you turn it on... I am so sick of having to download a different app every time I want to see a show or event at a different venue. What was wrong with mobile tickets before? This proprietary app-only nonsense is not making anyone's life easier, it's making them harder. It's simply a way to justify some app developers and "creative content" producers' careers so that they don't feel absolutely worthless. Well guess what, you're not worthless - you actually make things worse. Congratulations.

Buying the tickets was easy but when I went to go pull them up for the actual concert about a month later I was locked out of my account on the day of the concert I contacted customer service and they didnt get back to me til November 4th my concert was the 27th of October. I won't be using this flash seats ever again I'm not risking missing a show or wasting my money. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. Just print your tickets WAYYY EASIER!

Inconvenient, do not use! Don't use the app or the service. They force you to create an account, force you to install their app, you can't print tickets, they want your ID info or CC #. Not hassle-free. So stupid. What happened to "here's my money, you give me a ticket. End of transaction."? I wss forced to use this service by the Q in Cle. i will never use this service again.

Crapy app! Already registered but not getting verification we email. Allows me to login but keep crashing when I click certain tabs. Tried the website and doesn't allow to resend verification code. Extremely buggie website and app. I need to pick up tickets by today from this app. If miss my game tomorrow because of this stupid app, I won't be veey happy!

downloaded the app, inmidiately got bugs, kept crashing. Not to mention the overall design and user interface that seems to have been made by a high school student.

Have used it several times and in all cases ended up printing the transaction onna paper and take it with me. Ridiculous! Update: this year our school made it mandatory to install this app to buy tickets for football games. Now walking around the stadium to find my tickets in the app again. Absolute trash

I've used the app before and had no problems buying tickets. Tried to buy tickets, after I confirm the purchase it takes forever to load the payment page, then when I tried to click on the confirm payment button nothing happens.

Purchased 2 tix to hockey game in Las Vegas. No email ticket option. Must install AXS - FLASH SEATS app. I installed the app and on the first screen it requires me to accept terms and conditions. Click to view and the app crashes. Reinstall and it crashes again. I reached out to AXS through their website help center 6 days ago and haven't had a reply. Left another comment today asking what happens to those of us who purchased 'virtual' tickets and cannot download the app. For anyone who hasn't already made the mistake of purchasing resale tickets through the Golden Knights website - don't walk....RUN somewhere else. Ticketmaster, Stubhub...whatever.
