This app allows you to track the real-time flight status and see the live map flight track of any commercial flight worldwide and general aviation (private, charter, etc) in the United States and Canada.
Track by aircraft registration, route, airline, flight number, city pair, or airport code. Tracking data includes complete flight details and full-screen maps with NEXRAD radar overlay.
Receive real-time push notification flight alerts, view airport delays, see nearby flights (in the sky overhead), and more!
Permission to access your Contacts is used only when you choose to create a flight alert to be sent to another person. We do not store or transmit your contacts list in any other way.

I use this app probably about 4 to 6 times a day due to my job. I think that this is the best one out there. The reason why I do not rate this 5 stars is the "alert's" feature. If it's short notice and I tried to use the alert, it wants to set it for the next day and not the current one. Hopefully someday we'll get fixed. If they were to fix that I would make it five stars
Being a chauffeur, this app has been really helpful! 😁 ...but sometime within the last month I can no longer see the recent searches unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi, which makes it harder to keep up to date shuttling pilots & crew. 🙁 Plus, apparently a few pilots have told me they're recently having problems, but I can't remember what those are (I just remember they're different issues than mine).
It seems to be a great app at first, paid to remove ads. Unfortunately when i was trying to register as new user. I kept getting the same generic error message, saying 'the username name is unavailable'. I have tried multiple options, and still getting the same result. At least tell me what went wrong in error message, so that I can fix it. Very frustrating for app I just paid for. And without login to the app, I can't even use 'flight alert'. Think twice if you're getting this app.
Have had this app for years. Really love it for the most part. Simple to use for a (normally) frequent flyer. Only two issues noted. 1.) The map display has become pretty cluttered showing all the private planes in the air. I'd like to see an option to be able to see just commercial/ cargo flights. 2.) Boeing jets don't always show correctly. Show up as "BBJ-3" alot of times instead of the actual plane type. Otherwise love the app!!
Not very accurate with arrival times so don't depend on this if you're picking someone up at the airport. But what's really annoying is that the alerts don't get sorted by date on the app but by the order in which they are added. Surely this is a simple enough fix? It'll get some semblance of agreement with website functionality if you can fix this.
The app shows a bunch of info, including flights on the map. But the main reason why I payed for the app was to get notifications when a flight arrives or gets delayed. And these notifications NEVER work. Never. All permissions are granted, alerts for a particular flight configured, and yet it's quiet. No notifications never. Bummer.
Awesome addition to my phone :-) nothing cooler than seeing whats in the sky above me when Im curious! Thank u so much 4 this great app! It barely has any ads at all and if there is an ad it doesn't interfere with what you are doing. I first downloaded this app in the middle of the night when I was curious about a small engine plane that just kept flying in circles. Its easy to work and tells a lot of info about the plane . Click on the plane you want and it shows utype,altitude&speed
Time not accurate. Was searching flights - the time of departure doesn't match the one used on other related apps/sites. Also, this app's last update was in/on 12th Oct 2020. Now is already 2022 and it has not been updated regularly like other similar apps. Very defunct. Have to uninstall.
Best free version of a flight tracker + most up-to-date data. A few months ago, I knew my flight had aborted its landing & diverted to a nearby airport during a severe thunderstorm...30 MIN BEFORE United even notified the flight was delayed. A must have app for frequent OR occasional travelers.
Dear developer,, can you improve the app to show clearly the particular plane's live video and sound. And also the taking off and landing of a plane must be viewed clearly, it sometimes crashed up and not seen clearly. Thanks so much.
App hasn't been updated in over a year. Needs a visual refresh. Missing a large amount of information that is on the website, but for some reason isn't shown in the app. I use radar24 most of the time now bc it's a pain to use the app most of the time.
Worthless. You can't make heads or tails on how the information is reported. When you do find your flight you are looking for and click on the the status of incoming flight, nothing happens. Do yourself a favor and use the carrier app as it has more accurate information and is much easier to understand. Uninstalled.
Ya'll need to enable an auto rotate function on the map view so we can view a larger area in more detail. Edit: still no auto rotate. That's why I downgraded to one star. This app has been out for YEARS... why no auto rotate feature?
Can sometimes show more aircraft than the Flightradar24 app. But this app is a bit slower to load, and doesn't seem to have aircraft info tags, so you have to click on each aircraft to see what it is, which becomes tedious. If you could have aircraft type tags showing all the time would be a reason to use this over Flightradar24.
Gettig worse. this app used to be great but is now consistently buggy and displays incorrect data. notifications dont work, ever, and never have. Support dont seem interested in fixing bugs and j have reported multiple. Tigerair Australia flights more iften than not show Qantas data and flight information and the support teams tried to say it was a codeshare agreement 😅 i wouldn't recommend this for a download until issues are fixed.
Great addition to my app folder. Really fun to see whats in your sky when you are curious. I rarely see any ads and it refreshes on its own. I haven't seen any problems yet. It shows speed, type of aircraft, destination, altitude and a few more things. Great and FUN app
Freezes all the time. Have to force quit the app for a few times before it starts to work again. It's not capable of handling more than one flight viewing at a time. Extremely slow when loading even with high speed internet.
Good to an extent iPhone version is MUCH better than Android. Just compared with my mom (iPhone user) and the additional, helpful details and options are widely different. For anyone who loves aviation or simply curious, it would almost make you want to get an Apple product to use. ...almost. Please update!!

Pretty good for the most part. I use it for work and today for example, it says that the flight is simultaneously headed to BDL and ROC in the flight schedule. Also, using the radar map from My Airports shows the plan on the correct path but using the map on My Aircraft shows it hundreds of miles off course. Another bug is when you refresh the flight list after selecting an airport and flights no longer appear. Sorting could be better with arrival and departure times not always chronological.
App is generally functional; however, when viewing any given aircraft on the map, the position does not continuously update as it does in a web browser. In order to get an updated position, you have to refresh the page, usually multiple times. Also, whenever you select a flight, the map starts zoomed way out so you can see North and South America, instead of showing a more localized view of the aircraft and route.
