It was a good app but not any more, the page takes a lot time to load and in most of the cases it doesn't even load and shows that there is something errorand it has become ver difficult to use the filter, it's really annoying as well as frustrating. Requesting you to remove all these bugs and make the app super fast in the next update ~ thank you ~
I don't what's wrong with the app. As it's one among the biggest shopping app, I really didn't expect this lowest level interface. When I tried to browse product it repeatedly showing the same one so when I sort it stopped showing after 100-200 products. If I couldn't see the entire product how could I buy...!??? I even tried to filter that's even worst than normal sort. Please sort out these issues to increase your customer as this annoys many I even checked with many of my friends.
Very good app. I've been using(A this app since launch) so it's great to see new features being added like the OCR mode which is pretty usefull (sometimes). I think it's fine to put a price tag on this feature but I don't get why it's a subscription and not just a one time online payment OTOP. Its not like it's a new technology it's just takes a screenshot and scans for characters just like how Shopping Translate uses it when you want to translate, your app is convenient.
This app has become a nightmare to use. App has become slow and laggy. Filter option no longer works properly. Cannot contact customer support easily anymore. And it has one of the worst exchange policies I've ever experienced. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.
Using filters is very difficult now, it's unusable at this point. After applying specific filters, it doesn't respond. It says, "sorry, something went wrong". I thought it's something to do with my internet but i switched it to my wifi(100mbps) and yet the problem occurs. I've re-installed the app and yet receives the same error.
The customer support interface is very frustrating. The chatbot doesn't provide proper options which are limited and confusing. It says I'll get a call back in 11 minutes from the agents but doesn't do anything. If you exit you're unable to see previous chats or access that window unless you start a complaint. Very confusing. Used to be my favourite shipping platform but after calling the customer care multiple times and still facing the same issues, will think twice before ordering again.
This application was not as slow as this until before you change the UI design and update. It's taking ages for the pages to load every time when navigate through tabs. Hell with the laggy performance. I've been using it ever since Flipkart launched Android.... but now need to think twice before opening up 🙂. Take some time and review the changes. Pitty on your testing team, if they've never noticed it...! Fix the slowness If you really want to compete in the market!!!
My experience with Flipkart has been very good since I've started shopping from it. The interface and ease of accessing is fantastic. App runs smooth and on top of that the supercoins are also quite easy to utilise. And the best part is that Flipkart is trustworthy, I get the refunds before the given time and return/exchange process is exceptional. :)
The newer versions keep getting worse in terms of custoner experience. Some of those are: 1. App load speed in terms of how fast pages load is continuously declining. 2. UX is becoming pathetic, the UI/UX designers need serious learning. E.g. Before, to open the wishlist, we had to simply open app drawer (no wait time) and then click the wishlist option. Now, we have to open the account section, wait for it to load, and then click the wishlist option. 3. At times, few options doesn't work.
Updated review: Ordered a product, never got delivered but was marked as delivered. Asked for support, and theyve made life hell since then. Someone or the other will keep calling in the middle of the workday just to say the same things, and they keep pushing the resolution date. Essentially, the penalise you for asking for support when they mess things up. I've had this issue with their main competitor as well, but never had this kind of harassment. Do not recommend.
In starting App was working good. It was my priority for shopping the gaming section was also enjoyable. But now many of new games were added in game zone. After that my experience of using Flipkart became worse. The variety of products decreased and my game zone has not been responding. Now I don't want to prefer this app and switch to other apps. Finger crossed for improving the features.
Lot of bugs and damn heavy ! There were a lot of app that was simple, robust and easy to use with minimal clutch on the prosessor but unfortunately most of them got laggy and hectic as they progressed and I'm afraid Flipkart is following suit. You are including many new features day by day and that's a good thing but the problem is they're not refining these new additions, 90% of these are kinda buggy. Especially last updates were too drastic and unnecessary. Kindly take this into consideration.
The app consists of many bugs. Sometimes, clicks on products are not working. Then, we need to kill the app and open again for solving this...Feels very disturbing at times. Also, my flipkart axis card application status is still in progress. Funny thing is its been 2 days I've got the card and added the card to Flipkart.
There are lot of bugs in this app. The pages takes forever to load. Back button doesn't respond. Everytime i have to close the app from recent. Wishlist button also takes time to function. Then only i can start this app. Also Please improve exchange services. If a customer wants to get size exchange , then they should get without any hassle.
I can't trust an app/company that doesn't have easily reachable customer service. I tried several times to look for an option in the help center to contact Flipkart and it wouldn't give me an option. All companies should have the option to contact customer service via these mediums: email, chat, toll-free calls, call back service etc. Amazon and Jio are MUCH more reliable compared to this.
Worst experience ever!!Being a plus customer it was my favorite app for online shopping but that was until I tried flipkart grocery. Worst service I've ever experienced. Neither the delivery service is good nor the after sales service. They are sending missing items and the delivery people are so rude. They don't come in the time slot they have themselves mentioned. If we say to wait, they return the order and even after repeated complaints there is no resolution.Amazon is the best for grocery.
I hate the recent app update version 7.44. The filter doesn't work, my wishlist is now inside further sub menus, when I click on the cart, it doesn't open up. Worst version of this app. Loved the old version. Developers, please fix these bugs ASAP and may be in the future, do better pre launch testings before market deployment.
The prices are increasing instantly when I added to wishlist.. Showing a price and when ordering, it increases rapidly. Dear Flipkart, what kind of strategy is this?? Edit: Showing a price on the homepage and once I clicked the product it shows a different price and all are higher than what it is shown on the main page. Poor strategy again..
When i open the app, it shows 'something went wrong'. Its been more than a week and same page gets open. Tried to update but its the latest version. Was big fan of this shopping app. But I have to think twice now. - Thanks for the service till now. Good bye flipkart.
After new update new look, many problems occurring, whatever option I tap it's showing touch animation but nothing happening. And also new navigation disturbing, annoying, please bring back old look. It's getting frustrating, I am not going to use Flipkart anymore if this problem continues.
Shopping on Flipkart is getting very expensive We should see other options like Amazon,snapdeal etc Flipkart earns more money adding extra charges on products like delivery charge. I prefer to buy things from Amazon because it's delivery charge system is nice.if you add different thing in your cart and buy them together you need not pay separate delivery charge for those things.one delivery charge for all order in your cart.
good app but they increases the prize of product when we watch them in detail. It happens me a lot of time, recently I added to my cart two books of prize 633 but didn't placed the order but the next day when I was placing my order they showed me amt of 699 for the same set of two books. They should not do this, even they shouldn't charge delivery amt for books.
Its really sad to see how the new version of the app has become slow and laggy. Whenever I open flipkart it hangs and takes too long to work properly, sometimes I'm not even able to visit my order section and wishlist. Its just too irritating and gives a feeling of using some cheap and 3rd class app. Pathetic!!!
There is some problem in app. It's not working properly in my realme 7 Pro. When any menu button is pressed nothing happens. This problem has been since past few days. Please fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled, It works for the first time then when you close the app and open again problem comes back.
Flipkart was once good but now they've turned into scammers.Had 2 back to back nightmare experiences. Ordered grocery, nobody had any idea what happened to it,took 36 days to return my money and that too in the form of gift voucher.So in order to redeem it, I ordered footwear.They delivered a completely different product.Requested return, they verified it & accepted the return, wishmaster cancelled it stating a false reason that I've decided to keep the product. I'm stuck with the wrong product.
Terrific experience, after including grocery part . The app is not working properly. #flipkart look into this issue. I'm using #Flipkart for past many years but now I have to move to another site just because the app is not working properly. after several clicks it's not working. Very bad experience. ### Flipkart work on interface. Earlier interface was very good. If the issue was not solved soon you may loose customers in order to experiment with interface.
