The App had been working marvelously for past few years. But for the past few days, it doesn't open at all, denying access to my valuable data. I have been using the App all this years on One Plus 2 and continue to do so even now. I have not uninstalled the app or deleted any App file. 4 stars for all the benefits I derived from the App all these years. So, yeah..it is a great App. The best. But for now, please help.
Lost all of my locked images. 90+ photos gone! My gallery just shows the image data (number and date) and a default photo icon for each one. I've had it for me years and I hadn't used it in a while and everything has just vanished. I tried the recovery and it said there was nothing to recover. I would NOT recommend this app. Use your phone's built in secured folder option instead.
The app isn't working since the last update. I contacted support and still haven't received an email from them. The app auto quits everytime I try to enter it. My videos files were unplayable and the archive is corrupted. And btw the Data recovery option doesn't work. When you tap into it, nothing happens. I reinstalled a tons of times as I could only enter the app on the first try when I just installed. Apparently a Google review is faster than an email from the support. 4 email and 0 replies.
I like this app. I only saved MP3 files on it. The only problem I'm facing is when I'm playing a music and the music finished. The app automatically moves to another music but there is pup up appears on the screen stating that it's moving to another file and the pup up stays forever. Can you fix it? BTW, I'm using the app on android unit(on my car).
I have saved important photos and videos and now cannot open individual folders. Instead I can open Gallery and see only photos. All videos frozen and when clicked appears as 'permission granted' on the bottom of the screen. When I touch the permission granted it take me to a different pay website.. Can anyone explain the reason for this please. Many thanks.
I am not able to get my photos and videos back as I have a subscription of pro feature which helps to backup photo's and videos. But I am not able to restore my previous data in the same device, please help me with this as soon as possible! As I have not changed my device, I am trying this in the same phone . Please help me out with this🙏
I had saved pictures on a previous version and kept them safe, but when I installed new version and pictures appear as a black screen with exclamation mark after I tried to restore them. How can I decrypt them since I still.havr a copy
actually i can't decide as i can't try anything. one click one adv. 2 click 2 adv. i know devp. need money but let me at least try what it is before you force me to give -ve review and uninstall right away within minutes. I have purchased my apps. may it buy this one too but storm of adv doesn't let me.
I cannot get this app to run. Everytime I start it, before I can even get done entering my initial password, the app crashes & closes. I am running it on a Pixel 4A5G.
Ads every time you log in but overall very good app... 1 year later: I bought a new phone, Google 4 to a 6, and I cannot get my pictures sent to my new phone. They're still there on my old phone but the cloud is useless. Wouldn't recommend. Edit: developer replied that pictures are locked by using the cloud and locked info can't be transferred... ??? On mobile at least, there's no option to unlock anything... Basically I lost all pictures unless I use my old phone.
Don't know how this gets such high ratings. It won't even open. Just keeps on closing 5 second after it launches. Tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstall reinstall, same thing. To many apps to choose from, not worth any more of my time..
Unable to use, too many ads Following developers message below, I would happily pay for an app that works like the samsung secure folder, you would be better off doing 1 weeks free trail to see if the app works and then I would happily pay, as it stands, I don't know if your app even works or does what I need it to do, as ad pops up every second so not feasible to see if app even works to see if worth the money
i uninstalled folder lock from my system. Now, i want install a new one but i keep getting this error message: one or more lockers are not closed. To uninstall folder lock, please close your locker
Hi Team, I've been using this software since long, I had many things in it, Today when I tried to open it I see it's already unstalled, now how would I get back my all documents photos videos etc? Please help
Used to work great. Now it won't. I deleted my files in the app and uninstalled the app, hoping that a reinstall would fix things and then I discovered a new problem. All the files that I deleted showed up again inside the app. I tried deleting the files again in the app, uninstalled, shut the phone off, reinstalled the app and the files showed up again.
I've reinstalled the app and tried to recover my data in settings, unsuccessfully. This is especially irritating because they were Notes files. I am still able to see their titles, but the file itself remains blank. Expect file corruptions and create backups.
My Video files getting corrupted automatically. Also my Audio files encoded with m4a formats are not able to decode again after unhiding. How can I recover my original audio file ?? Now facing another after updating this App.....Multiple Videos files play at the same time, after we stop or back to main folder even.
In 2016 it was amazing! Now it has a lot of fails. Like, I can't add one folder to be locked. It simply stops working. And only 4 apps are available to be locked. This way I couldn't buy the premium version.
*I have purchased the full version but still ads are popping up. * Unable to use camera to click photos from the option inside folder. *Deleted folders are still being shown as existent when I try to create a folder with the same name. *Older version was working well
Keeps crashing when I try to open the app since the update, please fix. Its now a year later again an update has bugged the app so when I try to open it freezes and closes itself. Tried uninstall and reinstall, but after the app is closed for the first time it will not reopen
This is a pretty great app overall, smooth and pretty much like any other file locker, It's good and I definitely recommend this, however there's this one thing I wish that was in this app. For the notes, it's only writing and there's no pictures, (or anything other than writing) and it's not like the original notes app, That aside the app is great and my experience was better than I expected. But please consider my request, I downloaded the app so I can write there in notes with it being locked
I made notes with information. Now suddenly I am unable to see them as I click on them. The notes that I created are empty. Until this issue is resolved. This app is considered unreliable.
Don't directly lock the important folder, because locking is easy nut unlocking isn't, even if you some how managed to unlock, it doesn't restore the folder you locked
If you want someone to try your product with the hopes they will purchase DO NOT HIT THEM WITH TONS OF ADVERTISING before they get a chance to check out what you have to offer. Serious opened the app wasn't even finished setting it up and got hit with 2 ads.
Great app that has served me well for multiple years. One problem though, ever since I got the premium version the app crashed all my notes; in the preview I can still read them, but once I open them everything is blank.
