They don't offer options if the restaurant is out of what you want. Instead they send you an email after they pick up the order saying "they were out of this, you have been refunded this item" and bring you an incomplete order. Really great when one of the family members doesn't have a meal. Use another food delivery service unless you're willing to chance not everyone having a meal.
No way of knowing when your food will arrive. With No-Contact delivery, there wasn't even a knock at the door. Other apps give you updates, even trackers to know when your food will arrive. This one just sends you a confirmation email and leaves you wondering. Giving 2 stars because the food did actually arrive. Expensive fees.
I thought I placed an order and didn't realize until after the 60 minute eta that it did not process. I then went and tried 2 more times and it would tell me the order was processing but then not give me a confirmation number. Live Chat's suggestion was to order from my computer, which had I been by it I would have done in the first place. This app is useless and I ordered through the Domino's app instead because it never fails me.
My God, who designed this garbage? Want to check out? Let's open multiple applications that don't talk to each other to not take payment to not order something. Also, let's kinda but not really put in menu details so someone might have the illusion of what they order so it's guaranteed to not be right. Easily the worst to go app/service. Really relying on being a single provider market... That'll fail
The app is basically useless. It always adds random numbers to my delivery address and won't process orders. Always redirects me to the webpage and I just have to do it there. Not point in wasting storage on the app if that's how it works
The app is as basic as the website .* Issue* with paying with paypal- once you click pay with paypal it takes you to a browser as expected to log in to paypal, you can choose payment and then submit, it will not go back to the app, it opens up food dudes in a browser and tells you that your bag is empty and there's no way to use paypal. Used card just fine.
horrible, adding parts of other addresses to other areas, the delivery driver had to call three times, still took time to get there, the order was missing a major part of the meal....the Fries!! the burger was messed up half on the bun the description said two cheeses, wasnt able to choose ended up paying for the extra slice, asked for No Onion got onion, tired calling food dudes but no answer! won't be using this app again, won't be recommending it either!
Delivery and taxes on top make it cost twice as much as the food itself, I personally recommend the other services unless you're wanting a specific restaurant. Then I'd recommend just picking it up....
Do not use, their app is not secure. There was a personal information breach and I had around $1,500 stolen from my bank accounts, and they don't accept PayPal. Will not be using anymore.
Seemed to have authentication issues almost every time I tried to use, eventually quit using and switched to Door Dash and have really been happy this far, using it 4 +/- per week
my family has used this many times and only had one issue with missing food. the 4 stars is because their reward program is b.s. tried redeeming it said it would send it to my email but i never got it.
Horrible! Delivered our food to the wrong business. Thankfully they called us to inform us they received our food. Had to drive to the other place to get it. Awful app!
I have used multiple delivery services and hands down, Food Dudes is the most responsive, consistent and reasonably priced with impeccable service. If you are a restaurant owner, go nowhere else for a delivery partner.
I have been using this service for a few months now, just today had an issue with an order, and the live chat fixed it within five minutes. Great customer service.

Original Food Website and App. It's best on there website but app is ok just clumsy at times. Wish I could get hired to help these dudes.
I cannot make any tips through fooddudes. The fooddudes driver ordered food while he was there and also didn't tip me.
Horribly slow app, they dont even know hours of restaurants. Wasted my time and had to call for a refund, due to me finding out business is not open
Food dudes terrible. It says that restaurants are closed and they are not. Expect to be very frustrated with their servce.
Glitches everytime i try to use the app. Also dislike how there's a certain time to order only. What if i'm hungry at 10am?
Way too expensive and extremely slow.
Idk why its not working but i actually liked it and it used to with great for me but now the app wont work completely 🙃

Dear people of the world Food Dudes had a major data leak your money information is not safe my card and my friends card got hacked the bank said it was because of Food Dudes so I advise you not to use them. I hope this review reaches some people before it gets deleted
Great experience. They give you restaurants available and the delivery cost for each place when you enter your address. We were visiting a city we aren't familiar with and wanted to try something different... They had normal chain restaurants and restaurants special to the area. Easy to choose food, checkout, and pay. I used debit card and had no problems. I think there should be an option to rate your delivery because my driver was great and deserved positive feedback.
