Don't goooooo!!! Please I need you in my life! Don't join GrubHub! I hated GrubHub, that's why I found you.. you served my needs so much better. No one will ever replace you Foodler! <3
Really the only reason I use this app over Grub Hub is because my favorite restaurant charges less for delivers on foodler. But really I have no reason to keep using it for other places as Grub Hub has better selection. I used to use it more when there was the point system and it felt good to get foodler bucks but now there's no reason to use foodler over competitors.
I was using this quite a bit for several months. For the last few weeks my orders have been being butchered. Tonight was the third strike. Not only was my order messed up but the email support after an initial response, never followed up with a remedy. I have removed my payment methods and am closing the account.
They are getting rid of the rewards program, which is one thing thar stood out from the rest. They will need to step up their game and get better restaurants to make up for it. I use DoorDash amf can order from a number of higher rated restaurants. Very disappointed that Foodler is getting rid of this feature. Hope they figure something else out.
Better than grubhub. I also hate talking on the phone and reading my debit card info over the phone so this is more secure. And if I'm visiting someone and don't know the area I can see what's around and know that the app will take care of everything.
I use it all the time because i hate calling in my order. Foodler is typically helpful when mistakes are made by the resturant. I suggest picking resturants carefully, which doesnt reflect on the app itself. 4 stars because resturant selection seems to change often while maintaining the same amount and the rewards system is gone.
Order many orders on the app on different days and never get my meals, but they take my money like groupon BEWARE...
Dont like it as much any more. A lot of restaurants backed out. Delivery is expensive and less choices. Boooo. Removing thevrewards program was a bad decision. Its like they are saying "we dont value you any more."
Disappointed. They have a reward program, but they don't ship your rewards, so you spent your points with nothing. That's really disappointing
Great app. Customer service promptly intervenes and refunds money when restaurants mess up in any way. My saving grace often!
3 hrs to get my food and neither the foodler or the restaurant offered anything to make up for the mistakes made. Stay away from the app.
Simple easy to use. Would give it 5 stars if rewards came back. Great selection of food in my area (major city in central mass)
I've now had two ordering issues with Foodler in which my food never came. One of which I've had to dispute with my credit card company. Never again, I'm done with them.
All I have had with foodler is issues my last order an error message popped up. Two orders got placed on with twice the amount of food. I email foodler and all I got was am sorry we can help.
I love Foodler, I've been doing it for a long time and it's really great how they have rebates and discounts that you wouldn't get ordering directly from the restaurant, and you earn Foodler points that you can turn in for gift cards and money off orders!
Was a huge fan of foodler and used it several times a week before they got rid of the rewards program. I never you it again now since they got rid of it
I used to LOVE Foodler! We would order 4-5 times a week! The rewards program made ordering any other way seem like a waste! Now they are dropping this reward program they are just another useless ordering app.... Just use Google to find take out... Truth is, I'm more disappointed than mad... Shame on you Foodler.... I loved you....
Getting rid of the rewards program removes anything special about this app. Use Grubhub, they're available in more places and have much better service
Convenient, but they all are, and now they're getting rid of their rewards program so there's really no reason to use it over another app
GrubHub bought Foodler and eliminated the rewards program. Not to mention I have emailed Customer service twice to ask about the extra points they promised when ending the program but still haven't gotten a response. Don't use foodler or GrubHub, show GrubHub a buyout doesn't guarantee transfer of patronage--screwing over users of Foodler /lack of transparency will not be rewarded with my business.
Just used foodler for the last time just to use the last of my foodler bucks!! Bad idea to get rid of the rewards program you just loss a lot of users with this choice!!!

They took away the rewards program...not impressed at all. Bring it back.

They keep stating that the places we want to order from, are closed, when GrubHub shows open. :(
Easy to use and very convenient.
This helps facilitate transaction though it is a little bit more pricey than going in person. If you would like to save a touch more money I would suggest person over the phone.
