Very poor app. User experience is too bad. Chat support does not work. There is no option to contact support over call. There is no option to talk to the restaurant regarding the order. There is no option to cancel the order after tje restaurant has accepted the order. UI is also very ambiguous. Offers displayed within the app does not work. Discounts displayed does not work when you actually place a order. Overall the app is too bad in terms of service, features and design.

One of the worst experience ever . Out of 10 times I tried ordering my food from this app, 6 were never delivered to me dispite of paying in advance. And then the app tracker shows that the food is being prepared for about 3-4 hours then after that the food cannot be fulfilled option occurs. The app and the service definitely has to be improved. Will not recommend this to anyone.

There's a reason why Swiggy has overtaken the delivery market. It's because their competition food panda is the absolute worst. There's no mechanism to reach out on call. Their chatbox keeps crashing. And even if you connect, the person on the other end won't care about your issue. My order is stuck with them for the last hour, it's not even getting cancelled. Worst experience ever. Uninstalling once I receive my refund!

It blocked me from using coupons when I changed mobile number in Ola account. I complained to them but they don't have a proper explanation. They say that they have detected unfair usage. I asked for an instance and they don't know. But I can share many instances when order is not delivered and they had to cancel. I would uninstall the app soon.

Placed an order a week back under one of their promotional offers. The order was not delivered but the app claimed it to be. Tried getting in touch with their customer support and on the 4th day(literally took me that long to get a response) finally found some help. And as opposed to them trying to resolve the issue, they provided the delivery executive's number and had me get in touch with him. The delivery exec clearly stated that he hadn't delivered as there was some technical error and asked me in turn to get in touch for a refund. But then again the ever elusive customer support is no where to be found. Really disappointed and will stick to good old Swiggy henceforth.

The worst food ordering app ever. I ordered using the app. After 20 minutes the order was still not confirmed. After chatting with the support for 10 minutes I had to cancel the order since due to some "technical error" a delivery person was not assigned to the order. These kind of issues have been persistent with foodpanda and many people have experienced them. Just try and Google for it. Never using such a farce app again.

The most disgraceful customer support you can receive. I have been using the app for quite some time, because at one point the experience was really good. But recently, the customer support has turned from bad to horrible. I will just state 2 instances, just 3 days apart, which compelled me to come here and write a review, which I have never done for any app! I had ordered dinner from a restaurant recently at around 12AM, I was made to wait till 3.30AM and then was informed that they have to cancel the order, which left me no choice but to sacrifice my dinner, but was promised a complimentary meal, which could be availed by informing the chat support. The next time I tried availing the complementary meal, I was made to wait more than 40 minutes in the chat window itself without anyone responding and finally had to pay and order! Other food delivery apps like swiggy, zomato and even uber eats have much much better service.

The location feature of this app is total garbage. Why do I have to manually change the address everytime I order from a different location. It always takes the address of the previous location I ordered. Also the rider's phone number doesn't get linked until he's picked up the order. All the other food apps work great in that area.

One of the worst ever app I used in recent times. Whenever I order something it's been cancelled or the delivery partner doesn't pick else the restaurant doesn't accept it. I don't know what is the problem and where it is. But every time I order I face same issues and money has debited and I have wait for another 3 days to get it back to my account. Worst service.

The app is horrible. Most of the time at the time of payment, the app will pop a message the restaurant is closed which could have been showed earlier to stop users from wasting time. Moreover the chat support is simply horrible. For one of my order I tried contacting them for almost an hour which was absolutely futile. After a minute or two I cannot even post any message.

The Food Panda System Is the worst system I have ever seen. Totally irritated with this Nonsense system. In my app It's being displayed that I am having coupons and but I am not being able to apply them. Not only me but also my friends are having same problem. This app is no doubt the worst food delivery app there could be. Their delivery executives are unprofessional and rude. I have had 2 instances where the food was not delivered to me after it was picked up. Applying coupons and successfully ordering anything would mean that you are lucky beyond measure. Every time i put a coupon, the transaction gets Cancelled and after that, you can not re order. The cherry on the top is their customer support. The whole getting attended part takes 20-30 minutes in average. To sum it all up, this service is one of the worst.

From being the app of my choice to order food to being one of the most hated apps by me, both due to the quality of services and the pathetic interface, I have lost trust in your services. The website has taken away the option to login! The application interface is so bad that you can't seem to navigate anywhere you want to! So many elements missing. All the complaints go unanswered and every time it is a let down to use this application. Letting go a very old customer was not much of a problem for them! To everything, they have a bot kind of a reply, to which they won't read, just ask you to send an email to their customer support to which you have to pray they reply, possibly in this life time! I hardly feel I'll ever use this application again.

It's literally the worst app ever. They are actually thugs. They will catch your eyes by giving glittery discounts on the outside but it's only at the cost of your delivery. I have been trying to place an order since 8pm it 12am and they haven't made one successful delivery. Amount for all the orders has been deducted and cancelled at the same time while the final one switched off his phone after confirming the order. Not professional at all. Sucks!

1. Instead of showing a massive list of all restaurants that are unserviceable, can't you guys show the active restaurants at the top. Also, there's no sorting or filtering options for the same. There are times when all restaurants in the list are unserviceable. Can't be true. 2. Edit. One of the most pathetic and despicable food delivery app. Zomato and Swiggy are loads better. I ordered a milkshake yesterday and they canceled after half an hour when the order is confirmed saying there is some technical issue with the delivery system. Today again it happened the same and they're saying that they have technical issues. Why the hell are you live if there are so many issues and bugs in your app? Fix them and then provide service! Really very frustrating and annoying.

You guys need to improve a lot and do more than just luring users with offers. A better customer experience goes a long way than just giving cheap offers. Happened twice! Placed an order using the app, got a confirmation from the restaurant that the order is being prepared. Tried tracking the order after a while, the order status shows that it's delivered when neither did I receive a call from the delivery executive nor did I receive the order. Tried contacting the customer support through the app, got a message that they're looking into the issue and the chat disconnects. No query resolution, no refunds, nothing. Non existent customer support. Thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

The worst food delivery app I've ever seen...seriously...I can't place orders as there is always one or another error and the ones I've placed aren't even delivered to my place at all even when it's a prepaid order...and...there's no customer support at all... the only thing that's good with this stupid food delivery app is that they have a good app icon and name... that's it... the services, support.... everything is simply bad. Too bad that one would never ever try this app again. I also have a couple of friends who have faced the same issues...and...nobody here is interested in ordering anything from foodpanda ever again. And... I'll have to say.... this is the worst experience I've ever had with an Android application.

I have had really bad experiences with the service. I recently placed an order which stayed in the "chef's at work" state for 6 hours and finally the order got closed and marked as fulfilled. I never received the order. When i contacted support, they just cancelled my order and initiated a refund, like that's the solution for everything. I have had bad experiences in the past as well but now i decide to uninstall the app and never use it avain

Worst app ever in terms of coupon utilization. The app will send a notification for a new promo code, that never gets applied. The error reads "you don't have any coupons". Why the hell did you send a notification then, if u didn't want us to use it!!! Possibly a bug, I'll send some screenshots, Just let me know.

The app has issues. Once the order is placed under any offer the restaurant doesn't accept it most of the times or if it does it gets cancelled after 1hr or 2hr. If they are giving offers they should be in a position to handle the delivery and fulfillment of the order. The app is not able to show real time location update. The support is very bad and they are not able to contact the restaurant and question them why the order is cancelled after accepting. It's better you start a good support team that listens to customer complaint and tries to solve it.

Foodpanda shows that it cannot handle the traffic coming on its app. It definitely lacks the proper functioning.The deals are not valid at any given point of time, says we will be back soon. The restaurant listed in discount bracket are always closed after 9 pm which shows that they don't want to give any discount but just display discount. It's competitors are doing really good. Swiggy disables the restaurant automatically if it is closed. @foodpanda team you really have to work or close the app. Really doing very bad. And one of the worst App. Please change your design.

After some time I was trying to track my second order, and the status of order has been changed. It showed delivered. Was tying to speak with their support people but i didn't receive any response from them. My first experience is worst.

This is the worst food ordering app, they show offers , but when you try to use them it say that the restaurant is closed, and at the same time you can order from same restaurant from other apps. Refunds are very late. They reply very late on support. There is no way to call them. Order gets cancelled without reason that too after making you wait. And the coupon don't come back when they cancel the order. Literally the worst app. Can't trust them. If you do, you might sleep empty stomach some day

Pathetic. I ordered food. It was confirmed. The delivery guy reached the restaurant for pickup. Then it disappeared suddenly. I wasn't able to track the order, and as expected it didn't reach me. There was no option for refund neither I got any message regarding cancellation. And every time I enter coupon code. They display "your account is temporarily disabled for coupons". And I don't know why?

I recently used the food panda app and I would want to say that it is the worst food delivery app. There are numerous technical problems. Firstly, even though the restaurants are not accepting the orders, it is listed and at the end when the payment option appears, it says that the restaurant is not currently accepting the order. And after experiencing this multiple times when you finally find a restaurant that is actually accepting orders and you successfully place your order, you face the second problem. Which is, even after hours of waiting, it says that the food is still being prepared. In my experience, with the number of restaurants that I have been to, no restaurant has ever taken hours together to prepare one dish. Therefore I am very sure that it's the app's technical problem. Third, the app does not notify that the order has actually been cancelled. Only after repeated messages being sent to the support team do they say that the order that you have been waiting for hours together has been cancelled. Also, as claimed by the food panda app that it provides 24/7 customer support through live chat is certainly not true. Many a times the chat box does not even open. And sometimes there is no reply from the customer care executive. Such an experience is not expected, specially when you have been accustomed to very good services provided by other food delivery apps like zomato and swiggy.

Ordered twice and both orders got cancelled. I bet this company just wants to rip off as much money as possible before they go down. Haven't got a refund for the first cancelled order, which was five days ago. I assumed it was a genuine issue and made the mistake of ordering again. Now I'm convinced this is a well thought out strategy. Great going!

They have no concern for the customer, all the deliveries take longer than stated and my order took 3 hours and then I got a notification that it had been cancelled due to the restaurant's cancellation. Customer support is absolutely useless, as they respond after 1 hour and then disappear. Don't ever download this app. Zomato and swiggy are much better.

It's an app where you can go to waste your time. I had stopped using it because of the lack of options. Due to the surge in the discounts they provide, I recently tried to start again. I have been trying to place an order her for the last 3 days now. Each time I see fantastic offers, however the orders never go through. They take the money and then say that the order was returned. I'd have believed it to be the restaurant's fault, but then immediately after, I was able to order the same thing in Swiggy and it was delivered. Then it says that it takes 4 hours for the refund to wallets but they won't do it unless you chat or call them at least twice to remind them of it. Not an app you'd want to use unless you just like to look at offers and not avail them.
