Foot Locker

Well the problems just keep happening. Constantly getting kicked out and have to sign back in. Then I get the error when I try to sign in and I have to Uninstall and re install just to get to sign in. Literally almost everytime I go to get onto the app this happens. It's not just footlocker. Happens on champs as well. Other than that and some other random errors that have to do with raffles I actually like the app. Just wish the errors weren't so horrible and consistent.

The app, just like the website, is absolutely terrible. It freezes and isn't easy to navigate. If you try taking a closer look it takes a long time to show and will not allow you do anything after that. Refreshing only sends you back. It took me 2 hours to order a pair of shoes and one of them was trying to find the option to use a gift card. I do not recommend buying things online. You'd think they'd have figured it out after the pandemic.

Edit: lawd have mercy why do I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time I try to login ???!! And the app is needed because of the reservation process which gets screwed up and you miss your confirmation because the app logs you out and you cant log back in! Login issues Can't login gives fresh token error continually even though I login on the laptop with the same password and email, that's how I know it's just the app

Absolute POS of an app. I get the error "unexpected error has occurred" when doing a simple search AND when using the filter. You guys are going to lose so much business if you can't figure out your app. Definitely not a good sign when a company has an app with glaring problems like this.

The app doesn't work, when attempting to sign in it gives you an error code. I even went as far as reaching out to Footlocker, sending them a screenshot of the error. The techs were supposed to reach out but it's been 2 weeks now. I missed out on a few raffles. Don't download.

Horrible. The app use to work fine, now I get an error message whenever I try to log in, and if by some miracle I can actually log in to my account it doesn't keep me logged in once I close the app and then I have to keep trying to log back in all over again.

Terrible! Same as other reviews. This app is absolute garbage like all other foot site apps. Constantly being kicked out and have to sign back in and that's when it actually decides to work and not give an error on every screen. Fix your app please.

I have to constantly reinstall just to be able to sign in all the time. It gives me an error message every time. Can't go and reserve new releases or any shoe for that matter because it constantly give me an error message because it has signed me out.

I was logged in, however the app wasn't working. So I Uninstalled it & re installed the app. Now I can't even get back into the app. I keep getting error messages. Warning ⚠️ if your login already, take a picture of your card to use in the store because you won't be able to access your account again. smh... Please fix your App. You receive to much money to not have a working App

This app is infuriating. If you scroll too long or too far down it'll start to lag very noticeably, & for some unknown reason it continuously signs me out so I constantly have to reenter my info. Along with that comes the 5 minute timer they decided to add to the checkout menu, & if that's not enough for you the promotional codes they text you when u sign up for text alerts rarely work for whatever you're actually interested in purchasing, it's pretty much for what they wanna sell you.

Not sure what happened to this and the other FLX apps, but I can't even use it anymore. I constantly get "unexpected errors" when I try to open it, view my payment methods, enter raffles, etc. It tells me to add a payment method when trying to buy or enter raffles, but I have to log in before I can, which leads to another error. Nothing in the app is functional anymore. Whatever update your team pushed, please consider reverting because this is not conducive to a user-friendly experience.

Won't let my login with ally correct credentials. Have tilo reset my password and uninstall then reinstall app and even then it's a hit or miss if it lets me login. This issue has been going on for months!

All kinds of errors all across the app - can't even browse it without some kind of error popping up. Literally can't even log in. When I can log in, scrolling is horrendou on my S21 Ultra. It's extremely choppy and not smooth at all!

Whats up with the errors when I got to put any item into my cart? I must of missed the past 2 releases of the new js because of this problem. I wont be giving any more money to you people. They claim they fixed there so called raffle but I still seen people walking out with 3,4,5 pairs of Jordan's garbage app and company. And also what's the sense of showing shoes and having the sizes listed for sale but when you click on it to buy it's always sold out? Trash app

The app consistently never let me log in and it says error. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app just to log in. This not only happens during drops but it just happens at regular times during the day

This app is retarded. Can't sign in on WiFi. Can't sign in half of the time. Always getting errors. *Update* absolute trash. Can never sign on & check out takes forever. Utter garbage.

App locks up constantly!!! Driving me nuts!! Release page will rarely open and when it does it rarely functions without repeated errors. Footlocker and their app is becoming irrelevant in the industry. Just sell the company to a company that will invest in modern technologies and support sales to their customers.

Well, I can see why Nike is pulling back from Footlocker. Adidas should be worried due to here we go again. A major error on the website while another major drop coming in. The website states it looks like something went wrong and the app has a 429-1 error. I believe this is on the same level as the Union shoe release debacle this is bad for the sneaker community.

Very disappointing. I have won releases & missed out because it's always signing me out & when I try to sign back in it keeps saying error until I do a password reset to the same exact password . Footlocker needs to do a better job.

Horrible experience. About 2 weeks ago i was about to purchase shoes that were barely being released and the site crashes and as i go back to purchase they're sold out. Now today im waiting "in line" for the restock and im waiting for 30 min just for it to be my turn to shop just to get a message saying "my queue was rejected". They made me get back in line to which after 30 min im stuck in the same spot. You guy's are on a bunch of bs making it so difficult just to get a pir of shoes.

Terrible app. Constantly crashes and logs you out. If you're getting the app to get access to the shoes they make you reserve, save your time and just don't.

You're better off buying a sneaker bot & saving your time. They'll need 5-10 days to really help any. Customer support & live chat are useless. Desktop, any browser, any phone, carrier, cleared cache, updated, etc. Footlocker online or this app simply doesn't work.

Footlocker as a brand is fantastic but the app needs alot of attention. It has ALOT of bugs and it makes it an absolute truggle to purchase items. I have to go to the website to make purchases now. Please take care of this when possible.

Very unstable app constantly crashing constantly telling you and error has occurred when you try to log in but then you go over to the website and you can log in waste of time

Missed out on the 3 past releases that I won because notification just stopped working. I don't know what happened recently to the app because I was getting the notification for every reservation I won in the past.
