Just a horrible experience. Across all devices. Doesn't save login. Audio/visual mismatch. Error codes. The phone app was the best for a while, now haven't been able to watch a game for about a week. Uninstalled the app, restarted the device, it won't stream. Funny... ads work PERFECTLY. Fox sports app never once had a problem, I've had nothing but problems since the switch. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

I would give zero stars if I could. This app is one of the worst I have ever used. When watching games, it constantly freezes and the only fix is to go back, click on the game again, and watch an ad that always loads perfectly every time. I miss so many moments in games because the stream is frozen and I'm wasting time waiting for the 1000th ad I've watched this game to play before I can see the game again. If there was another way to watch, I would take it in a heartbeat.

Poor quality! Sometimes everything is fine, but lately the video quality has been god awful. It's not the internet. It's happening on data, home wifi, bar wifi, work wifi. Pixelated images, intermittent freezing, and everything gets way worse when I try to use chrome cast. Last week the app stopped working every time we cam back from a commercial. The image quality of the commercials is perfect btw. This isnt new technology. Figure out how to use it properly

Update: MLB has started, the app is still hot garbage. 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Fairly terrible streaming app and experience. The audio and video are consistently out of sync. The audio for the game is quiet, while the commercials (and even the static commercial notification card) are deafeningly loud. Also shows a non-skippable ad at the beginning of each stream, which is all the time, as this is the only way to sometimes "fix" the audio/video sync issues.

so I have the app, works better than it used to do. but also downloaded on my Xbox. says go to their site, punch in code, boom its activated and then says success. you are synced. but I'm not because I click on the playoffs and it says I need to activate on pc or phone, which I do and now on them it says invalid. how can it be linked and synced, but not at the same time. figure it out. missing playoffs on the bigscreen because your technology can't figure out I already synced it. frustrated...

I respectfully request that your app gets rid of the 3 ads you have to watch when turning the game on because it is often during play time when Iturn it on. The ads could instead be played during the commercial breaks, when the app plays no ads for some reason. I often watch the games on my phone and have to exit to do something else and then have to rewatch the ads when I come back and miss part of the inning. I dropped a star because now it keeps pausing on me.

Live streams are now unwatchable for some reason. It skips, goes back in time, lags and makes you watch a new ad every time you have to reset the app to catch up live again. And don't even try to cast to another device, it lags and lags and lags like you're watching on an old modem. I went through and checked my internet and everything is fast and working properly, but the app still fails. Worked great when it was Fox Sports. Just sad.

If I could give this no stars I would. Easily the worst app I've ever used. It's so rare you can cast an entire game without having it buffer, stop casting, or just stop playing. I've used several other streaming apps for live sports without issue (espn, paramount, peacock, youtubeTV, Hulu Live). I've cleared my cache and re-downloaded the app multiple times. It's just trash.

Constantly freezes completely to where i have to hard close the app. If it isnt doing that it will pause for a few seconds every minute. By the end of a sporting event i'm 10 minutes behind live action. In order to select to chromecast it, i have to go into full screen mode first... why? The greed of Sinclair at work. Its no wonder this company is in the red. If i had any other option to watch my games i would take it.

Have to constantly restart the stream as it's "having trouble playing the video ". Then you have to watch an ad before you can see the stream which causes you to miss 1 minute of the game. Why can't you play your ads during the commercial breaks instead of putting up a screen that says "commercial break". I'm on fiberoptic internet, so it's not on my end. So dumb. Fix your app....

Where do I start with this app. I watch it on my Xbox and it goes out about 5 times during the game. If it goes to over time it shoots up to a small screen on the top right and when you click on it it stays drak and then the play, fast forward, rewind buttons stays up and then it keeps going back to the small screen. Then there are times it won't even go off the small screen. If I miss a game I can't watch it the next day and I can only watch it in highlights. Really a bad app all around.

What is the difference between Pizza by Alfredo and the Bally Sports app? Nothing, they are both hot circles of garbage. Your app is bad and you should feel bad. Edit: This app has showed a lot of improvement in the last year. It still has it quarks but it is now one of the best sports steaming apps. Though it still doesn't remember your place in the game if it randomly crashes, but it has showed a drastic improvement in streaming and quality.

This app used to be 'Zero Stars' terrible. It refused to rotate properly. The game stream was choppy with horrible resolution, yet commercials played flawlessly in HD. And at one point it refused to allow me access to my account to stream. Just in time for the NBA Playoffs, some major improvements have been made. Account access has been restored. Resolution is great, with only minor hiccups and stutters, probably from network traffic. I am impressed! Thanks for making Bally Sports usable again!!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Can't stream games on my phone through the app bit can watch it on my TV at home through xfinity, and the "help" I get from the web address it directed me to is a joke. They want to make you jump through hoops so they don't have to do their jobs. Checked with xfinity and everything on their end is fine. Never had one single issue with Fox Sports before Bally took over. I've been an unhappy customer since. I can only watch the Braves when I'm at home.

piece of garbage! app frequently briefly cuts out for a few seconds. at least a few times each quarter, loses connection to TV and needs restarted. nothing enhances an exciting basketball game like the added risk that you'll lose connection and miss something great. when it loses connection, have to get back into the game and watch an ad before we can try to recast, and then half the time, what plays is not the Cavs game that was clicked on. FIX YOUR APP.

Constant technical issues. Frequent crashing. Certain devices cannot log into account (despite correct username/password) which locks my account and initiates a verification process. "Enhanced View" button directs user into a black screen/infinite load. Without the "Enhanced View" the content screen in cut off on top and bottom. All around pain to use. Terrible app. I could deal with the excessive commercials if I could just stream a game. These are the reasons people find "work arounds."

Streaming is garbage. If you start the game late, or try to fast forward, it boots you repeatedly, if you refresh like it asks, it rams another commercial down your throat. Also if they decide not to replay the game and you aren't live, the stream disappears when the game ends. Was hoping it would get better through the year since it is a newer app, but still trash.

Since changing from Sports Time to Bally Sports this app has been horible. The only thing that plays are the ads. If the game ever loads, its quality is horible and picture keeps freezing and stuttering. Then when it goes to comerical, the whole picture freezes and does not return. Total garbage. This happens no matter if I am on wifi or cellular data. Tested on multiple wifi signals. Don't waste your time using this app.

The only video that is sure to work flawlessly is the ads...otherwise it fails to load half the time, constantly fails in the middle of watching and is usually choppy when it does work. If this wasn't the only way to watch my favorite teams I wouldn't even bother...Worst app on my phone. I absolutely despise this company...you are definitely the "Boldest New Sports Network" for trying to pass this off as acceptable.

This app work well when it was fox sports go. Used it for several years without any issues. Since it switched to Bally Sports it's gone down hill. Live video lags, picture quality is Sub par. These were no issues with Fox. Sadly it is the only local sport streaming app available with my cable provider. Looks like I will have to find a subscription sport app for my area.

My first experience: Game was unwatchable; Video and sound were both choppy the entire time, even after multiple restarts. App crashed my phone; Couldn't close the app or the video; Had to restart my phone for the video to stop playing. I wish I could just watch it through my cable provider's app... But, you know, capitalism.

Disappointed. If the actual stream worked as well as the ad video it would be great. To Chromecast it requires you to watch an ad exit the stream and watch an ad again to get the cast icon. Stuttering video playback that often locks up. If this what to expect from the upcoming streaming service they plan to sell, it's going to be a disaster.

This could possibly be the worst app. My biggest issues are 1. Lag between the sound and video during live streaming and 2. Issues during commercials that create an error - i have to go and restart the app, then I have to re-login, then watch 2 mins of commercials before I get back in to watch the game. Its an absolutely terrible app.

I only thought ad were ridiculous... Let me update that. The issues with this app is really unbelievable. I connect my TV provider and 99% of the time the app does not recognize my region, therefore I can't watch sports in my area. Totally useless app to a fix is provided. Ads.. While I understand the need, this is ridiculous. Give a version that can be subscribed to in order to stop this aggravating madness!!

Pretty much ruins the experience of watching live sports. I used to use the Fox Sports app to watch games all the time on the go or stream at home. Bally can barely keep the stream going for 10 minutes before it crashes and I have to restart everything and try again just foe another 10 minutes of game. How did they screw this up so bad? Its 2022, pretty much every media company is streaming stuff with little no issue, its not hard. Figure it out.

The app works well now. I don't like the 30 seconds commercial that shows everytime I log into the app. I miss important parts of games when I have to restart the app. There are commercials throughout. You don't need one that long at the beginning. 10 seconds would be adequate.

Literally the worst app experience Ive ever had. On all devices (OnePlus 7 pro and ipad). 1. Main problem is the app is stuttery garbage. When streaming the stream stutters every 10 seconds and makes it almost impossible to watch 2. When casting to a Chromecast, if you minimize the app you have to stop casting and recast to continue watching if the stream stops loading ( which happens at least 5 times a game)
