Phone and app won't pair. My watch is currently useless.
I am quite tech-savvy, but I have spent over two hours to try to set up the Frederqiue Constant Smartwatch, but the app on my mobile will not work (it won't connect to the wi-fi in my home). Without the app, the watch won't work. If I hadn't already removed the tags and packaging, I'd send back the watch.
Doesn't appear in my apps on the phone. Can only open from Google play store?
This app will not sync with my watch while the previous app, MMT-365 still does. Update: Great customer support......got it working. Would have been better though to give full instructions up front. I miss the subdued dark background and don't see where cloud backup is an option anymore.
Good App. It was easy to set-up on my Galaxy. It provides good information and recommendations. The sleep graphic looks accurate. My only complain is regarding the sleep trend, it does not collect the daily sleep information. Shows always zeros for the days of the week.
After several attempts of trying to pair my watch & app, installing, deleting, reinstalling the app NOTHING is working to get it working. I have also send an email several days ago to the address you provided to everyone on this page. But again NO reaction. What an utter disappointment from this brand.
The watch wasn't connecting to my phone anymore and when I got instructions from Frederique Constant support, it was to reinstall this app and now even this app is not getting reinstalled. Watch keeps on beeping and moving randomly what a waste of money on this watch when it can't work without app and app can't get installed. Both watch and app have problems. I suggest people not to buy Frederique Constant horological smartwatch unless there is a proper fix.
Great update! I love the new design and functionalities. I regularly look at my steps, sleep, heart rate and workout, which are well displayed. It's accurate and easy to use. It makes a super partner with my watch.
Notifications don't work on Android Huawei p20. Contacted support. Known issue and now new watch returned from service centre (6 weeks) and still not working. Returned second time for repair, as Bluetooth connection not maintained. Need to invest in software development and testing. Customer service asking to turn it on and off again for weeks.
My minute hand is a bit off and whenever I try to 'align hands' the watch gets disconnected from the phone. In general also, connectivity is erratic. App works well when it does work, but doesn't work all the time.
Impossible to pair with my phone!! After less than one year after my acquisition, the app can not connect (pair) with my watch anymore. I tried update, reinstall, batterie check and still doesn't work...for me, the watch is useless...CHF 1'000 for a watch which doesnt work is waste of money. Stay away from this "Horological Smartwatch"
Updated the app recently. It is very simple and powerful. I like the sleep graphs with indication of REM. It really has a positive impact on my daily life.

this App doesnt work. it doesn't pair with my watch. I was using the MMT app before, now nothing works:( I even tried creating a whole new account with different email etc. Doesn't let me do anything. won't even let me register. I have a $$$$ watch and can't do anything with it!!
Unable to pair my watch with the app, since the release my watch hands are not moving. Tried to change the battery and deleted the old app. Cannot use my watch as the only way to start the hands is through the app.
My original app stopped working. I found it was removed from the app store so I downloaded the new app. Now my expensive Frederique Constant watch won't pair at all. Very disappointing!!
I am struggling to sync every time. I use One Plus 6t and the watch and app does not sync. App does not sync to South African Gym apps or health apps. This is a total struggle.
I was able to pair my watch to my phone once after purchase,post that it has been a struggle. I have tried everything I know, it's keeps on saying on the app," pairing unsuccessful" Pls can someone help
App not working. Unable to login. Always says login ID and password not matching. Whereas I am able to login with same credentials on iOS. Also when adding new account, app reject verification code send to email ID saying expired even though validity is for 30mins.
Need to update watch firmware. For those having trouble, install the mmt 365 app and see if you can connect and upgrade the firmware for your watch. After you have updated, uninstall the MMT app and reinstall this one. It hopefully will connect...
owful. do not sync regularly, try everything (batteries, unpair, restart, etc) and still sync is random. Swiss Quality is absent. Waste of time.
It just doesn't like to connect with the watch. You follow all the instructions again and again and it still doesn't work. So frustrating for a high end watch.
comparing with 365 app this app is not that much satisfactory. Syncing is going on without an end and there's no message after syncing thus little confused
Rubbish - Just will not pair with watch, after several attempts of trying to pair watch and app, I have now given up. What a waste of time and money. What makes it worse you can't even use watch without app..
