Frozen Free Fall

Seems like there's an annoying bug where you just can't close the game. Each time you choose to quit the game, the app just reboots itself in an endless loop. A fix is needed here. Other than that, seems like a quite good but pretty standard match-3 game. Too bad that it also doesn't take advantage of Google Play Games to save progress but instead asks you to create a Jam City account to sync your data. Well, at least you don't need a Facebook account...

Suddenly we are seeing ads even when we did not choose to (like for extra moves, stars, tickets, lives, etc.) In another review a comment was made that we can turn off non-optional ads, but it isn't clear how to do that. If you are trying to force people off this game, this is the way to do it. As soon as I see one of those ads I kill the app. Eventually I will stop trying to play at all. Edited to add that apparently the only way to turn them off is to purchase something. Oh well.

Very annoying when you pay money to play and pass levels only for the game to freeze and not accept the "win" forcing you to close the game and clear out to go back in and still be in that same level... pretty much makes me not want to buy anymore of your little bonus packs. This has not happened once, or twice but more times than I can count. ***EDIT Yet again... use 3 boosters I had saved to beat ONE level, I beat that level and low and behold it didn't take it and restarted me at that level

So what's up with the ads even when I loose or win now? Even if I click "no" on watching an ad for an extra star or to restart with 3 extra moves it forces me to watch an ad anyway! And I don't get any rewards so it's literally just stealing time from me. Like what the hell! I've been playing this game for 7 YEARS, it's now just becoming more and more irritating and less fun.

Changing my review. With this latest update, the amount of ads that can't be shut off is so annoying that I'm going to uninstall the game now. The ads are unexpected and can't be shut off. The experience is no longer fun.

So if you don't claim your rewards for infinite lives you lose your rewards... If you claim them and you need to charge your device due to playing the game and you exit the game you lose whatever infinite lives time you have left the clock doesn't stop like other games do... I have the 11.4.0.773 version and it constantly crashes clear cache or uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix these issues!

This is an amazing game. It is very enjoyable, as well as challenging yet fun. I am 16 and struggle with extreme anxiety and playing this game calms me down. I have only one complaint and that is the price for the summer map, I mean 2.99 is kind of expensive, but that's really not a big deal. Overall this is am amazing game. 5/5

The whirlpools stop feeding if too many chains take place in a play of a level. I like that you can use any unlocked character in the journey levels and switch at any time. However, the events in the game usually do not hold my interest. I would like to see more Hans-related things, such as his alternate outfits for playable characters and his statue for a collectible to go with the other main characters.

Absolutely loved this game in the beginning. Since the last update every time I try to open the game it tells me it can't run until I update Google Play services which I can't do because there isn't an update available. It also removes the 24 hour challenges before the time is up so if you leave the game before finishing the challenge it disappears. So frustrating. Uninstalling the game.

Better than Candy Crush and the Harry Potter one, I love this damn game. Awesome levels, different challe.eges everytime, multiple power ups and it's difficulty keeps increasing as you go on. Definitely recommend

Seriously messed up after the last update with "holiday traditions!". Can not close that arendelle offer to play regular levels. It is only "Let's go!", no option to skip. Arendelle does not work. App closes and restarts no matter what - reboot, cache cleaning, deleting app and installing it again. I hope someone in development looks into problem, but doubt that anything changes.... Messed up. Tried to "reach support team" as it was recommended below -also impossible to submit questions.

About to uninstall !!! I have spent money on this game and have been playing for a very long time. I have been on a level for 3 months. I have used the 3 extra turns and every special item available even at the same time to try n pass this level. I have had enough. Refuse to spend any more money. Getting a real response from support is going in circles. I get a email with a link to answer questions that I have already stated here. after answering them again I get a response to contact support.

Full of intrusive advert (forces you to watch videos in middle of game play), hammers battery and uses so much data its unbelievable - over 100mb per hour of game play + what on earth are you sending back and forth?

Fun game, but since i updated it, it is just frustrating me. It freezes up. The game does not respond. Cannot collect anything at the plaza. It has been 6 months now....today 28 January 2022. Still having problem getting to the plaza. Cannot download new magucal items. Whenever i turn my data and wifi on, the game freezes up....you do not even deserve that one star i gave you. I have been playing this game for over 10 years. This is jus disappointing. Really..what is the use of playing your game

Used to be (& still is) a great game, but I'm ready to uninstall now. Since the last update, noisy adds appear regularly, much to the disturbance & annoyance of those around me. The game also regularly freezes my touchscreen (pixel 4a). The only way to recover is to turn the phone off then back on, which will then allow me to close the app.

I work so hard at trying to pass the levels & the coins that are earned or won or even in the store aren't very much, it's like I go through all the effort for what 20 pieces of coins, I like the game, but the coin rewards aren't worth the effort. you make the levels difficult, and the coin reward is low, and you make it hard to purchase stuff because the prices are so high,

Would not let me move on to next level after I win. Will automatically go back down to level one, then I have to scroll always back up. Love the game for years. This just started happening yesterday. To much work just to play and pay for games. Please fix this.

I did love this game they always have different contest going on love it but now I changed phone and downloaded it to my new phone and now it won't let me go to andrelle and wants to go black and reloads to the home page I don't know what's wrong with it but I want it to work cause I loved this game and now can't even play it mades me mad please fix it

It's a good time and money waster to pass the time. However it's annoying because it's not based on skill. It's based on chance and how much money you're willing to throw away. A level isn't fun anymore after I've played it 14 times and getting a message to go play other levels to build my skill when it's got nothing to do with skill.

I already been in contact with technical support and followed the instructions but the game is still acting goofy! Instead of Jam City inquiring about the glitches they acting like it's on the players end. Not at all because ever since the second to the last update that's when the game started acting goofy. I can't even do the challenges like destroy 10 gems and so on or unlock a character because it says it will be unlocked in 99 levels. Oh and my stars have a negative number/75. Please fix!

And AGAIN your game froze. I am tired of finally clearing a level, but the game freezes. Do better!

I had been playing Frozen Free Fall since Dec. 2013. It was a great game to pass the time until Disney sold it to Jam City. Now, there are mandatory updates and too many ads. The quality of the game was reduced with each update, whether losing rewards earned or the limit on coins collected. I last played in August b/c of a mandatory update. I plan to update one last time then stop. I get that it doesn't matter to Jam City, but they've lost a dedicated fan.

I've been playing this game for years and every time there is an update the game crashes. The latest is especially bad. When I eventually get past the Disney "loading" black screen the game can't link to the server to get into any of the tasks or give the daily reward. When you start playing a level & win, the game will freeze & you can't go any further. I love this game & have spent a lot of time & money on it which is the only reason I'm not un installing it. PLEASE FIX IT!

Major cliche fixed after 2 days. Thanks team for fixing the bug, now I can continue playing the game.

Used to be amazing, but now cannot load any levels due to 'connection failure'. No issue with my Internet and its completely halted playing the game. Tried updating the app, updating phone, resetting phone and nothing I can do! Please fix this bug!

Hey Developer Please can you check there is a glitch in the game. In Arandelle Plaza one of the challenges is to place 2 wooden toy makers next to each other. But there is no green space allocated next to the first wooden toy maker. I've been stuck here for weeks because the game can't progress. Please help ...

I've enjoyed this game since it started. Still have yet to find the end lol. I wish I could just build my own market place.

I love this game. I had this game before, years who, and I completely, absolutely enjoyed it. I had to get rid of it, but I got it back now, again, finally, and I just adore it. I would 10/10 recommend this game to anyone looking to play a free fall game. It's beautifully, artistically created, well decorated, with quite good animation. The different levels, side quests, and other maps are amazing, a sight to behold. The idea of the shop, coins and tokens is a good concept. I'm happy.
