Fuel Rewards® program

Same experience as everyone else. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't work, it's very frustrating. Ive emailed support (via direct email and through their site) and never heard back. Definitely an issue with the latest update, since this app used to be flawless.

I have a love-hate relationship w/this app. & the admin. for it. A recent update didn't completely connect so I had to Uninstall it. Then when I went to re-instsll it, my login info didn't populate from the password manager, so I was locked out for 2 weeks & couldn't load my gas point rewards. Now, all of a sudden, the app. is working and I was able to load the weekly reward. No explanation anywhere, it seems. 😳

when it works, its great. when it doesnt work, its upsetting. there's no sorry for the inconvenience, just that you missed out. app is sometimes hard to maneuver through. i look the rewards and the ways to get it. but when i cant get it because of errors or glitches, again upsetting.

The app is okay. Lately it's just been crashing a lot and I can't put codes to redeem rewards. The UI has also not been loading properly and it results in weird smushed parts on the app. I also don't understand the need for 2 different apps, I can't redeem those codes on the other shell app. Edit: unusable now since it just keeps asking to rate it.

App is broken. Used to work, now it just closes every time I try to open it. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, cleared data, cache ect... The app is preventing me from receiving my incentive from T-Mobile... Edit: After poking around on the website I found a way to enter the code I receive from T-Mobile to use my reward. It's a bit inconvenient but at least I'm able to redeem it.

Constant app errors on every screen caused me on two recent occasions to not be able to use my rewards at the pump. Though T-mobile has this cool reward program, I am done as a Shell customer bc of the app's broken state. 🤯 Edit 5/10/22: SHOCK OF A LIFETIME! This app suddenly works! I could login and apply my t-mobile rewards code FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS! I'll raise it to two stars for now and see if this is a trend Shell can maintain at all.

I have been using this app to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesdays reward for over a year now (it was great before) and suddenly a month ago the app started crashing everytime I try to open it. I can no longer add the T-Mobile reward to my balance. This is very frustrating. I miss when it worked properly.

So far, So good! You really should try this app! The fuel rewards app saves us anywhere from $0.03/ per gal to $0.30/ per gal and more. You can link this with 2 other cards and just buy what you normally do and save on items you usually buy. ***I noticed when I get an email or it's in the app I actually get discounts on what I buy not what the store wants me to buy. The persons in the shell gas stations(mine is linked to 2 other cards) know how to use them!! Save on rentals and more!

When I try to log in it says there is a bug in the app and needs the developer to have an update to fix this issue. It was working fine and would give it a 4 star normally. Haven't been able to load any additional rewards or check it at all.

Terrible technical support. I had an issue linking my card and I had emailed customer support about it. It took ages for them to reply, and no effort to really dig deeper into my issue leaving me high and dry until I just don feel likenusing the service anymore. I just want my account deleted, but even the app doesn't have that feature.

I have never seen a app that is more complicated than this one. It says enter my payment method. I enter several and it says invalid card info. I double check and still the same thing. Then I have no idea if I am saving the cents it claims. No way to find out. I have the Shell App too. Not sure how come there is a need for 2 apps to buy gasoline at my Shell station. But that's how it appears. I'm done pulling my hair out over this. Please explain to me what these apps have to do with each other

Since I upgraded my phone this app has worked fine. Kept crashing on my old one. Update May 2022: app has failed to work on several occasions. Just crashed upon opening the app. Started working again after the next update.

This app is still not opening and it has been over 2 weeks, took almost all troubleshooting steps to try and open l...Uninstalled reinstalled, etc etc but same issue...no good...app blinks and nothing happens and screen goes back to the last opened screen.

Glitchy app. App crashes when trying to get directions... Also beware they send monthly deals for discounts for multiple fillups and amazingly it seems that one every month is "lost" so you don't get the discount.

App fails to link properly to shell account. Shell account app fails to Link to actual credit account properly. Nice to see rewards option however having to manage multiple apps without actually having a centralized payment / reward center is beyond frustrating. I do not recommend that shell card nor the rewards app. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible app. I have spent months trying to get my password reset. Then my account gets placed in an inactive state. Even had to call and try to get assistance there. That was in November of 2021. It is just about April 2022 and I have finally been able to reactivate my account and change my password. When you access the forgot password it asked you to choose text or email to recover. When you choose text it only gives you an option to put an email address in. Very poorly written app

I've had this reward card for years. It used to work but hasn't since last November when I changed my address and payment info. It NEVER picks up or registers any of my transactions so I get nothing from it!! Been trying to use it since January 2022 at least twice a week. My payment method just sits as "pending" no matter how many times I delete and re-enter it. Its total junk now!!!!!
