I really like this UWINMO W33 watch! It does exactly what I need in a modern fashionable smart watch without the Samsung Galaxy watch price! Thank you so much. SMS notifications and Bluetooth calling is great! It reminds me of my Samsung Galaxy Active watch 2 without the Samsung Galaxy watch price. When my Samsung Galaxy Active watch 2 stops updating I won't miss it! A very pretty watch. Thank you!

FIX THE APP DEVELOPERS Illegal device. March 2nd update doesn't work. Please fix. I have emailed you and a bunch of us have issues. Please update this app!!! For others here is a fix. Go and download the apk fundo pro app version 1.6.14. That doesn't give me the illegal device error. Sept 8yh they release a bug update. Still didn't fix it. What are all these bug fixes for the app you keep releasing. It isn't fixing anything. I am done.

I only gave it one star because that's as low as it would let me rate it. This app and watch are terrible. It won't stay connected to the watch, the reports use to have a time line. I wish there was another app that would work with my smart watch. And my Samsung phone says it's an unauthorized device.

I am not be able to connect the device with my phone.. A Message " ILLIGAL DEVICE" showing on both devices. I am using samsung fold 2.. its once connected then immediately disconnected.. plzz check or update the apps and put solutions..

It's been over a year since I wear my smart watch. Now I found it again & using it. Now strange thing pop up that my device is illegal???!! I just installed FunDo Pro version 1.8.7. Please tell me what's going on? Can someone advice me how I can sync to my Samsung S20 FE? I purchased the watch some times ago from appropriate seller. 1/May/22 still showing Illegal Watch popup whenever I want to sync. I hear many having same issues

The app is bad, it randomly resets my watch in the middle of the day, ill be on 7000 steps then two munites later im on 30 fix the bug. Also ir gives false info on distance traveled.

What a load of rubbish this product is. The watch won't connect to the phone even though the phone recognizes the device on Bluetooth searches. I have tried everything. I will NEVER buy another VeryFit product again. Clearly no one tests the app and if it pairs with the device. It was 80% rubbish before the most recent app update, now it's 100% rubbish. This company is an expert on "How to lose a customer".

I'm not so happy with the app or the watch . It always counts one hour more of sleep than what I actually get; and both phone and watch don't match the distance walked Edit: I got a new device as of January, same brand, the app doesn't recognize the watch, the watch doesn't find the phone even tho it's connected to Bluetooth. My account was deleted and I can't even sync to get the correct date and time on the watch.

So far not bad. Disappointed that you can't categorize or manage the dial push screens. I would like to remove the ones I don't want and install the ones I do want without losing the ones I have already installed.

Many features are lagging in this.....please add features like - "watch face change" + camera opens only when this app is open in background + calling features are also not accessible properly

App too old. They should allow us to create our own interface I mean full interface and not only picture on a watch. And again the default watch face on the app is totally disgrace there is nothing good about the interface (watch face). If you can't design your own copy from others. Get us simple and powerful watch face. I know you can do better.

Illegal device. Pleasu use genuine. That's the error i keep getting when i comnect my smart watch. I uesed 1.8.6 a while, and i thought that if i update the app, it will work. Now i can't even use old versions i get the same error. Please fix this. Thank you. I have found the version that works for me. It is version 1.7.2. this is the last version that does not get the illegal error please keep this in mind for the next update. Hope this helps.

All of a sudden the App. is now telling me I have an illegal device...come on? The watch and phone were fine now this....your team needs to sort out the bugs...I wonder if I will get a response? Not happy......🤬 Still no response....this is a appalling. Not even a reply or any sort of communication regarding the matter. Clearly no idea about customer care and a no care attitude. New update on 10/6/21 still no fix to the illegal device notifications..23/7/21 no change? 20/4/22 no change???

Apps isn't working since the last update and it seems like you guys aren't bothered about all the reviews. Pls fix. After the last update, the app is still not working properly. My watch isn't genuine is being said from the apps.

I have had the DT89 watch for about 7 days, over all the watch is fine given what I paid. Now the FunDo experience has been very frustrating. The instructions are nearly useless. If someone would develop solid American English instructions that cover the details and sequence step by step with illustrations I think it would go a long way to improving the success in installing and configuring the application and getting it to work with a given smart watch. I have successfully configured the watch and application now on two occasions but I am not sure I could possibly repeat the process as it has typically been a round of resets, reinstalls and trial and error until it works. (Getting a solid Bluetooth connections has not been the issue for me). Once working the application does seem to work as designed and I'm sure I'll get the hang of using it. So was it a good experience, not in the least bit, and what is more frustrating it could have been a good experience, with solid instructions. As this is the only smart watch experience I have so I am unable to compare it to how others are to work with. I have given this a 2 Star rating, the application is ok, it does what it does, it's easy enough to navigate... but getting there is not pleasant and takes more time and effort than it should and the frustration to get it all working leaves you feeling unsatisfied. The app works very nice. There are a few things that would be great to have added/amended. The ability to see the hours of the night when you look at your sleep pattern. The ability to tap on a heart rate point on the chart and see the actual measure for that point in time, not just the nice graph. Please fix the math on the monthly sleep analysis. The math is seriously wrong on that one. Thank you though for a nice app overall!

The watch is ok when it wants to work. As for the app...it has a tendency to not record anything most of the time. I find that when it glitches it rests your steps which is a little frustrating. I can't expect very much from the app or watch since it is a cheap product. I'm pretty sure if the app would work properly the watch would be more useful.

Ok app It works great with my phone and watch. The feedback to the phone is good but the graphs text on the app could do with being made lighter so you can see what the scale is. The Bluetooth from phone to watch is ok but not the best, but that could be the watch. I would have give the app 5 stars if it wasn't for the app not allowing you to turn off permissions, it gives you nag screen to turn them back or turns them on automatically. if your NOT keen on sharing all your information with the app creator then don't install it wants access to all you phone including messages, contacts etc. I wouldn't mind but it doesn't give you a good readout on any messages it's not really made for it or it tells you to go to you messages.

I would have preferred opting to give 0 rating because of the services being offered by them. Initially due to some update, like many others, I was unable to connect the watch with phone. Now the side button which controls the on/off function of the watch has suddenly malfunctioned. I've been trying to reach them via mail but no response from them. Utterly disappointing.

It's an ok app. The biggest frustration is that it doesn't automatically sync itself with the watch. Steps are fine, but it doesn't download sleep or sports data unless I manually hit the sync button. If I forget, that data is lost. The second biggest frustration is that you can't export the data. You can share a screen shot, but there's no way to get the numbers. And there is no scale on the heartbeat chart, so I have no idea when my heart beat went up or down.

I bought a L8 Smart watch and I really like it but this app is so temperamental. It took me many attempts to get my watch to sync and when it finally connected the app kept crashing. When it's connected I am able to control the music on my phone and I get text notifications (sometimes they wake up the screen and sometimes they don't!) but I do not get a notification when I receive a phone call. It's such a shame that this really nice watch with all these great features is stuck with this lame app.

I like this app but in the sport section there are seven options to choose from when you press the little icon in the upper left-hand corner but the watch only has the running icon to choose from. Therefore all the other icons in the app are obsolete as you can't start the exercise from the app, only from the watch. I hope there will be an update to fix this issue.

Overall a pretty good app with a pleasant UI. However, it lacks the ability to switch to 12 hour time format, and translations to English are so bad in some places that they are unintelligible. Also, some of the "buttons" have a very small clickable area and you have to touch many times to actually get it to work.

App itself is decent in that it will include current as well as historical data on steps, sleep, heart rate, etc... however, the device that it's supposed to obtain the data from frequently loses its bluetooth connection which always requires a reboot of the phone (or device app is installed on). Reconnection, or sync, via the app doesn't work once it loses it's connection.

This app was always a bit fussy to get connected to my watch, but once connected it worked and worked well. However, with the latest update I'm getting the same "illegal device" error reported by others and can't do much with the watch or the app in the disconnected state. It's disheartening to see many others with the same problem and no response from devs for two weeks. Guess I've got another abandoned dinosaur electronic device. It was fun while it lasted.
