Buy something else. The watch has a good build feel. However - will not sync. Can NOT change time, and there is nothing to help get it to sync to the app. Phone says it is connected, but the app does nothing. And the watch does nothing. This is 100% useless if it does not sync...and mine does not. A total waste of money! I can find NO support to get help with it. I can't even figure out who to send it back to. It is infuriating to say the least. A lot of social media hype advertising for nothing.

The app is ok I guess. But doesnt really show anything that the watch doesn't already display. An option to view data as a graph is completely missing. Even the ability to easily export the raw data so that you can plot your own progress is missing. You can view data for previous days but ultimately must manually enter it into your own graphs. Also the connection to the watch is pretty tenuous. I'm not sure if it's the app or watch, but either way it doesn't work properly.

I just bought the watch. it is very nice but the sync of the phone is impossible. the verification code doesn't show up either on my email or whith text message. Also the feed back you can send through the app doesnt give enough space to complete my email address. So please help and change these to make the product better.

It functions on my phone. Not much more to say... Its required for my watch to synch calls and messages. Drains my phones battery, I'd say a 30% increase. No way to download new watch faces, nor is it compatible with anything else. Puts two notifications in your tray that cannot be dismissed, even when watch isn't in use.

If I buy a product that is designed to connect to my phone and all it does is disconnect, well I have bought a useless product. The app constantly disconnects from the watch then the app interrupts whatever I'm already doing on my phone to ask to reconnect. Then it "can't find the device or requires me to click accept and then go thru 3 menus on the watch and also re-pair... fix the app and you can get your stars back. Also bad review on amozon Inc

An absolutely useless app. It connects with the watch but not completely. I can read notifications , reply to messages, etc but the phone doesn't show the health history from the app: no sleep data, steps, heart rate, etc are synced from the phone. I will not recommended this to anyone unless this major bug is fixed.

I'm not sure if it's this software or the cheap Beverly Hills Polo Club smart watch, but there are two options: use the watch for phone calls, or don't connect it to the phone at all. There's no way to get notifications on the watch without talking into the watch for phone calls and having everyone in the room hear the entire conversation emanating from your wrist. I'm deleting the software and returning the watch.

This is the app that came with the android watch I brought so the two should be compatible. But neither the steps nor heart rate data automatically uploads to this app even though they are connected and all the notifications and calls from the phone are being sent to the watch. Only way step data goes to the app is if you disconnect and reconnect the two, but this just gives you a one time update. Heart rate data never passes to the phone app even though watch is clearly picking it up.

Get a different one.... the App don't work worth a dang... won't sync to phone, ar the end of the day the watch will say 30k+ steps and the app won't read that info. Currently sitting at 36,816 and the app says I have 800. Nothing works right. I'm getting rid of it as soon as I can... if I could I'd only give a 1/4 star if I could.

I'm very disappointed at this app it doesn't do anything it can't sync I can't see any of the data in the pedometer, the heartbeat rating, the distance, when you bind your number next screen is Chinese do not understand a thing, it constantly disconnect from the phone serial port, I can't install the apps for the watch. so far is useless I feel like I just waist my money.

i love the watch. BUT.the sleep graph only 1/2 works, the bpm not at all, in the app. the watch works great. seller doesn't respond. Only sporadically connects correctly, when wanting to sync phone & app. sometime syncs for half the app only; phonecalls but not data or messages.

Just installed this app. The watch connected to my phone.. I can get all calls, messages, and notifications ok. Haven't tried my music yet tho. But i can't measure my heart rate..or change any personal settings.. Or sync the data from the watch to the app on my phone..because it will not let me register an account. It keeps saying try again later.. But I've been trying of off on all night. The app seems to be the issue. Needs severe updates.. And developers that actually respond to these reviews

Absolute rubbish. Tried 3 emails and get already registered. Can't change password. Tried with phone no. And get Chinese. Most pathetic app I've used. Can't use the phone without. Avoid this at all costs and watches that need this app

The app syncs well with my sony experia phone and smart watch and fnctions well. However, the app asks for SMS permisions (why?) and over the last 6 months my phone has occasionally sent a large number of texts to the last number I used. I have eventually tracked this to the Fundo app. The last occasion cost me £6.35 in international roaming charges .

ABSOLUTELY STUPID! The application doesn't even work. I try to sign into my account via Facebook, and Facebook says it won't allow it because the app is still being made. So I went to register, and it wouldn't accept my password until I changed it to a different one. Then it wanted me to accept the terms of use. THERE WAS NO BUTTON TO PRESS TO ACCEPT/READ IT! I'm un-installing this app, and I'm not going to re-install it. This application used to work, but now it just seems to be a waste.

It is the app for the Lemfo L20 smartwatch, but it won't connect, no matter what. I've tried everything in the manual, the app does not detect the watch. And yes, I have BT enabled on both devices. Waste of money and time.

Verry Sketchy privacy also the app is Chinese (if that's something you care about). Can't use the app without allowing a ton of unrelated permissions. I should've listened to the reviews, there's a reason it has less than 3 stars. If you do decide to download, read the privacy policy and terms of agreement thuroughly or at least skim over it as opposed to ignoring it.

Absolute junk! It doesn't connect to my z40 watch. Keeps saying "connecting","connected" and then again disconnected and goes on in this stupid loop over and over again. I'm totally frustrated. There is no FAQ section or proper instructions!

Annoying..it takes an age to actualy log in and when you do there is nothing you can do except change the clock face. Steps/sleep stats never update nor does the heart rate stats..also in pic it shows gps there is no option... Nothing works its a poor attempt tbh and iv spent 3 days solid trying to figure it out but with no obvious guides or help its pointless an as such unusable. Poor and disapointing.

Good so far. No problems. Question though, how do you clear out the notifications? I cut off the sound. Messages still there. Put on vib., notifications will not clear out. What do you do when you want to clear out notifications? Thank you for your help.
