Does not sync with devices. I've had it for a week, and have worn my smartwatch all but one day of that. Only one day actually recorded my steps, and it combined two nights of sleep onto one night. It also constantly disconnects from my smartwatch (A Y1), at completely random intervals. There's no apparent way to put in your steps manually for such an occurrence, either. Overall, a useless app.

Finally managed to connect to my phone, but it keeps saying Bluetooth disconnected, even though both devices are paired. It connects briefly when I restart my phone, but then crashes soon afterwards and I'm back to square one. I have a Moto GS Plus phone. Can't use it at all!

Have a Google pixel 2 XL. Downloaded app with phone/watch paired and it wont open. Uninstalled, unpaired downloaded again and it wont open. Turned power off and on and app still won't open. Tries to email in and it bounces back undeliverable. Any suggestions??

I only used it to get push notifications. However if you find that you having connection problems then use a older version like 3.1.8. By then it should work perfect. I've tested it on dz09 and A1 using Android version jellybean/lollipop

I cannot connect my smartwatch to the app but my phone can detect and connect to the device, it is on the app although this is the app recommended by my smartwatch. Also the developer contact is not reachable, i tried emailing the developer and i received an email saying that the developer contact does not exist. Quite frustrating i couldn't sync my smartwatch data to the phone.

This app worked olay when I had a watch that worked with it but then I started getting ads every time I opened my phone. Uninstalled apps one at a time and this one was the cause.

Same as #SaranKashyap The app ALWAYS says device is DISCONNECTED when it is obviously connected. The app also NEVER turns off and drains phone and device battery by staying in a constant attempt to connect.

Constantly disconnects which makes it pretty useless. I'd much rather be able to sync my watch to Map My Fitness because the watch is a waste as is

I bought the watch for the pedometer mostly. I downloaded this app but it won't sync the pedometer, and my phone keeps saying this app uses too much CPUs . I'm not sure what that is but I'm guessing it's bad . I have to shut the app off .

App can't communicate with smart watch doesn't work 95% of the time waste of my time. Cant update steps and etc to funrun app on phone.

does not work with Samsung s8 running Android Pie(version 9). Does run with Samsung s5 running Android 6.0. I hope devs will do something about this. So, unless you have older device dont bother.

I have some problem with this apps, i can't open more menu.. If i click that menu, it will be force close.. I have that problem can fixed soon..

The app didn't open in my phone. I don't know why. My phone is ASUS zenfone zoom, this doesn't support your app? This app will help me sync my smart watch to my phone. Looking forward to your response. Thanks

Not sure which is more rubbish, the Y1 watch or this app. Both barely functional. Didn't expect much for the price, and still desperately disappointed.

App does NOTHING , but crashes and disconnects often. Has never tracked anything on my phone pertaining to steps or sleep!!!

This app is useless, downloaded and didn't work, uninstalled, then reinstalled, still didn't work, and now installing for good. Don't bother.

It's is a fitness app but its want to access the call logs , and the text messages and the contects . Why ? Are you also one of that Chinese company who steal data ? Guyss don't install it it's threat on our privacy .

App continually crashes using the V8 smart watch and the Moto z phone. Crashes as soon as bluetooth tries to connect.

Best app for dummy smart watches... I tried many app but this app is best only one thing improve map notification on screen or map capture on mobile and show watch but best app..

As soon As we open app the GT watch gets disconnected. Find your watch does not show anything. It is loss for companies who use this app. Worst App. Better Avoid buying watches which uses this App.

It keeps stopping, can't even get it to load!!! I was using it and it worked with my watch. Now it won't even load! Help please

Crashed before opening. I have a smartwatch Y1 which requires this app to be installed for functioning adequately but seems this won't work.

Just downloaded app after calling amazon about new smart watch. App says nickname cant be blank but i cant change it either. Havent used enough to guve further review yet.

I have no idea how this is even supposed to work since it won't even load on my Pixel 3. Start the app and it crashes right away

Most of time does not sync at all, lost all the data as well!!!

It doesn't work... The app stops working. The app says my Bluetooth isn't connected.
