What can I do if I fail to launch GalleryVault from Dialer?Sometimes, in some devices, after Gallery Vault is killed by system or other apps, or after device restarted, Gallery Vault may not be able to respond to dial event. What can I do if I forgot my passcode?Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mail box), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page. If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button in System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).2. Try to unlock and fail for 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.3. Tap "Forgot" button and tap "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

This app used to be great before they begun spamming you with ads. Now you get ads every time you open/close the app and every time you view a photo/video. They make it so inconvenient to use the free version that it's almost unusable.
When I first used it over a year ago it was amazing ads were minimal. I'd watch one ad at the start and not see another until I restarted the app. Now I have to watch an ad before entering a file. Once in the file there's another ad I have to exit out of. When I exit the file I have to watch another ad. When that ad is done another ad pops up advertising the no ads pro version of the app. This app is purposely adding so many ads hoping people buy the pro version out of frustration. Stay away from this app and look elsewhere.
Nearly useless if u are using free version...the ads are way too much and blocking the whole of the apps functionality.. i knew free apps are relying on ads but this is way too much and annoying. Thanks for reply, l*z*d* (online market apps) is the most frequent recently and 99% annoying.
Really liked this app but i wish there was a feature where i can move picture around inside a folder to make it chronological in order because every time i read my pirated books there, sometimes its not in order and confuses me. Overall, a solid App!
Suddenly cannot play videos, and forced to move out all videos from this app. Is there any solution? I bought the full version long time ago and had no problem whatsoever but suddenly exist now.
Very poor for the past few days I have been trying so hard to find my files of which I backed up. Pray you don't get the initial documents deleted from the phone memory if you do that's the end of story. Am not even convinced this app is associated with Google. Things can only change if I get my files back. From any cloud you so put it. Because am pretty sure it's not Google cloud.
The ads are constant and disrupt UI navigation. Wouldn't be too bad if they didn't pause the app while they played.
This app is useless. Where are the photos in my gallery that I never intended to hide? They're all gone! Yet you have the temerity to force upgrade on me in order to sync my files to Google drive. What an idiotic app! Just wasted my time and lost my gallery photos!
It's good,but one thing that bothers me is that you can't move photos to a subholder that is in the same folder.for example you have an existing folder and there is a subfolder inside of it and you want to move the file that is in that folder to the subfolder but the problem is you can't,now I don't know if I'm missing something or there isn't a button to move a file to the subfolder that is also in the same folder as that file Edit:it got fixed,I shall give it 5 stars
From great to poor The ads are frustrating and intrusive. I literally log in 3 times just to get to copy and print my id... loads sponsor content and logs out and I start again No longer an app worth having... moving on... sorry
hello, I have got new phone and installed it, I have purchased premium in the previous phone with the same login in the new phone, but gallery vault is not activating the premium package Although there is writen that free license detected
Can't view my files, it keep saying "file is not fully down loaded yet, please wait" for the past 5weeks that I have reinstalled it, updated the app today still the same... I really liked this app, fix it
Very bad because of lots of ads. Very annoying. I hate it. Uninstalled immediately. Not recommended.
It has great features unlike the other apps it doesn't have AppLock. But when you put photos in a file you can sub create folders which other apps can't do I like it
I love this app though i wish you could get your stuff back if you delete the app. Like i wish you could create like an account to sign back in if anything were to happen. Oh i just realized i can actually do that!
Too many ads! Used to be responsible but not any more. Now ads are at all actions you are doing on the app. It almost like you are using an ads app!
It just lost loads of stuff. I have never lost a file on my phone, ever, how did this app do it? No idea. I have the full version too. Sad times.
Tried most of the big alternatives, this one is without a doubt giving the best value for money, the best UX and the richest set of features. Good job.
Was once a great app. Now plagued with 15 sec ads everytime you manoeuvre from a page. Sadly ruined by money orientated developer's.
Still waiting for the browser to have basic functions like being able to export and access bookmarks whilst browsing. Even the ability to import bookmarks would be useful. As a storage app it's pretty good, but the browser is terrible for an app in 2022!
Zero stars if I could. I just installed it. Then silli of me, I felt confidence on their propaganda and hid all my pics and docs instead of doing a test with only one unimportant file. The program (gallery vault) is locked on an eternal loop showing me one ad after another and doesnt let me go pass that. I have to unistall it but I am afraid I will lose all my pics and files. If Icannot open the program their are lost anyway. Any help please?
Garage been using this for years now you access to my whole phone and I can't override it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!
I will use this app more then 5years it's good .helpful but more then 4 months my videos are one by one not open App is working well but tha ads are too much disturbing 😳 please don't show tha ads too much please
the latest update seems to have messed up the slideshow feature a bit. pictures will eventually start to overlap each other and it looks really odd. other than that, app works fine :)
