The app is working little slow and live video streaming is ok good, but there is a problem in Playback option, Playback option is not working, I have tried in my old android phone, then I tried in my new OnePlus android phone, then I tried in my iphone 7 but still not able to use playback option, request you to please rectify this issue of playback option. Good enough job but the hi certainly can be improved to be cleaner and slicker. Please consider improvements for your device firmware and mobile app as well. App is so bad has such bad options available user interface needs to be designed easier and steps to troubleshoot should be clearly mentioned and put up on YouTube troubleshooting will cost 600.

App icon doesn't show up in the AppsMenu. I have tried on multiple devices. Also it gets really annoying when everytime I open the app i have to add the cameras to view them, whereas this can easily be fixed but dont know why u guys are not addressing this issue in ur updates. Also, support for android TVs is much needed.

Everytime it gets automatically disconnected/ failed to connect and everytime some or the other problem in application many times.It would be really helpful for us if you fix these bugs/glitches in the application so that we can be to view the live feed.

Fix your app. Your app crashes too much while starting live preview especially in Samsung smartphones. I always have to check my CCTV very frequently. When I open app and start live preview, it crashes 4-5 times and then open. Excessive crashing while starting live preview. Fix it.

Great app. Works fine. But it does not work on Android TVs and Android boxes. Wish there were a less functional Viewer only app for Android TVs and Android boxes. Pls think about it.

There is a lot of difference in the video quality when u check in the tv and in the mobile app. I tried to check the video quality in hd mode in the Android version of gcmob app. I thought it was my mobile screen resolution and tried to check in another mobile which has high end picture quality. Still I'm facing the same issue. Image and video quality is very poor in the mobile app. Guys if any one is interested in purchasing this cpplus cctv and I strongly recommend not to buy this product.

There seems to be some problem in the app...as the android OS says that the app has a bug... wait till the developer issues an update to remove the bug.... surprisingly it closes as soon as it opens up... what to do now

The app is ok but not good mainly because of the user experience it takes a lot of time to know everything as a result its not very user friendly , it can be very complicated too. I would please like to ask the team of ( gCMOB ) to make to app much more easier and simpler for consumers like us.

App crashes ever 4-5 seconds while using It seems memory leakage is there in this application with lots of bugs..Work on crasher bugs first rather than on increasing feature of this application..worst application made by you guyz... Worst customer service ever. Their cloud registration service really pathetic. They don't even bother to send activation link via registered Email ID. And it's impossible to retrieve your previously created account using 'Forgot Password' because they never sent you any activation link via email. We have waited and checked even Spam folder to find the activation link or resetting link. And when the Country is trying to adopt new normal, CP Plus's customer service getting Covid Postive everyday!

Good app. Looks good, works well. Would prefer the audio on/off toggle to be visible without having to scroll it in to view,

After updating recently the app does not coonect to cameras. Says connect failed. Network failure? That's what u say. It does not even connect to demo.

The app is closing automatically and very slow... it shows a message bug issue and update he software... please check it from your end and update us accordingly.

Waste of time, every time failed to connect, if you were before me i would suerly penalise you for wasting public time and for such a poor and junk app, i have downloaded d app again and again from play store so no need to advise to update d app.

Ur interface is not good. It should be simple, smooth & easy to use. Should add more features in cctv cameras

Why don't you people make this application quick and fast. Everytime, it gets restarted for no reason. Kindly fix these issues in the upcoming updates.

WAIST OF MONEY I use this app it working only 1% with my full internet connectivity other apps are good not like this ,it's take long time buffering with strong internet connectivity,pls update or reset this app , not satisfied with gCMOB ,MY MONEY WAIST ,cpplus. I can not watch playback more than 72 hours ago on my mobile app , GCmob. Earlier, I was able to watch playback even for the last 10 days. Please help.

There is a problem with gcmob app, how many days have passed, CCTV camera footage is not visible in gcmob app. When ever I add the camera in gcmob app, I get an error as 'fail to connect'. Please solve the issue

Worst app... Laggy and difficult to setup. Always need to select camera from device list though it doesn't have multiple services

Very hopeless app ..i installed it few days back ..it was working well and suddenly I checked today it was not working at all.i have even uninstalled n then reinstalled it again hoping for good connection bt all in vain ..

Always slow loading, Now not connecting. Only showing failed to connect. Will replace the company's products. Waste of money.

It was crashing earlier and needed multiple restarts but it seems to be running well now. Update : With the latest update crashing seems to have restarted 😭

Very Very Slow Live camera. We also have other brand like hikvision they are very very fast. Cp plus is totally waste in term of software management. Their TV software is also very laggy. Please work on your LIVE &TV software. OTHERWISE YOURE WASTE OF MONEYM

Hi Team.... Overall This app working is good... But I am facing the issue at rotation view.... Can't view in landscape mode If auto rotation is off in mobile setting. Pls update the app with auto rotation. Same dhauva XVR using same this redmi mobile . In that app working In landscape view without mobile setting (auto rotation). Hope dhava and cp plus are same company... Pls update the app with user friendly.

Camera feed not coming to app, showing black screen, using latest updated version. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working.

Audio talk function not working in version 3.1.4 Kindly please rectify this issue. Previously we were able hear as well along with video, but now this function is not working.

Latest updates ruined favorite & Alarm Manager, these settings are not getting saved, once I exit from app these settings are getting reset. Please look into this issue
