Only real complaint is the extended shipping times and fees. There should be a discount on shipping when order multiple items, also the "expedited" shipping is a bit overpriced. Most items are good quality, not usually clothing. The app itself is easy to use, and rarely has bugs or crashes.

Simple and easy to use. Not all items are the best but I have had some really good buys from Geek. Any issues I have been refunded without quibble. I cannot recommend enough. You do get what you pay for and the shipping times is sometimes a bit long. Also the cost is a bit high for shipping on some items but on the whole it is better than it is worse

Way too many products are listed at a very good price, even a very low price. But then when you clock buy it it shows up in your shopping cart 2 to 3 times more than it was advertised for. And I do not like that at all. it has happened Numerous times. Seldom yet have there been any correctly as advertised. I keep having to check my shopping cart and most items I wanted and were in my cart I've had to remove due to price being so much higher that ad. It is so aggravating I am stating to not eve

Good but used to be much much better. Now there's no free shipping items, and sometimes the shipping costs will vary on the item options without a warning. Filtering results is just broken. But their customer protection is good, always have been refunded whenever I got a misleading, damaged or a package that never came. Not immediate tho. Good experience but some things should really change.

Been using Geek and Wish for about 4 years now... I enjoy browsing the extensive selection of items they have listed. Great for low(er) priced items (even some free items!), but not great with shipping costs or time. If you are willing to wait weeks (3 -5 in general) for an item you can pick up locally, then you came to the right place. Most items are shipped from China, Japan, or Asia. Always read reviews from others before placing an order, otherwise it's basically a guessing game.

Have been using Geek for 5 years. Has been a good platform in the past. However as of late, a few complaints. Support is all automated now. No real people to interact with when issues arise. Delivery dates pushed back multiple times to avoid refund when product not delivered. Up to 3 months in my case (and it was a gift). And the limited quantity deals are obnoxious. More and more show up. And never get the product when an attempt is made. Please go back to the old format.

so far, so good. no complaints but nothing spectacular either, yet. I had to cancel an accidental 18 item order and it took me nearly 20 minites to do it as each item had to be cancelled one at a time with several questions asked about each cancellation. A "cancel everything" option would be nice. I'll think twice about putting anything in the shopping cart that I'm only considering.

Deceptive business practices and cheap rip off junk sold here. It takes at least a month to get anything as it all comes from China. They have repeatedly pushed the delivery date back so as not to issue refunds when items don't arrive. I ordered in the first week of May and they've pushed items back until July when they were supposed to be delivered already. Won't buy this stuff anymore. It's usually all super cheap rip offs of other brands. Beware: what's pictured is not what you get!

Absolutely, the worst. Items ordered didn't arrive. Only get in store credit, non refundable, items. If order doesn't arrive, or is defective, store credit doesn't get refunded. Customer service is automated, no way to find out where an item went. I'd almost go as far to say this is a scam website. I did receive half of my items. Not secure enough for me. I'd like 100% shipping success.

Sometimes receive a cheaper or lesser quality of product then purchased. Some times something totally different. Seems like the product picture and description change after item is shipped. Take screen shots of your order before submitting your purchase, I do, and found this to be absolutely 💯 percent true. Please comment if you had similar experiences. I'm still going to utilize this app because once in a while you get a great deal but protect your investment. Their other app does same too.

Nice and convenient for most purchases. Whether you order for yourself or a friend or a relative the items generally show up within a few weeks and they're just as advertised. Some items such as the larger TVs and the antennas that go on them the adds are a little unclear as to whether you get just an antenna or a TV and an antenna so you have to be careful there. But most items are just what you see on the app. And in most cases the shipping and the prices on the items are quite reasonable.

I love 💞 this app. When I want something cheap, this is my go to app to shop online. The only annoying part is that you have to waite a month for your purchase if your ordering from Canada British Columbia, that is my experience and I order things 4 times a month. Other than that the customer service is good not great because you practally talk to a robot. When I get a late shipment or the wrong product there pretty quick to fix the problem, but they do need to work on there customer service.

Had great deals, even daily ones for $1 plus shipping. But, every time you order it says you did not order in time and get a refund. Seems they do this in order to get you to purchase other items. Makes you get your hopes up for great item only to find out next day or so that you do don't get it. False advertising and inconvenient.

amazingly vast array of products with very low prices. i mean some of these items are very unique and ive never seen them anywhere else. usually available in a variety of sizes and colors too. Some of the items are even FREE just pay shipping. The only bad thing is the shipping charges in some cases can seem a little high. after you add a few items to yoour cart it can really start to add up. you literally can owe more in shipping than what youre paying for your items! so it pays to shop around

Easily addicting, just shop smart, read descriptions carefully, and look for the best deals on the same items from different sellers. Expect standard shipping on many items to take a while, although sometimes items arrive much sooner than projected. Pay attention to projected shipping dates, compare before paying extra for faster shipping... Sometimes it's not worth paying more for shipping than you did for the actual item just to get it 3-5 days faster. I love this app though.

It has some good deals but be careful with the way the app works. The prices change from one screen to the next for no apparent reason. You can't talk to a live person. It does some shady things like offer you 5% off if you are ready to check out. BUT, doesn't give you the chance to look over your order fore it instantly checks you out. This is where I have seen the prices change for no reason and by then your order has been placed. AND, to undo that you have to cancel one item at a time. Why?

In the past the within 30 days was accurate, sometimes within 2 weeks. But with the current global crisis, more than 2 months is more accurate. I've got 4 items in limbo, no updates for almost two months now, and every time it gets to the promised delivery date they push it out two weeks. Update: now you can't even contact support, just keep getting an automated message saying your item is on the way, nothing else. Definitely not worth it any more, needs to be removed.

Limited quantity deals used to be at the top of every hour, now they seem to be at random times. It is now basically impossible to get items right when they are available, I used to be able to get items quite often and now I have zero to no chance. Very disappointing, it would be great if everything was fixed to be at the top of every hour again. Also an update is heavily needed, last time was JUNE. Please address

Absolutely not worth down loading, you pay for items that more often than not arrive either broken, half working, fall apart when you touch them, don't fit, not the colour you ordered, pieces missing or just don't arrive at all. As for looking for items it gives you a nice cheap price only to find the shipping is double the price of the item or you click buy on an item it'll give you 1 colour or size option and the price go's up x10 or find an item for a nice price you click on it, it go's up

I always enjoyed this app and have ordered a lot on it but lately it won't let you search for anything. I try searching for an item and it won't ever bring up anything even remotely related to what I was searching for. Even when I do manage to find something close and I try to click on related top find more options it pulls up things that are not at all related. I'm about ready to try looking elsewhere for the items I want.

As a whole this app is well functioning, easy to use, and very customer friendly. There are a lot of really cool products depending on what you're looking for. The thing is that there are a lot of knock off items on here. I would avoid basically any electronics for example. That said they offer a lot of discounts and really easy to use customer support. Had a few items not show and it was effortless to get a refund.

Been a customer for years. Only issue I have is the ads the place for an item of which they only offer 1@ the advertised price. You order, they take your money then come back later saying your order didn't get processed in time. If they only do one, cut off once it is in and not take any more. That or don't send those offers to me at all.

If you don't need great quality and dont mind waiting forever it's a great app. Yes you can pay for expedited shipping but as far as I've seen that only expedites the actual order process. What's really strange is how some of the prices are exceptionally high. I mean really $10,000 for a video card? Come on now. Edit... if you don't need great quality and you don't mind waiting for over a month for your order to even process or if you don't mind getting the wrong stuff or nothing at all

The way that this app organizes their items is crazy stupid. Their venders throw whatever key word they can think of on their items that way, whatever you search for, a completely unrelated item will show up. Making the search bar practically useless. And then add that to the "low price" + crazy shipping cost and long shipping prices... If you have an Amazon membership just buy it through them for near the same price or cheaper.
