The reason why I'm getting this app only one star is because it started crashing a few days ago and isn't working properly so if you could please just fix the app I would give it more than five stars and I will give a good comment but until then I really believe that this app is starting to pick up bugs and starting to get old or something but please fix this up I only use this watch it is a good watch the watch is still working there is nothing wrong with my watch and is still very good

Help please. My Samsung S10+ did a system update yesterday and the GetFitPro app won't open. Please update. Thanks Edit: the update worked and my phone can connect and the app opens again. Thank you 😊 Edit: 20 Jan 2022...app will not open again. Phone message says the app needs a bug fix by the developers.

This app worked fine last year, but now I can't even get it to open and the time on my watch stays incorrect. In order to get the time correct on my watch, I first need to get the app open. It has worked in the new year, but only for a few days then I can't get it to open again. Please fix this

Keeps crashing!!! Worked great for about 12 months, but past few weeks it crashes and won't open unles I uninstall it then reinstall it! Wish it would get fixed asap!!!

The app spies. It requires unecesary permissions like calls and gps it keeps camera on when not active.

This app needs work done to improve the connectivity between the tracker & the phone. It's almost completely useless. Connection between the phone & the X64 drops out & reconnects frequently draining the trackers battery in a day. The tracker will easily last a week if I uninstall the app & don't try to connect it with the phone. There are no firmware updates available for the tracker. Running Android 9. Also not a fan of how the app demands all permissions such as contacts or it won't start.

Well this "smart" watch worked great for about 2 yrs and all the sudden, can't get it to sync to my phone or watch! App hasent had an update in over 8months, not working no matter what I try. Developers prob forgot about this and have failed to keep up with their end of making it useful! Oh and their website, dont bother, doesn't work either. SMH

This is a TERRIBLE app, I have accepted everything they asked to accept and it will not let me in the app, it kicks me off it for no apparent reason. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I shouldn't have to go on to App Store to search up your app and leave a whole review just to get it fixed. Look into your game this is not acceptable.

Your App has stopped working - I can not log in at all again. Seems to happen whenever their is a update.. Please investigate.

Insists on granting all access. Got this simple smart watch as want a simple one. Don't wish to use for calls, texts or photos, only steps, cardio and calorie things... but it won't even open without granting all permissions! So bought product is a total waste. Wish I had seen app beforehand... unless anyone has a better version somehow for the GetFit 3.0 H10/X10 plus? Thanks...

Keeps crashing....useless app! Have installed the app twice, crashes again! I give up

Nice app. Covers all the basics. Although It doesn't give 100% accurate steps walked, maybe 99%, overall it's good. Few bugs like if the app updates it wipes away all records of the day. Doesn't pair up with Strava or Ecomodo app. Sometimes slow to read blood pressure. Pairs very well with Google fit. Wish it had gps. Organization of records of past walking or running very nice. I would recommend next updates adds a locscreen and fix wiping out of the current records of the day and add gps

From 2 days ago my app just stopped working, it keeps not responding then force closed. I Uninstalled and re-install it also, stillborn working?

Does not even stay open for long it stays open for a few minutes and when you want to go back it does not go back in worked fine the last time i had it

Device works fine, but battery live is no more than 3 days after 6 months of use. I have a major problem trying to save a daily workout out. It's really hit or miss with this, sometimes its saved but mostly its not Support site is in Chinese, so for anyone not speaking Chinese you are in trouble

App doesn't start up anymore, now I can't sync the watch anymore so useless. Please advice what I need to do

The first day using it was great, then the app decided to stop working. Uninstalling does nothing.

It worked for a while then stopped. Now it doesn't matter how many times I restarted my phone, the app refuses to open. This is the only app that links to my wearable device which makes it more frustrating. Please resolve

Measure and log heart rate, pressure, oxygen. Slow, but it works. Open Healthier and simultaneously select relevant item on watch and click on finger print icon on phone. My device does not support continuous i.e. only logs when you action the above but for now and for the price of the cheap watch this is good. Measures steps which links to Google fit but I prefer using my phone so unlinked. Not sure how sleep works will update if I get that working. Allow all permissions obviously.

My daily steps record and update on the phone app but when I view weekly graph some days are blank but montly all days show. Each week at least one day without data on weekly stats. The watch battery doesn't last long, have to charge every 4/3days, it only lasted more than a week the first time I charged it when I got it last month.

My app just stopped working out of nowhere, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. So now I have a useless smartwatch, as far as i've tried using other apps with it, it won't work with other apps.

Bought this as I need the functions on it. The app is too simplistic made. It should give options on preferences for the phone and app. Programmer is at a basic level, need more experienced programmer.

Hi I am just writing to you to let you know that I am having issues with your getfitpro app (not allowing me to open app) on a brand new Samsung galaxy s20+. I purchased new phone back at the start of December 2020, and the app was working fine. I went to use the app about 2-3 weeks ago and it would not let me open app. I have had my phone checked out for any faults and there is nothing wrong with my phone. Please can you sort the app out so that I can use both the and and my watch that is

My watch wont pair with the app. i use a samsung smart phone. i have attempted it more than 30 times. it still wont pair. i uninstalled and later reinstalled, still both watch and app wont pair. as it is, both of them are very useless to me because the watch cant record anything, without the app. i have uninstalled the app again, and considering disposing the watch. Such waste of money. i do not advice anyone to buy this watch. it is a waste of money.
