GO Launcher-Theme,Wallpaper

I have issues with the wallpapers is all. It doesn't like to align them correctly no matter what I try with how the phone display is set up for my particular motorla phone I guess. But I tend to enjoy this launcher more than others I have attempted to try. It does like to make my phone run slow too though. And I don't like how themes for the icons, keyboard, and sms applications have to be downloaded and added as apps on the phones though.

Had to get a new, cheaper phone and didn't like the UI, basically. This replaced the whole UI with it's own, backgrounds, themes, etc. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it seems that this Launcher has been abandoned. =/ More than half the apps tied to it (aka GO Family links they share in the app, many themes for the UI and sms, etc) are unavailable.

Too many ads. In the middle of writing a text message I'll be cut off by an ad. There's a widget that always stays on my screen, in front of whatever I'm doing. I checked settings I can only move it to the right or left corner, either up or down, and can make it transparent or visible. Constantly clicking on it while browsing online and it's extremely annoying. The only I reason I keep Go launcher and Go SMS is because I like the 10 second delay for text messages. When another messaging system has it I'll drop this. Ridiculously frustrating that they want people to buy "Ad Free" so badly that they would bombard them with ads every 10 minutes of being online. I timed it.

Used to use this all the time. Today I could not get to my home screen without being forced to choose a subscription plan. Really sad, too, because I downloaded this years ago and had really enjoyed it. Hopefully I can re-install someday. Edit: there is a little white x up in the left corner that lets you click out of this ad, and then in the go settings you can turn off notifications from the app.

I've been using Go Launcher for a number of years and find it both useful and enjoyable. So why the 2-start review? It's because with every new release, new annoyances are added (like unwanted pulldown-type notifications which block the screen and are nearly impossible to get rid of). Ads even occasionally pop up on the lock screen after an upgrade, even though I've got the paid version. The latest??? A new "app" (almost certainly a Go Launcher shortcut) called "Physical World" which temporarily causes all your icons to pile up in a heap at the bottom of the screen. What on earth????

I wanted to give this app a chance since I like go sms, the themes always look so cool. This app is very pretty, the icons are very pretty, and the app drawer is more or less sorted the way I wanted, cool thing is you can put a folder in the app drawer. The thing is with this app you have to pay to use it yearly when you could get a decent launcher only paying once. I'm not sure about the paid version I only did the 3 day trial it offer upon installation, but it comes loaded with a ton of what seems like silly games, maybe more for kids, seems like bloatware. There isn't any option to remove the tool bar from the bottom of the app drawer for a simpler look.

I loved the ability to customize my GUI but some of the apps you support (the weather/clock app for me in particular) wouldn't let me exit from "signing up" for additional software. The temporary free trial is a sad attempt at making a profit at the expense of your users and I shouldn't have to do a hard reset to opt out. I'm done. If you think people will stick around for this, you're wrong.

I'm giving it 2 stars only because I used to love it before. I even purchased the prime a few years back because i enjoyed the launcher so much. Now with a new phone, I tried to install this again only to be required to pay a monthly subscription to the themes (amounting to $94/year!!! Jesus christ.) That is just ridiculous. I understand that they have to make money and I don't even mind paying for a one time payment, but required fee is just too much. It's quite unfortunate but I will not be using this anymore.

I've used go launcher for almost a decade now and its always been amazing!! But the past week there has been an annoying ad that wont let me exit, which causes me to turn my phone off completely. I dont want to sign up for a free 3 day trial. Please take this ad away! Or atleast give a no thanks or exit button to choose!! Cuz it seriously wont let me move passed the ad unless I sign up or turn off my phone, which is super inconvenient when I have an emergency to use my phone! Overall its a great app to personalize your phones!

Four Stars for the reason that its weather widget doesn't get the right weather in a current situation, and also, once you opened its theme app, if you exit every thing will vanish for a second and then return, it's not that big of the problem but I wish you would fix it's search bar cause once I try searching for an app it doesn't load and doesn't really do anything but show a blank white screen. For the other factors, it's great, the launcher is great, the themes are great and I love it all.

I've had this Launcher for many years and was very happy, until it started bombarding my phone with ads and eventually left me no choice, but to uninstall it - or else I'd have to pay a stupidly expensive monthly subscription. I only ever used one single theme on this app - it's my favourite and I'm not interested in anything else. I'd be happy to pay a one off fee - but to have to subscribe and pay $100+ a year for a ton of features I never needed is absolutely ridiculous!!

THIS APP IS TERRIBLE. When I installed it, it forced me to either pay, or do a free trial, and wouldnt let me go to the home screen or anywhere else. I restarted my phone, and it had completely taken over everything. My apps were in the wrong places, all of them were extremely hard to access and it took me much too long to figure out how to delete it. This app is terrible and I would NEVER reccomend it.

Just a warning, if you have this app and you're thinking about paying for prime because it's running awful and lagging on your device, do yourself a favor and just find a new launcher, because paying for it does not make a difference I've been using go launcher for 6 years, it was hands down the best launcher when it was go launcher ex but ever since it went to go launcher z, it went down hill. When I got my new phone, I put G.L.E on it immediately but i was so disappointed with the new version (ridiculous ads and major lagging) that I ended up paying for the prime version thinking it would make a difference... now the ads have stopped but the lag is just pathetic! It takes an insane amount of time just to load my home screen and loading apps is even worse. I tried everything possible to fix it but none of the settings make any difference. I know it's not my phone because the stock launcher and every other launcher I've tried works perfectly. The only reason I continued to use this app was because I paid for it, but it's gotten to the point where I wanna throw my phone because it's so slow and constantly freezes. At this point I dont even care about the few dollars I wasted on this app,I cant take it anymore and I'm switching to a better launcher!

I used to like this app a lot and I even paid to not have add a while ago. Now however since they changed how ads work they also changed it to a subscription of $15 a month. That's completely ridiculous. To pay more than Netflix for a simple theme app. The ads literally show up every time to go to the home screen, and it's two ads ex cert damn time. The second is a video that interrupts everything, and I can't stand this garbage. They now has more ads than freaking cable television and it's getting to the point where I can't stand this launcher any more because every so often you "reinvent it" then change how to pay for it do more money gets dumped into it. Make your money but quit being greedy jeez.

Hello. I recently updated this amazing application. I've been using it for about 8 years now, and have on multiple devices during that time. But with the recent update, I'm unable to change my usual icon picture with a custom one from my gallery/camera roll. It allows me to go through the the same process as I've shared done, but once I select the preferred image and try to save it (after choosing a cropping choice) the image disappears completely. If saved like this, there's no image as an icon

I downloaded this, thinking it would be free. However, you can't use it without activating a 3 day free trial with a subscription at the end of it. The trial should be optional with a bypass link, but you can't get past it and you can't click back. The paid version is extortionate, I don't like being press ganged into paying for something. Uninstalled immediately and won't use again.

I'm still getting used to it and trying to explore & learn all the features that came built-in, and also figure out what (if any) others I could add to it later if I want. I'm having a bit of a mild struggle adjusting to it all, and hoping it gets easier to navigate given some time to get used to it. In the meantime, I'll be withholding that 5th star until I'm sure it's really so superior to the standard launcher as I've been led to believe.

I used to love this app. I've had it for the last 6 years. It allows me to have unique transitions on my home screen and task bar. I love that I'm able to organize my apps in custom categories. But lately this app has been hell. Every time go on my phone I'm bombarded with political ads. I even had a video ad for how to exercise my neck while I was in the middle of a business call and I didn't know how to stop it. What IS this mess? Please stop. It's horrible. I don't mind an ad every now and again, but this is completely excessive! I will most likely be deleting this app after such a long time.

It's okay but it doesn't let you search for already installed apps anymore. Instead it goes to an online search, which is so useless. I tried to reorganize the apps, but now they're scattered in a completely unorganized fashion, which means I have to go through like 20 pages of disorganized apps just to find one app. I will be uninstalling this as soon as I find a better launcher or this problem is fixed, whichever happens first.

It seems like the updates are just to add in more ads. Now I get an ad that stretches all the way across the bottom of the screen so I have to wait until it goes away to do anything. It blocks the dock too, which I'm sure was on purpose. I understand you need to make your money, but this is a bit much. I don't mind ads as long as I can continue about my business while ignoring them. But deliberately blocking important areas of the phone just to make a buck is absurd. I understand the five dollar paid version is the same way. WTH.

Initially the app was the best that I could ever have...but just after 1 week it turned out to be a total mess... My phone became too slow, i received the notifications too slow, i couldn't hear anything on the call and the worst was that it automatically took control over the system and modified all my settings... I wasn't able to manage any app. It was really really too disturbing and disappointing.

Ive used this app for at least 2 years. I loved it and would have given 5* if I had written a review earlier. With the last few "updates", this app has become trash. Its a ton of ads and makes my phone extremely laggy and crashes several times a day. I'm very disappointed with what the developers have done. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!!!

Great up till now. I've had the paid version of this app since around 2014 so I'm grandfathered into the premium version without the monthly fee. The problem that I have run into: just recently switched from one plus 7 pro to the OnePlus 8 pro, everything on the app works as it should except for the bottom sliding dock is not on the bottom of the phone screen itself. It's almost like the app needs an update for the aspect ratio of the OnePlus 8 pro. No other complaints about the app.

This is absolutely ridiculous! REFUND MY MONEY NOW! It is incredibly unprofessional and quite possibly criminal not to have the ability to change or cancel my subscription within your app! I searched everywhere to cancel and could not find it anywhere. I have zero interest in 3D themes, especially for an insane cost of nearly $100. I have enjoyed your launcher on my old phone and when I ported my apps to my new phone, THIS is what I get?! REFUND MY MONEY NOW!

Was a great app when it was free. Even with the annoying ads, at least people who don't have a way to pay for anything could use decent wallpapers and such. I can't even use the free trial because I have no way to add a payment method. Even if I did, 3 days is not much. If go launcher ever becomes free again, I'll give it a 5 star.

I have been using this now for three years at a price of £11.77 per year, but every time I get a new phone I have problems, I am asked to pay for the papers or themes I already have on my old phone, I have to email customer service to get them to work and this year, I am told that the subscription rises by over 50%, I shall not be renewing. This whole Go Launcher thing is becoming ridiculous, I do not mind paying but I'm not paying that much for something that does not work as advertised. The new 'Gold' themes and wallpapers are now subscription only at $90 per year ! They are not included with this VIP subscription and will result in a phone blocking page appearing on your phone asking you to subscribe, the only way to get rid of this screen is to restart your phone.
