Doesn't work half of the time. The app is unavailable a lot lately and system goes down so card declines when you have $200++ on the card smh. Can't screen shot for your records. Doesn't show balance after each transaction as normal statements. Just transaction and total amount at the top. I would NOT be with this company if I had a choice!!!

It's usually really easy to use. I have never had any issues with this app and it did save my username as intended. However, when I open the app, it tells me I need to update. I click update and it takes me to the PlayStore. The only options it gives me are Open and Uninstall. It does not give me an option to update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice but still having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. If i can get it figured out, I would easily give this app 5 stars!

For the past few days, when I try to log in, it's stating you have to update the app. When you go to the play store, the only options you have are to uninstall or open. I have uninstalled/installed numerous times including restarting my phone after the uninstall but the pop up still appears and you still can't log into the app. Until now, I've been super satisfied but something needs to happen.

App keeps asking me to update to use but when I hit the button to update, in not given that option. Also, when I was trying to log in prior to that, it kept flashing up the wrong picture so couldn't log in. Tried multiple times to get my picture back up. Frustrating! Also, but sure how to withdraw cash without being charged the ATM fees. Other than that, it's fine.

I haven't had too many issues with this app. It used to not save my login info, but I haven't had that problem in about a year or so. It always shows the correct balances, and I can almost always access my account. For some reason though, when I go to login now, it prompts me that I cannot use the app until I download the new update. I click on update and it brings me to google play, where I cannot update. My only options are uninstall, and open. So I have uninstalled the app twice now, no luck!

just made my account. After going through the process,I couldn't do anything.It was almost like it was frozen.I tried multiple times and just gave up.Decided to install the app and went to log in and it instantly goes to a screen that says the app needs to be updated. I hit update button, doesn't do anything! Just keeps saying to update. I haven't even been in the app and I'm going to uninstall. Worst process and app ever. It's easier and faster to call the 800 number and get the info you need.

I do not like this app. I keep trying to open it and it keeps giving me a pop-up screen stating the app has to be updated. I've tried every possible way to update the app through Google play, app settings, and uninstalled completely and reinstall. No matter what I try the pop-up remains. It is completely impossible to update to the latest version.

I've never been particular fond of the confusing log in process of setting a name to a picture that's supposed to be attached to your username, and the limited information and actions available from the app, and unhelpful customer service, but this new bug takes the cake! The app won't open unless I update to the latest version, but there is no update. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. I have no way to quickly check and track my balance now.

No text alerts. The app gives u the option to enter your number and choose text alerts options but it doesn't work. Everytime I try to open the app now it tells me that I need to update it, so I go to the app store to update it and it says I have the most up-to-date version. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it several times and it's still not working. The app went down several times this week and i can't access my money! It's so frustrating!!!!

Unreliable. I previously rated this app with a very generous 3, mostly to see if completing the eval would help move me on from the "update this app" loop. No, nothing helps and I see someone else is having the same issue. I think I too will be using a real, more reliable bank account in the near future. Also agree, there is non existent customer service. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still, no!

This app is almost always a pain in the butt to use. Almost always buggy. For example, I tried to use it today but it kept telling me that I had to update the app before it could be used. Easy enough except that the app has no updates available, essentially keeping me in an endless loop of not being able to actually use the app. I will be switching the deposits to a real bank so that I never have to deal with this subpar app or the non-existent customer service ever again.

The app worked well until one day I was prompted with an update message when the app was already up to date. I have tried uninstalling it to no avail. The only action I can think of to remedy this situation is to maybe clear the cache and reset my phone. Even if this works, it isn't something most users would think of doing (nor should they have to). Please fix this bug immediately.

The use of the card is great and the online statements are accurate and a great way to keep track of the balance. The app, however, is something I have difficulty with; I can never access my account with one try and it always says my username or password is not accurate and I have to constantly reset my password. This has been occurring since I have had the app.

Won't open after update. I've had this app for a few years now. And it recently updated itself in the last few days for, "minor and bug issues" and I can not even sign in anymore. Never had a problem with this before. But now it keeps telling me I can not sign in without updating the app... the app is up to date!!! I've even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app a couple times and it did not help any...

It was working just fine until an update was required. It automatically brings me to the Google play store where the only options are to uninstall or open the app. No update option but you can't use the app unless you update. It's very aggravating! Imagine having to go back to calling the number on the back of the card again! So outdated! Fix it...fix it now!

I havent had much issue with this app. Yes I have to put in my sign in info often even though I set it to save but no big deal. The app is functional and serves its purpose. That being said, this morning when I go to log in it says I need to update. No problem. Go to Google store and there is not an update option. I uninstalled twice. Still it won't let me sign in unless I update. Again, no update option. Very frustrating. The app isn't even usable at this point. Fix this please.

Make sure you have enough time to actually spend on the app if you're trying to use it! No matter how many times you click the "save my info" button to make it faster/easier it never saves. I also have had to change my password almost everytime to even log in. It's not convenient. As long as balances are properly updated that part is great tho!

I have had this app for several months with no issues but all the sudden now, every time I try to log in, it tells me I need to update the app, yet no update is available. It's a continuous cycle through the app, to the play store, back to the app, and back to the play store again. Very frustrating!!!!

Today, I could not use the app because it keeps telling me I must update to use it. No matter how many times I try to update, nothing happens and when I return to the app, the update message is still there. I rebooted and came back to the same message. Finally, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still got the same message to update the app. Going in circles can give one a headache. Then I decided to go to the goprogram website, which was futile too, on three different browsers.

What is the problem here? First I couldn't login because my username pulled up random "pictures" that weren't me. Which was odd at best. Finally got my username saved and it worked fine for a while. Then it wanted to update but couldn't. Then, phone updates. Now this app won't do ANYTHING and I can't go to the website either? I mean, come on. Do better. Just - DO BETTER. There's no excuse for this level of failure in an app these days. Games for cats are more consistent and advanced. DO BETTER

Horrible. Keeps telling me I need to upgrade but the last upgrade was in 2021. It's 4/22/2022. Keeps directing me to Google Play but there's no option to upgrade, only to uninstall or to open. So I uninstalled, reinstalled and getting the same message that it needs to be upgraded. So I have no access to my account info through the app. Sucks.

When I go to log in, I have a message across the screen telling me to update the app.. but when I go to do so it takes me to the original app & back to the log in site. Therefore it's just a "game" of merry-go-round & rather frustrating. I'm no longer able to use this app. Yes, I have deleted & re-downloaded several times to no avail. 😤😠

I have an issue with this app. When you make a purchase they put a hold on the money, a pending transaction. Sometimes items are backordered in your order. So the actual purchase amount is different from the pending transaction. This app takes the new amount out, like they should. However, this app still holds on to the pending transaction. And never releases it. I have over $500 tied up in pending transactions. Customer service was so awful to me. I don't know what to do. I'm at a dead end.

It keeps saying I need to update the app to use it yet there is no option to update the app in m Google play store. There's also no way to get in contact with anyone if I needed to dispute a charge or change other settings. It's absolutely horrible and cannot wait until I can get this stuff switched over to a REAL bank account.

I Can't Sign In! I continue to get an 'Update' pop up message but when I hit the 'Update' icon, it takes me to this Google Play Store app screen with the only option to either 'Uninstall' or 'Open' the app. No 'Update' option! I have tried several times to Uninstall and Install the app with No Progress. And when I try the 'Open' option, it takes me right back to the Sign In with the'Update' pop up message. There is No Update Available for a later version.. Please Fix This so I can use this App!!

For what I use it for (TN Child Support) it's perfect. Especially since the upgrade with the new text alerts! Now I'm not having to constantly check when the deposit hit. I just wish it didn't take so long for money transfers to a different account. It's easier to just go to the ATM and withdraw and deposit cash into the other account. But otherwise, no app crashes and bugs! Great job!

I really like this app with a couple of exception. Sometimes a transaction is pending for a week. And on several occasions my card has been declined then shows the transaction pending. So then I have to go to an atm when its declined to get cash to pay my bills. There is no way to talk to a live person. On the app it says contact us. It's only an automated line

The app has been fine so far. It sometimes gets glitchy when I want to check my balance and I HATE that I'm unable to screenshot my balance or certain transactions when I need to. I'm also perplexed as to how there is a transfer feature, but when I attempted to use it the money was pending in my account for 2 days then a reversal credit 😐. If not for those few issues, I would give 5 stars.

I have been trying to set this app up for 4 weeks. I can go through the whole set up process, but when I get to the end, choose and image and go to complete it. It just spins, nothing. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times. This has been the biggest waste of time. I have tried to contact support for the app and can not get anyone. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The system lags. I do not receive notifications for my deposits in a timely manner. I may receive it day later if I receive a notification at all. My notifications for "card not present" purchases are the same way. I know I spent the money but the text notification comes 3-5 days later. My opinion is there are still a lot of bugs that needs to be fixed. It has the potential to be great but as of right now its just mediocre at best. 11/ 2/20 its worse when I installed it shameful
