Not very forgiving if you make any mistakes. There's a chance of losing money on your purchases if your address is wrong in any way. Simple functionality like trying to change your address after making a purchase or even messaging a seller to fix an address is not supported by the system. That just seems like critical functionality that needs to be supported before I'm willing to use this. Fortunately the customer service is fast and so they were able to fix my issues.

If I could give it zero I will, this a very bad/worst return policy I have experienced in my life so far. It is really money grab as described by one of the reviews. I had to pay for extra international fees which are not mentioned during the purchase. Also you have to pay for both ways chipping fees (receiving & returning) almost 100$. I'm really not happy with the new update the last version was better and easier to use and it just looks like a desktop version I want to choose size 10 for men shoes but I get women's shoes along with it which is annoying just not great.

As a Canadian customer, I will never use this service again. I had to pay $200 in duties for $300 shoes. The duties aren't even my concern but the fact that they only offer couriers with high brokerage fees yet claim to use cost efficient shipping options (so it's free for the seller). I also experienced a number of other issues with the platform which I received no support for. Each time they responded, it was always "too late" to do something about it. Seemed almost coincidental. Buyer beware.

I don't get notifications when someone makes an offer on my shoes! I have to find out via email (IF I see it), and I've made sure all the notification options on my phone and in-app are turned on/correct! Please help!

This app is awesome! Always has what I'm looking for and has very flexible filters so you can find exactly what you need just with the click of a few buttons. I've had great experiences every single time I order and GOAT does a great job of making sure you get the right shoe on time(or earlier)in perfect condition. Would highly recommend to any sneaker heads or collectors looking for a more affordable way to get sick shoes.

Why on earth don't you show the extra fees when I'm buying the shoes? No you want to wait till it comes to the UK then all of a sudden there is another fee I have to pay, absolutely ridiculous.... honestly who's idea was that because they need to be fired, this really infuriates me since this is the only place I can get Jordans in the UK, utter bs

Horrible after weeks of waiting I finally get an email stating "somehow" my order got lost on the way to the authenticator. Sure I am receiving a full refund but this is really messing up the shoe game I hope they find a better way past this crooked nonsense... but until then I'm no longer supporting and uninstalling the app.

I put an offer in for a pair of shoes under that of the asking price and I was notified that my offer was accepted. Then I checked my receipt and I was charged full price... Awesome. I contact support and they offer minimal help, saying I needed to cancel my offer 3hrs before the seller confirms the sale... not sure how that's possible to know ahead of time. On top of this I've been charged a hefty unmentioned customs fee. Save your time and money and use a different app.

Customer service is terrible and return policy is trash. I ordered a shoe on 5/4 and on the 5/18 hadn't even been delivered yet. It was yet to be verified. What's the point of setting rules for sellers to ship shoes within three business days of they can send it whenever they want, it makes no sense. I tried getting these shoes for my brother as bday gift but it wouldn't get to him on time. I asked for a refund but I was denied. Shoe arrived at goat for verification just to have a scuff.

Great shoes but app is a little off. It was working fine until the last update it just had. Now if I want to view a pair of sneakers that are used or what not, I have to switch to my laptop. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. Also this won't send me notifications when I get an offer and it won't give me the option to accept an offer. It also often glitches a lot and needs to be cleared and reset constantly. IT needs to fix asap!

Terrible System doesn't allow to ship to a different address if you use a pay app. It automatically defaults to the main add and doesn't give the buyer time to change at the end of purchase and right before accprance. Canceled order 3xs trying to get this correct. Followed all the on line CS recommendations. Still didn't work. It's a simple fix but they won't even allow a change of address even if it within minutes of purchase. It's a shame. Love the shoes.

I like Goat as a service, but the latest UX redesign makes the app unusable for my purposes (i.e. being able to search for and discover the shoes I want in my size). I feel like I'm using a dark mode beta version of eBay's 2009 app every time I try to filter a search result.

I just downloaded the app and have been facing this situation where it doesn't let me view the items. When clicking on an item, it pops up around 10 (or more if you don't stop it) pages saying to verify that you're human, when doing so, it still doesn't let me see the product. I don't know how to get thru this situation.

Got sold what appears to be used shoes that were labeled as "New with Defects". When trying to report this issue to support, I get sent to an automated bot flow that asks me to submit pics. Upon taking the photos, the flow starts over. Clear bug that prevents me from being able to report my issue and now I'm stuck with used shoes.

It's been 50/50 with them. If you do not do the instant orders which cost more, you may or may not get the shoes. And if you get them don't expect them for a month. They will give you excuses and make you promises they do not keep. If you use them only do instant preverified shipping. Unless you do not care when and if your shoes show up. StockX has been way more reliable and their customer service is a million times better. Everything comes from China also. So just an fyi.

I was sent the wrong shoes by the seller. After the verification process they told me I sent the wrong shoes back and would not get a refund. Customer service took quite a while to get anything done but they did at least send updates along the way. After everything was resolved I was only able to get a refund in GOAT store credit. Happy they could fix the issue but unsatisfied with the wait and that a cash refund is not possible.

The app itself works fine for me. The issue I've encountered is the sellers. I've had an accepted offer not happen because the seller cancelled my order once. The other time I bought new and upon verification the shoes were worn, had literal dirt on them, and the box was in horrid condition

I was a weekly user of this app and loved it, but I personally am not a fan of the new layout and design of the new app. Clunky and overcrowded.

It would be nice to take pictures using the photo's native camera app, importing the picture from the gallery/camera roll rather than using GOAT app to take pictures. App doesn't allow to enable the flash, focus, or utilize zoom which is needed sometimes to take clear close-up pictures of hard to reach tags. I prefer to stay further away from object to prevent blocking incoming light and zoom in on the tag. Would also like to see a link added to print labels instead of relying on emails.

App crashes, very glitchy, doesn't save shoes on want list. Every time i look at a shoe, i slide the meter to my size and it automatically reverts back to the default size. I input my shoe size, but it slides right back to a smaller size. I save "wants" for shoes and the items dont save. Random prices display for shoes I'm not currently looking at. Very poor app for android. IPhone app works flawlessly. Please fix these issues

The respone team is very good but they have mismatched information when determining whether a box is damaged, or badly damaged. As a seller and buyer it's frustrating. They don't send proof or pictures of items that might have been damaged in transit. Don't leave your items on consignment for too long they will mess the box up or not even tell you.

Layout is amazing but when scrolling on shoe sized it will bug out and not let me see mine. I will try to scroll to my size and when it gets there it like teleports back to some other random size. It makes it vary frustrating sometimes.

My experience with the app is complete garbage I'd use more explicit language to describe, but I'm sure you get the point. Way too many bugs on a App that makes so much money. An its been like this for a while. Kicks you off random after spammin you about confirmin that your not a robot. Tryin to find your size is a pain, I been trying to look at the price an conditions of certain shoes for a while now. Fightin the page to scroll to my size, it resets to a random sz the page just favorites.
